אֱלֹהִ֪ים O God , ’ĕ·lō·hîm עַד־ until ‘aḏ- אַגִּ֣יד I proclaim ’ag·gîḏ זְרוֹעֲךָ֣ Your power zə·rō·w·‘ă·ḵā לְד֑וֹר to the next generation , lə·ḏō·wr גְּבוּרָתֶֽךָ׃ Your might gə·ḇū·rā·ṯe·ḵā לְכָל־ to all lə·ḵāl יָ֝ב֗וֹא who are to come . yā·ḇō·w Psalm 71:19 וְצִדְקָתְךָ֥ Your righteousness wə·ṣiḏ·qā·ṯə·ḵā עַד־ [reaches] to ‘aḏ- מָ֫ר֥וֹם the heavens , mā·rō·wm אֱלֹהִ֗ים O God , ’ĕ·lō·hîm אֲשֶׁר־ You who ’ă·šer- עָשִׂ֥יתָ have done ‘ā·śî·ṯā גְדֹל֑וֹת great things . ḡə·ḏō·lō·wṯ מִ֣י Who , mî אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים O God , ’ĕ·lō·hîm כָמֽוֹךָ׃ is like You ? ḵā·mō·w·ḵā Psalm 71:20 אֲשֶׁ֤ר Though You ’ă·šer הִרְאִיתַנוּ have shown me hir·ʾī·ṯa·nū רַבּ֗וֹת many rab·bō·wṯ צָר֥וֹת troubles ṣā·rō·wṯ וְרָ֫ע֥וֹת and misfortunes , wə·rā·‘ō·wṯ תְּחַיֵּינוּ You will revive me tə·ḥay·yē·nū תָּשׁ֥וּב once again . tā·šūḇ וּֽמִתְּהֹמ֥וֹת Even from the depths ū·mit·tə·hō·mō·wṯ הָ֝אָ֗רֶץ of the earth hā·’ā·reṣ תַּעֲלֵֽנִי׃ You will bring me ta·‘ă·lê·nî תָּשׁ֥וּב back up . tā·šūḇ Psalm 71:21 תֶּ֤רֶב׀ You will increase te·reḇ גְּֽדֻלָּתִ֗י my honor gə·ḏul·lā·ṯî תְּֽנַחֲמֵֽנִי׃ and comfort me tə·na·ḥă·mê·nî וְתִסֹּ֥ב once again . wə·ṯis·sōḇ Psalm 71:22 גַּם־ So gam- אֲנִ֤י׀ I ’ă·nî אוֹדְךָ֣ will praise You ’ō·wḏ·ḵā בִכְלִי־ with the harp ḇiḵ·lî- נֶבֶל֮ . . . ne·ḇel אֲמִתְּךָ֪ for Your faithfulness , ’ă·mit·tə·ḵā אֱלֹ֫הָ֥י O my God ; ’ĕ·lō·hāy אֲזַמְּרָ֣ה I will sing praise ’ă·zam·mə·rāh לְךָ֣ to You lə·ḵā בְכִנּ֑וֹר with the lyre , ḇə·ḵin·nō·wr קְ֝ד֗וֹשׁ O Holy qə·ḏō·wōš יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ One of Israel . yiś·rā·’êl Psalm 71:23 כִּ֣י When kî אֲזַמְּרָה־ I sing praise ’ă·zam·mə·rāh- לָּ֑ךְ to You lāḵ שְׂ֭פָתַי my lips p̄ā·ṯay תְּרַנֵּ֣נָּ֣ה will shout for joy , tə·ran·nên·nāh וְ֝נַפְשִׁ֗י along with my soul , wə·nap̄·šî אֲשֶׁ֣ר which ’ă·šer פָּדִֽיתָ׃ You have redeemed . pā·ḏî·ṯā Psalm 71:24 לְשׁוֹנִ֗י My tongue lə·šō·w·nî תֶּהְגֶּ֣ה will indeed proclaim teh·geh גַּם־ gam- צִדְקָתֶ֑ךָ Your righteousness ṣiḏ·qā·ṯe·ḵā כָּל־ all day long kāl- הַ֭יּוֹם . . . , hay·yō·wm כִּי־ for kî- מְבַקְשֵׁ֥י those who seek mə·ḇaq·šê רָעָתִֽי׃ my harm rā·‘ā·ṯî בֹ֥שׁוּ are disgraced ḇō·šū כִֽי־ and ḵî- חָ֝פְר֗וּ confounded . ḥā·p̄ə·rū Psalm 72:1 לִשְׁלֹמֹ֨ה׀ Of Solomon . liš·lō·mōh תֵּ֑ן Endow tên לְמֶ֣לֶךְ the king lə·me·leḵ מִ֭שְׁפָּטֶיךָ with Your justice , miš·pā·ṭe·ḵā אֱ O God , ’ĕlō·hîm לְבֶן־ and the son lə·ḇen- מֶֽלֶךְ׃ of the king me·leḵ וְצִדְקָתְךָ֥ with Your righteousness . wə·ṣiḏ·qā·ṯə·ḵā Psalm 72:2 יָדִ֣ין May he judge yā·ḏîn עַמְּךָ֣ Your people ‘am·mə·ḵā בְצֶ֑דֶק with righteousness ḇə·ṣe·ḏeq
