אֱלֹ֫הִ֥ים O God , ’ĕ·lō·hîm וּבְנֵ֥י that the children ū·ḇə·nê אָדָ֑ם of men ’ā·ḏām יֶחֱסָיֽוּן׃ take refuge ye·ḥĕ·sā·yūn בְּצֵ֥ל in the shadow bə·ṣêl כְּ֝נָפֶ֗יךָ of Your wings ! kə·nā·p̄e·ḵā Psalm 36:8 יִ֭רְוְיֻן They feast on yir·wə·yun מִדֶּ֣שֶׁן the abundance mid·de·šen בֵּיתֶ֑ךָ of Your house , bê·ṯe·ḵā תַשְׁקֵֽם׃ and You give them drink ṯaš·qêm וְנַ֖חַל from Your river wə·na·ḥal עֲדָנֶ֣יךָ of delights . ‘ă·ḏā·ne·ḵā Psalm 36:9 כִּֽי־ For kî- עִ֭מְּךָ with You ‘im·mə·ḵā מְק֣וֹר is the fountain mə·qō·wr חַיִּ֑ים of life ; ḥay·yîm בְּ֝אוֹרְךָ֗ in Your light bə·’ō·wr·ḵā נִרְאֶה־ we see nir·’eh- אֽוֹר׃ light . ’ō·wr Psalm 36:10 מְשֹׁ֣ךְ Extend mə·šōḵ חַ֭סְדְּךָ Your loving devotion ḥas·də·ḵā לְיֹדְעֶ֑יךָ to those who know You , lə·yō·ḏə·‘e·ḵā וְ֝צִדְקָֽתְךָ֗ and Your righteousness wə·ṣiḏ·qā·ṯə·ḵā לְיִשְׁרֵי־ to the upright lə·yiš·rê- לֵֽב׃ in heart . lêḇ Psalm 36:11 אַל־ Let not ’al- רֶ֣גֶל the foot re·ḡel גַּאֲוָ֑ה of the proud ga·’ă·wāh תְּ֭בוֹאֵנִי come against me , tə·ḇō·w·’ê·nî וְיַד־ nor the hand wə·yaḏ- רְ֝שָׁעִ֗ים of the wicked rə·šā·‘îm תְּנִדֵֽנִי׃ drive me tə·ni·ḏê·nî אַל־ away . ’al- Psalm 36:12 שָׁ֣ם There šām פֹּ֣עֲלֵי the evildoers pō·‘ă·lê אָ֑וֶן . . . ’ā·wen נָ֭פְלוּ lie fallen , nā·p̄ə·lū דֹּ֝ח֗וּ thrown down dō·ḥū וְלֹא־ and unable wə·lō- יָ֥כְלוּ . . . yā·ḵə·lū קֽוּם׃ to rise . qūm Psalm 37:1 לְדָוִ֨ד׀ Of David . lə·ḏā·wiḏ אַל־ Do not ’al- תִּתְחַ֥ר fret over tiṯ·ḥar בַּמְּרֵעִ֑ים those who do evil ; bam·mə·rê·‘îm אַל־ do not ’al- תְּ֝קַנֵּ֗א envy tə·qan·nê בְּעֹשֵׂ֥י those who do bə·‘ō·śê עַוְלָֽה׃ wrong . ‘aw·lāh Psalm 37:2 כִּ֣י For kî יִמָּ֑לוּ they wither yim·mā·lū מְהֵרָ֣ה quickly mə·hê·rāh כֶ֭חָצִיר like grass ḵe·ḥā·ṣîr יִבּוֹלֽוּן׃ and wilt yib·bō·w·lūn וּכְיֶ֥רֶק like tender ū·ḵə·ye·req דֶּ֝֗שֶׁא plants . de·še Psalm 37:3 בְּטַ֣ח Trust bə·ṭaḥ בַּֽ֭יהוָה in YHWH Yah·weh וַעֲשֵׂה־ and do wa·‘ă·śêh- ט֑וֹב good ; ṭō·wḇ שְׁכָן־ dwell šə·ḵān- אֶ֝֗רֶץ in the land ’e·reṣ וּרְעֵ֥ה and cultivate ū·rə·‘êh אֱמוּנָֽה׃ faithfulness . ’ĕ·mū·nāh Psalm 37:4 וְהִתְעַנַּ֥ג Delight yourself wə·hiṯ·‘an·naḡ עַל־ in ‘al- יְהוָ֑ה YHWH , Yah·weh וְיִֽתֶּן־ and He will give wə·yit·ten- לְ֝ךָ֗ you lə·ḵā מִשְׁאֲלֹ֥ת the desires miš·’ă·lōṯ לִבֶּֽךָ׃ of your heart . lib·be·ḵā
