לְכָל־ all lə·ḵāl אֹיְבֶ֑יךָ Your enemies ; ’ō·yə·ḇe·ḵā יְ֝מִֽינְךָ Your right hand yə·mî·nə·ḵā תִּמְצָ֥א will seize tim·ṣā שֹׂנְאֶֽיךָ׃ those who hate You . śō·nə·’e·ḵā Psalm 21:9 תְּשִׁיתֵ֤מוֹ׀ You will place them tə·šî·ṯê·mōw אֵשׁ֮ in a fiery ’êš כְּתַנּ֥וּר furnace kə·ṯan·nūr לְעֵ֪ת at the time lə·‘êṯ פָּ֫נֶ֥יךָ of Your appearing . pā·ne·ḵā בְּאַפּ֣וֹ In His wrath bə·’ap·pōw יְ֭הוָה YHWH Yah·weh יְבַלְּעֵ֑ם will engulf them , yə·ḇal·lə·‘êm אֵֽשׁ׃ and the fire ’êš וְֽתֹאכְלֵ֥ם will consume them . wə·ṯō·ḵə·lêm Psalm 21:10 תְּאַבֵּ֑ד You will wipe tə·’ab·bêḏ פִּ֭רְיָמוֹ their descendants pir·yā·mōw מֵאֶ֣רֶץ from the earth , mê·’e·reṣ וְ֝זַרְעָ֗ם and their offspring wə·zar·‘ām מִבְּנֵ֥י from the sons mib·bə·nê אָדָֽם׃ of men . ’ā·ḏām Psalm 21:11 כִּי־ Though kî- נָט֣וּ they intend nā·ṭū עָלֶ֣יךָ You ‘ā·le·ḵā רָעָ֑ה harm , rā·‘āh מְ֝זִמָּ֗ה the schemes mə·zim·māh חָֽשְׁב֥וּ they devise ḥā·šə·ḇū בַּל־ will not bal- יוּכָֽלוּ׃ prevail . yū·ḵā·lū Psalm 21:12 כִּ֭י For kî תְּשִׁיתֵ֣מוֹ You will put them to flight tə·šî·ṯê·mōw שֶׁ֑כֶם . . . še·ḵem בְּ֝מֵֽיתָרֶ֗יךָ when Your bow bə·mê·ṯā·re·ḵā תְּכוֹנֵ֥ן is trained tə·ḵō·w·nên עַל־ upon ‘al- פְּנֵיהֶֽם׃ them . pə·nê·hem Psalm 21:13 ר֣וּמָה Be exalted , rū·māh יְהוָ֣ה O YHWH , Yah·weh בְּעֻזֶּ֑ךָ in Your strength ; ḇə·‘uz·ze·ḵā נָשִׁ֥ירָה we will sing nā·šî·rāh וּֽ֝נְזַמְּרָה and praise ū·nə·zam·mə·rāh גְּבוּרָתֶֽךָ׃ Your power . gə·ḇū·rā·ṯe·ḵā Psalm 22:1 לַ֭מְנַצֵּחַ For the choirmaster . lam·naṣ·ṣê·aḥ עַל־ To the tune of ‘al- אַיֶּ֥לֶת “ The Doe ’ay·ye·leṯ הַשַּׁ֗חַר of the Dawn . ” haš·ša·ḥar מִזְמ֥וֹר A Psalm miz·mō·wr לְדָוִֽד׃ of David . lə·ḏā·wiḏ אֵלִ֣י My God , ’ê·lî אֵ֭לִי my God , ’ê·lî לָמָ֣ה why lā·māh עֲזַבְתָּ֑נִי have You forsaken me ? ‘ă·zaḇ·tā·nî רָח֥וֹק Why are You so far rā·ḥō·wq מִֽ֝ישׁוּעָתִ֗י from saving me , mî·šū·‘ā·ṯî דִּבְרֵ֥י [so far] from my words diḇ·rê שַׁאֲגָתִֽי׃ of groaning ? ša·’ă·ḡā·ṯî Psalm 22:2 אֶקְרָ֣א I cry out ’eq·rā י֭וֹמָם by day , yō·w·mām אֱ O my God , ’ĕlō·hay תַעֲנֶ֑ה but You do not answer ṯa·‘ă·neh וְלֹ֣א . . . , wə·lō וְ֝לַ֗יְלָה and by night , wə·lay·lāh וְֽלֹא־ but I have no wə·lō- דֽוּמִיָּ֥ה rest . ḏū·mî·yāh לִֽי׃ lî Psalm 22:3 וְאַתָּ֥ה Yet You wə·’at·tāh קָד֑וֹשׁ are holy , qā·ḏō·wōš י֝וֹשֵׁ֗ב enthroned yō·wō·šêḇ תְּהִלּ֥וֹת on the praises tə·hil·lō·wṯ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ of Israel . yiś·rā·’êl Psalm 22:4 בְּ֭ךָ In You bə·ḵā אֲבֹתֵ֑ינוּ our fathers ’ă·ḇō·ṯê·nū בָּטְח֣וּ trusted ; bā·ṭə·ḥū
