יָדִ֣ין He judges yā·ḏîn עַמִּ֑ים the nations ‘am·mîm יִֽתֶּן־ and provides yit·ten- אֹ֥כֶל food ’ō·ḵel לְמַכְבִּֽיר׃ in abundance . lə·maḵ·bîr Job 36:32 עַל־ - ‘al- כִּסָּה־ He fills kis·sāh- כַּפַּ֥יִם His hands kap·pa·yim א֑וֹר with lightning ’ō·wr וַיְצַ֖ו and commands way·ṣaw עָלֶ֣יהָ it ‘ā·le·hā בְמַפְגִּֽיעַ׃ to strike its mark . ḇə·map̄·gî·a‘ Job 36:33 רֵע֑וֹ The thunder rê·‘ōw יַגִּ֣יד declares yag·gîḏ עָלָ֣יו [His presence] ; ‘ā·lāw מִ֝קְנֶ֗ה even the cattle miq·neh אַ֣ף . . . ’ap̄ עַל־ regard ‘al- עוֹלֶֽה׃ the rising [storm] . [’’] ‘ō·w·leh Job 37:1 לְ֭זֹאת [“] At this lə·zōṯ לִבִּ֑י my heart lib·bî אַף־ also ’ap̄- יֶחֱרַ֣ד pounds ye·ḥĕ·raḏ וְ֝יִתַּ֗ר and leaps wə·yit·tar מִמְּקוֹמֽוֹ׃ from its place . mim·mə·qō·w·mōw Job 37:2 שִׁמְע֤וּ Listen šim·‘ū שָׁמ֣וֹעַ closely šā·mō·w·a‘ בְּרֹ֣גֶז to the thunder bə·rō·ḡez קֹל֑וֹ of His voice qō·lōw וְ֝הֶ֗גֶה and the rumbling wə·he·ḡeh יֵצֵֽא׃ [that] comes yê·ṣê מִפִּ֥יו from His mouth . mip·pîw Job 37:3 יִשְׁרֵ֑הוּ He unleashes yiš·rê·hū וְ֝אוֹר֗וֹ His lightning wə·’ō·w·rōw תַּֽחַת־ beneath ta·ḥaṯ- כָּל־ the whole kāl- הַשָּׁמַ֥יִם sky haš·šā·ma·yim עַל־ and sends it ‘al- כַּנְפ֥וֹת to the ends kan·p̄ō·wṯ הָאָֽרֶץ׃ of the earth . hā·’ā·reṣ Job 37:4 אַחֲרָ֤יו׀ Then ’a·ḥă·rāw יִשְׁאַג־ there comes a roaring yiš·’aḡ- ק֗וֹל sound ; qō·wl יַ֭רְעֵם He thunders yar·‘êm גְּאוֹנ֑וֹ with His majestic gə·’ō·w·nōw בְּק֣וֹל voice . bə·qō·wl וְלֹ֥א He does not wə·lō יְ֝עַקְּבֵ֗ם restrain [the lightning] yə·‘aq·qə·ḇêm כִּֽי־ when kî- קוֹלֽוֹ׃ His voice qō·w·lōw יִשָּׁמַ֥ע resounds . yiš·šā·ma‘ Job 37:5 אֵ֣ל God ’êl יַרְעֵ֤ם thunders yar·‘êm נִפְלָא֑וֹת wondrously nip̄·lā·’ō·wṯ בְּ֭קוֹלוֹ with His voice ; bə·qō·w·lōw עֹשֶׂ֥ה He does ‘ō·śeh גְ֝דֹל֗וֹת great things ḡə·ḏō·lō·wṯ וְלֹ֣א we cannot wə·lō נֵדָֽע׃ comprehend . nê·ḏā‘ Job 37:6 כִּ֤י For kî יֹאמַ֗ר He says yō·mar לַשֶּׁ֨לַג׀ to the snow , laš·šɛ·laḡ הֱוֵ֫א ‘ Fall hĕ·wê אָ֥רֶץ [on] the earth , ’ ’ā·reṣ וְגֶ֥שֶׁם and to the gentle rain wə·ḡe·šem מָטָ֑ר . . . , mā·ṭār וְ֝גֶ֗שֶׁם ‘ Pour out wə·ḡe·šem עֻזּֽוֹ׃ a mighty ‘uz·zōw מִטְר֥וֹת downpour . ’ miṭ·rō·wṯ Job 37:7 יַחְתּ֑וֹם He seals up yaḥ·tō·wm בְּיַד־ the hand bə·yaḏ- כָּל־ of every kāl- אָדָ֥ם man , ’ā·ḏām
