וְדָרְכ֪וּ and bent wə·ḏā·rə·ḵū קַ֫שְׁתָּ֥ם the bow qaš·tām לְ֭הַפִּיל to bring down lə·hap·pîl עָנִ֣י the poor ‘ā·nî וְאֶבְי֑וֹן and needy , wə·’eḇ·yō·wn לִ֝טְב֗וֹחַ to slay liṭ·ḇō·w·aḥ דָֽרֶךְ׃ those whose ways ḏā·reḵ יִשְׁרֵי־ [are] upright . yiš·rê- Psalm 37:15 חַ֭רְבָּם [But] their swords ḥar·bām תָּב֣וֹא will pierce tā·ḇō·w בְלִבָּ֑ם their own hearts , ḇə·lib·bām וְ֝קַשְּׁתוֹתָ֗ם and their bows wə·qaš·šə·ṯō·w·ṯām תִּשָּׁבַֽרְנָה׃ will be broken . tiš·šā·ḇar·nāh Psalm 37:16 טוֹב־ Better [is] ṭō·wḇ- מְ֭עַט the little mə·‘aṭ לַצַּדִּ֑יק of the righteous laṣ·ṣad·dîq מֵ֝הֲמ֗וֹן than the abundance mê·hă·mō·wn רַבִּֽים׃ of many rab·bîm רְשָׁעִ֥ים [who are] wicked . rə·šā·‘îm Psalm 37:17 כִּ֤י For kî זְרוֹע֣וֹת the arms zə·rō·w·‘ō·wṯ רְ֭שָׁעִים of the wicked rə·šā·‘îm תִּשָּׁבַ֑רְנָה will be broken , tiš·šā·ḇar·nāh יְהוָֽה׃ but YHWH Yah·weh וְסוֹמֵ֖ךְ upholds wə·sō·w·mêḵ צַדִּיקִ֣ים the righteous . ṣad·dî·qîm Psalm 37:18 יְ֭הוָה YHWH Yah·weh יוֹדֵ֣עַ knows yō·w·ḏê·a‘ יְמֵ֣י the days yə·mê תְמִימִ֑ם of the blameless , ṯə·mî·mim וְ֝נַחֲלָתָ֗ם and their inheritance wə·na·ḥă·lā·ṯām תִּהְיֶֽה׃ will last forever tih·yeh לְעוֹלָ֥ם . . . . lə·‘ō·w·lām Psalm 37:19 בְּעֵ֣ת In the time bə·‘êṯ רָעָ֑ה of evil rā·‘āh לֹֽא־ they will not lō- יֵ֭בֹשׁוּ be ashamed , yê·ḇō·šū וּבִימֵ֖י and in the days ū·ḇî·mê רְעָב֣וֹן of famine rə·‘ā·ḇō·wn יִשְׂבָּֽעוּ׃ they will be satisfied . yiś·bā·‘ū Psalm 37:20 כִּ֤י But kî רְשָׁעִ֨ים׀ the wicked rə·šā·‘îm וְאֹיְבֵ֣י and enemies wə·’ō·yə·ḇê יְ֭הוָה of YHWH Yah·weh יֹאבֵ֗דוּ will perish yō·ḇê·ḏū כִּיקַ֣ר like the glory kî·qar כָּרִ֑ים of the fields . kā·rîm כָּל֖וּ They will vanish ; kā·lū בֶעָשָׁ֣ן like smoke ḇe·‘ā·šān כָּֽלוּ׃ they will fade away . kā·lū Psalm 37:21 רָ֭שָׁע The wicked rā·šā‘ לֹוֶ֣ה borrow lō·weh וְלֹ֣א and do not wə·lō יְשַׁלֵּ֑ם repay , yə·šal·lêm וְ֝צַדִּ֗יק but the righteous wə·ṣad·dîq חוֹנֵ֥ן are gracious ḥō·w·nên וְנוֹתֵֽן׃ and giving . wə·nō·w·ṯên Psalm 37:22 כִּ֣י Surely kî מְ֭בֹרָכָיו those He blesses mə·ḇō·rā·ḵāw יִ֣ירְשׁוּ will inherit yî·rə·šū אָ֑רֶץ the land , ’ā·reṣ וּ֝מְקֻלָּלָ֗יו but the cursed ū·mə·qul·lā·lāw יִכָּרֵֽתוּ׃ will be destroyed . yik·kā·rê·ṯū Psalm 37:23 מִֽצְעֲדֵי־ The steps miṣ·‘ă·ḏê- גֶ֥בֶר of a man ḡe·ḇer כּוֹנָ֗נוּ are ordered kō·w·nā·nū מֵ֭יְהוָה by YHWH Yah·weh יֶחְפָּֽץ׃ [who] takes delight yeḥ·pāṣ וְדַרְכּ֥וֹ in his journey . wə·ḏar·kōw Psalm 37:24 כִּֽי־ Though kî-
