בֶּאֱמֶ֥ת with Your sure be·’ĕ·meṯ יִשְׁעֶֽךָ׃ salvation . yiš·‘e·ḵā Psalm 69:14 הַצִּילֵ֣נִי Rescue me haṣ·ṣî·lê·nî מִ֭טִּיט from the mire miṭ·ṭîṭ וְאַל־ and do not wə·’al- אֶטְבָּ֑עָה let me sink ; ’eṭ·bā·‘āh אִנָּצְלָ֥ה deliver me ’in·nā·ṣə·lāh מִ֝שֹּֽׂנְאַ֗י from my foes miś·śō·nə·’ay וּמִמַּֽעֲמַקֵּי־ and out of the deep ū·mim·ma·‘ă·maq·qê- מָֽיִם׃ waters . mā·yim Psalm 69:15 אַל־ Do not ’al- שִׁבֹּ֣לֶת let the floods šib·bō·leṯ מַ֭יִם . . . ma·yim תִּשְׁטְפֵ֤נִי׀ engulf me tiš·ṭə·p̄ê·nî מְצוּלָ֑ה or the depths mə·ṣū·lāh וְאַל־ . . . wə·’al- תִּבְלָעֵ֣נִי swallow me up ; tiḇ·lā·‘ê·nî וְאַל־ let not wə·’al- בְּאֵ֣ר the Pit bə·’êr תֶּאְטַר־ close te’·ṭar- פִּֽיהָ׃ its mouth pî·hā עָלַ֖י over me . ‘ā·lay Psalm 69:16 עֲנֵ֣נִי Answer me , ‘ă·nê·nî יְ֭הוָה O YHWH , Yah·weh כִּי־ for kî- חַסְדֶּ֑ךָ Your loving devotion ḥas·de·ḵā ט֣וֹב is good ; ṭō·wḇ פְּנֵ֣ה turn pə·nêh אֵלָֽי׃ to me ’ê·lāy כְּרֹ֥ב in keeping with Your great kə·rōḇ רַ֝חֲמֶ֗יךָ compassion . ra·ḥă·me·ḵā Psalm 69:17 תַּסְתֵּ֣ר Hide tas·têr וְאַל־ not wə·’al- פָּ֭נֶיךָ Your face pā·ne·ḵā מֵֽעַבְדֶּ֑ךָ from Your servant , mê·‘aḇ·de·ḵā כִּֽי־ for kî- צַר־ I am in distress . ṣar- עֲנֵֽנִי׃ Answer ‘ă·nê·nî לִ֝֗י me lî מַהֵ֥ר quickly ! ma·hêr Psalm 69:18 קָרְבָ֣ה Draw near qā·rə·ḇāh אֶל־ to ’el- נַפְשִׁ֣י my soul nap̄·šî גְאָלָ֑הּ and redeem me ; ḡə·’ā·lāh פְּדֵֽנִי׃ ransom me pə·ḏê·nî לְמַ֖עַן because of lə·ma·‘an אֹיְבַ֣י my foes . ’ō·yə·ḇay Psalm 69:19 אַתָּ֤ה You ’at·tāh יָדַ֗עְתָּ know yā·ḏa‘·tā חֶרְפָּתִ֣י my reproach , ḥer·pā·ṯî וּ֭בָשְׁתִּי my shame ū·ḇā·šə·tî וּכְלִמָּתִ֑י and disgrace . ū·ḵə·lim·mā·ṯî כָּל־ All kāl- צוֹרְרָֽי׃ my adversaries ṣō·wr·rāy נֶ֝גְדְּךָ֗ are before You . neḡ·də·ḵā Psalm 69:20 חֶרְפָּ֤ה׀ Insults ḥer·pāh שָֽׁבְרָ֥ה have broken šā·ḇə·rāh לִבִּ֗י my heart , lib·bî וָֽאָ֫נ֥וּשָׁה and I am in despair . wā·’ā·nū·šāh וָאֲקַוֶּ֣ה I looked wā·’ă·qaw·weh לָנ֣וּד for sympathy , lā·nūḏ וָאַ֑יִן but there was none , wā·’a·yin וְ֝לַמְנַחֲמִ֗ים for comforters , wə·lam·na·ḥă·mîm מָצָֽאתִי׃ but I found mā·ṣā·ṯî וְלֹ֣א no one . wə·lō Psalm 69:21 וַיִּתְּנ֣וּ They poisoned way·yit·tə·nū בְּבָרוּתִ֣י my food bə·ḇā·rū·ṯî רֹ֑אשׁ with gall rōš חֹֽמֶץ׃ and gave me vinegar ḥō·meṣ יַשְׁק֥וּנִי to quench yaš·qū·nî וְ֝לִצְמָאִ֗י my thirst . wə·liṣ·mā·’î Psalm 69:22 יְהִֽי־ May their table yə·hî- לִפְנֵיהֶ֣ם . . . lip̄·nê·hem
