לָרִ֖יב to contend ; lā·rîḇ וְעֹמֵ֖ד He stands wə·‘ō·mêḏ לָדִ֥ין to judge lā·ḏîn עַמִּֽים׃ the people . ‘am·mîm Isaiah 3:14 יְהוָה֙ YHWH Yah·weh יָב֔וֹא brings yā·ḇō·w בְּמִשְׁפָּ֣ט this charge bə·miš·pāṭ עִם־ against ‘im- זִקְנֵ֥י the elders ziq·nê וְשָׂרָ֑יו and leaders wə·śā·rāw עַמּ֖וֹ of His people : ‘am·mōw וְאַתֶּם֙ “ You wə·’at·tem בִּֽעַרְתֶּ֣ם have devoured bi·‘ar·tem הַכֶּ֔רֶם the vineyard ; hak·ke·rem גְּזֵלַ֥ת the plunder gə·zê·laṯ הֶֽעָנִ֖י of the poor he·‘ā·nî בְּבָתֵּיכֶֽם׃ is in your houses . bə·ḇāt·tê·ḵem Isaiah 3:15 מַלָּכֶם Why mal·lå̄·ḵɛm תְּדַכְּא֣וּ do you crush tə·ḏak·kə·’ū עַמִּ֔י My people ‘am·mî תִּטְחָ֑נוּ and grind tiṭ·ḥā·nū וּפְנֵ֥י the faces ū·p̄ə·nê עֲנִיִּ֖ים of the poor ? ” ‘ă·nî·yîm נְאֻם־ declares nə·’um- אֲדֹנָ֥י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy יְהוִ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh צְבָאֽוֹת׃ס of Hosts . ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ Isaiah 3:16 יְהוָ֗ה YHWH Yah·weh וַיֹּ֣אמֶר also says : way·yō·mer יַ֚עַן “ Because ya·‘an כִּ֤י . . . kî בְּנ֣וֹת the daughters bə·nō·wṯ צִיּ֔וֹן of Zion ṣî·yō·wn גָֽבְהוּ֙ are haughty — ḡā·ḇə·hū וַתֵּלַ֙כְנָה֙ walking wat·tê·laḵ·nāh גָּר֔וֹן with heads gā·rō·wn נְטוּוֹת held high nə·ṭūōṯ וּֽמְשַׂקְּר֖וֹת and wanton ū·mə·śaq·qə·rō·wṯ עֵינָ֑יִם eyes , ‘ê·nā·yim הָל֤וֹךְ prancing hā·lō·wḵ וְטָפֹף֙ and skipping wə·ṭā·p̄ōp̄ תֵּלַ֔כְנָה as they go , tê·laḵ·nāh תְּעַכַּֽסְנָה׃ jingling tə·‘ak·kas·nāh וּבְרַגְלֵיהֶ֖ם the bracelets on their ankles — ū·ḇə·raḡ·lê·hem Isaiah 3:17 אֲדֹנָ֔י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy וְשִׂפַּ֣ח will bring sores wə·śip·paḥ קָדְקֹ֖ד on the heads qā·ḏə·qōḏ בְּנ֣וֹת of the daughters bə·nō·wṯ צִיּ֑וֹן of Zion , ṣî·yō·wn וַיהוָ֖ה and YHWH Yah·weh פָּתְהֵ֥ן will make their foreheads pā·ṯə·hên יְעָרֶֽה׃ס bare . ” yə·‘ā·reh Isaiah 3:18 הַה֜וּא In that ha·hū בַּיּ֨וֹם day bay·yō·wm אֲדֹנָ֗י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy אֵ֣ת - ’êṯ יָסִ֣יר will take away yā·sîr תִּפְאֶ֧רֶת their finery : tip̄·’e·reṯ הָעֲכָסִ֛ים [their] anklets hā·‘ă·ḵā·sîm וְהַשְּׁבִיסִ֖ים and headbands wə·haš·šə·ḇî·sîm וְהַשַּׂהֲרֹנִֽים׃ and crescents ; wə·haś·śa·hă·rō·nîm Isaiah 3:19 הַנְּטִיפ֥וֹת [their] pendants , han·nə·ṭî·p̄ō·wṯ וְהַשֵּׁיר֖וֹת bracelets , wə·haš·šê·rō·wṯ וְהָֽרְעָלֽוֹת׃ and veils ; wə·hā·rə·‘ā·lō·wṯ Isaiah 3:20 הַפְּאֵרִ֤ים [their] headdresses , hap·pə·’ê·rîm וְהַצְּעָדוֹת֙ ankle chains , wə·haṣ·ṣə·‘ā·ḏō·wṯ וְהַקִּשֻּׁרִ֔ים and sashes ; wə·haq·qiš·šu·rîm הַנֶּ֖פֶשׁ [their] perfume han·ne·p̄eš וּבָתֵּ֥י bottles ū·ḇāt·tê וְהַלְּחָשִֽׁים׃ and charms ; wə·hal·lə·ḥā·šîm Isaiah 3:21 הַטַּבָּע֖וֹת [their] signet rings haṭ·ṭab·bā·‘ō·wṯ הָאָֽף׃ and nose hā·’āp̄ וְנִזְמֵ֥י rings ; wə·niz·mê
