Psalm 18:17 יַצִּילֵ֗נִי He rescued me yaṣ·ṣî·lê·nî עָ֑ז from my powerful ‘āz מֵאֹיְבִ֥י enemy , mê·’ō·yə·ḇî וּ֝מִשֹּׂנְאַ֗י from foes ū·miś·śō·nə·’ay כִּֽי־ - kî- אָמְצ֥וּ too mighty ’ā·mə·ṣū מִמֶּֽנִּי׃ for me . mim·men·nî Psalm 18:18 יְקַדְּמ֥וּנִי They confronted me yə·qad·də·mū·nî בְיוֹם־ in my day ḇə·yō·wm- אֵידִ֑י of calamity , ’ê·ḏî יְהוָ֖ה but YHWH Yah·weh וַֽיְהִי־ was way·hî- לְמִשְׁעָ֣ן my support lə·miš·‘ān לִֽי׃ . lî Psalm 18:19 וַיּוֹצִיאֵ֥נִי He brought me out way·yō·w·ṣî·’ê·nî לַמֶּרְחָ֑ב into the open ; lam·mer·ḥāḇ יְ֝חַלְּצֵ֗נִי He rescued me yə·ḥal·lə·ṣê·nî כִּ֘י because kî חָ֥פֵֽץ He delighted ḥā·p̄êṣ בִּֽי׃ in me . bî Psalm 18:20 יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh יִגְמְלֵ֣נִי has rewarded me yiḡ·mə·lê·nî כְּצִדְקִ֑י according to my righteousness ; kə·ṣiḏ·qî יָשִׁ֥יב He has repaid me yā·šîḇ כְּבֹ֥ר according to the cleanness kə·ḇōr יָ֝דַ֗י of my hands yā·ḏay לִֽי׃ . lî Psalm 18:21 כִּֽי־ For kî·šā- שָׁ֭מַרְתִּי I have kept mar·tî דַּרְכֵ֣י the ways dar·ḵê יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH Yah·weh וְלֹֽא־ and have not wə·lō- רָ֝שַׁ֗עְתִּי wickedly departed rā·ša‘·tî מֵאֱלֹהָֽי׃ from my God . mê·’ĕ·lō·hāy Psalm 18:22 כִּ֣י For kî כָל־ all ḵāl מִשְׁפָּטָ֣יו His ordinances [are] miš·pā·ṭāw לְנֶגְדִּ֑י before me ; lə·neḡ·dî לֹא־ I have not lō- אָסִ֥יר disregarded ’ā·sîr מֶֽנִּי׃ . . . men·nî וְ֝חֻקֹּתָ֗יו His statutes . wə·ḥuq·qō·ṯāw Psalm 18:23 וָאֱהִ֣י And I wā·’ĕ·hî תָמִ֣ים have been blameless ṯā·mîm עִמּ֑וֹ before Him ‘im·mōw וָ֝אֶשְׁתַּמֵּ֗ר and kept myself wā·’eš·tam·mêr מֵעֲוֺנִֽי׃ from iniquity . mê·‘ă·wō·nî Psalm 18:24 יְהוָ֣ה So YHWH Yah·weh וַיָּֽשֶׁב־ has repaid way·yā·šeḇ- לִ֣י me lî כְצִדְקִ֑י according to my righteousness , ḵə·ṣiḏ·qî כְּבֹ֥ר according to the cleanness kə·ḇōr יָ֝דַ֗י of my hands yā·ḏay לְנֶ֣גֶד in lə·ne·ḡeḏ עֵינָֽיו׃ His sight . ‘ê·nāw Psalm 18:25 עִם־ To ‘im- חָסִ֥יד the faithful ḥā·sîḏ תִּתְחַסָּ֑ד You show Yourself faithful , tiṯ·ḥas·sāḏ עִם־ to ‘im- גְּבַ֥ר . . . gə·ḇar תָּ֝מִ֗ים the blameless tā·mîm תִּתַּמָּֽם׃ You show Yourself blameless ; tit·tam·mām Psalm 18:26 עִם־ to ‘im- נָבָ֥ר the pure nā·ḇār תִּתְבָּרָ֑ר You show Yourself pure , tiṯ·bā·rār וְעִם־ but to wə·‘im- עִ֝קֵּ֗שׁ the crooked ‘iq·qêš תִּתְפַּתָּֽל׃ You show Yourself shrewd . tiṯ·pat·tāl
