Psalm 68:15 הַר־ A mountain har- אֱ֭לֹהִים of God ’ĕ·lō·hîm הַר־ [is] Mount har- בָּשָׁ֑ן Bashan ; bā·šān הַ֥ר a mountain [of] har גַּ֝בְנֻנִּ֗ים [many] peaks gaḇ·nun·nîm הַר־ [is] Mount har- בָּשָֽׁן׃ Bashan . bā·šān Psalm 68:16 לָ֤מָּה׀ Why lām·māh תְּֽרַצְּדוּן֮ do you gaze in envy , tə·raṣ·ṣə·ḏūn הָרִ֪ים O mountains hā·rîm גַּבְנֻ֫נִּ֥ים of many peaks ? gaḇ·nun·nîm הָהָ֗ר [This is] the mountain hā·hār אֱלֹהִ֣ים God ’ĕ·lō·hîm חָמַ֣ד chose ḥā·maḏ לְשִׁבְתּ֑וֹ for [His] dwelling , lə·šiḇ·tōw יְ֝הוָ֗ה where YHWH Yah·weh אַף־ will surely ’ap̄- יִשְׁכֹּ֥ן dwell yiš·kōn לָנֶֽצַח׃ forever . lā·ne·ṣaḥ Psalm 68:17 רֶ֤כֶב The chariots re·ḵeḇ אֱלֹהִ֗ים of God ’ĕ·lō·hîm רִבֹּתַ֣יִם [are] tens of thousands — rib·bō·ṯa·yim אַלְפֵ֣י thousands ’al·p̄ê שִׁנְאָ֑ן of thousands [are they] ; šin·’ān אֲדֹנָ֥י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy בָ֝֗ם [is] in ḇām בַּקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ His sanctuary baq·qō·ḏeš סִינַ֥י [as He was at] Sinai . sî·nay Psalm 68:18 עָ֘לִ֤יתָ You have ascended ‘ā·lî·ṯā לַמָּר֨וֹם׀ on high ; lam·mā·rō·wm שֶּׁ֗בִי You have led captives away še·ḇî שָׁ֘בִ֤יתָ . . . . šā·ḇî·ṯā לָקַ֣חְתָּ You have received lā·qaḥ·tā מַ֭תָּנוֹת gifts mat·tā·nō·wṯ בָּאָדָ֑ם from men , bā·’ā·ḏām וְאַ֥ף even wə·’ap̄ ס֝וֹרְרִ֗ים [from] the rebellious , sō·wr·rîm יָ֬הּ that YHWH yāh אֱלֹהִֽים׃ God ’ĕ·lō·hîm לִשְׁכֹּ֤ן׀ may dwell [there] . liš·kōn Psalm 68:19 בָּ֤ר֣וּךְ Blessed [be] bā·rūḵ אֲדֹנָי֮ the Lord , ’ă·ḏō·nāy י֤וֹם׀ [who] daily yō·wm י֥וֹם . . . yō·wm יַֽעֲמָס־ bears our burden , ya·‘ă·mās- לָ֗נוּ - lā·nū הָ֘אֵ֤ל the God hā·’êl יְֽשׁוּעָתֵ֬נוּ of our salvation . yə·šū·‘ā·ṯê·nū סֶֽלָה׃ Selah se·lāh Psalm 68:20 הָ֤אֵ֣ל׀ Our God hā·’êl לָנוּ֮ . . . lā·nū אֵ֤ל [is] a God ’êl לְֽמוֹשָׁ֫ע֥וֹת of deliverance ; lə·mō·wō·šā·‘ō·wṯ אֲדֹנָ֑י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy וְלֵיהוִ֥ה GOD Yah·weh תּוֹצָאֽוֹת׃ [is our] rescuer tō·w·ṣā·’ō·wṯ לַ֝מָּ֗וֶת from death . lam·mā·weṯ Psalm 68:21 אַךְ־ Surely ’aḵ- אֱלֹהִ֗ים God ’ĕ·lō·hîm יִמְחַץ֮ will crush yim·ḥaṣ רֹ֤אשׁ the heads rōš אֹ֫יְבָ֥יו of His enemies , ’ō·yə·ḇāw שֵׂעָ֑ר the hairy śê·‘ār קָדְקֹ֥ד crowns qā·ḏə·qōḏ מִ֝תְהַלֵּ֗ךְ of those who persist miṯ·hal·lêḵ בַּאֲשָׁמָֽיו׃ in guilty ways . ba·’ă·šā·māw Psalm 68:22 אֲ֭דֹנָי The Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy אָמַ֣ר said , ’ā·mar אָשִׁ֑יב “ I will retrieve [them] ’ā·šîḇ מִבָּשָׁ֣ן from Bashan , mib·bā·šān אָ֝שִׁ֗יב I will bring [them] up ’ā·šîḇ מִֽמְּצֻל֥וֹת from the depths mim·mə·ṣu·lō·wṯ יָֽם׃ of the sea , yām Psalm 68:23 לְמַ֤עַן׀ that lə·ma·‘an
