ע֖וֹד there is more ‘ō·wḏ מִלִּֽים׃ to be said mil·lîm לֶאֱל֣וֹהַּ on God’s behalf . le·’ĕ·lō·w·ah Job 36:3 אֶשָּׂ֣א I get ’eś·śā דֵ֭עִי my knowledge ḏê·‘î לְמֵרָח֑וֹק from afar , lə·mê·rā·ḥō·wq אֶֽתֵּֽן־ and I will ascribe ’et·tên- צֶֽדֶק׃ justice ṣe·ḏeq וּ֝לְפֹעֲלִ֗י to my Maker . ū·lə·p̄ō·‘ă·lî Job 36:4 כִּֽי־ For kî- אָ֭מְנָם truly ’ā·mə·nām מִלָּ֑י my words mil·lāy לֹא־ are free of lō- שֶׁ֣קֶר falsehood ; še·qer תְּמִ֖ים one perfect tə·mîm דֵּע֣וֹת in knowledge dê·‘ō·wṯ עִמָּֽךְ׃ is with you . ‘im·māḵ Job 36:5 הֶן־ Indeed , hen- אֵ֣ל God [is] ’êl כַּ֭בִּיר mighty , kab·bîr יִמְאָ֑ס but He despises yim·’ās וְלֹ֣א no one ; wə·lō כַּ֝בִּ֗יר [He is] mighty kab·bîr כֹּ֣חַֽ in strength kō·aḥ לֵֽב׃ of understanding . lêḇ Job 36:6 לֹא־ He does not lō- רָשָׁ֑ע keep the wicked rā·šā‘ יְחַיֶּ֥ה alive , yə·ḥay·yeh יִתֵּֽן׃ but He grants yit·tên וּמִשְׁפַּ֖ט justice ū·miš·paṭ עֲנִיִּ֣ים to the afflicted . ‘ă·nî·yîm Job 36:7 לֹֽא־ He does not lō- יִגְרַ֥ע take yiḡ·ra‘ עֵ֫ינָ֥יו His eyes ‘ê·nāw מִצַּדִּ֗יק off the righteous , miṣ·ṣad·dîq לַכִּסֵּ֑א but He enthrones them lak·kis·sê וַיֹּשִׁיבֵ֥ם . . . way·yō·šî·ḇêm וְאֶת־ with wə·’eṯ- מְלָכִ֥ים kings mə·lā·ḵîm וַיִּגְבָּֽהוּ׃ and exalts them way·yiḡ·bā·hū לָ֝נֶ֗צַח forever . lā·ne·ṣaḥ Job 36:8 וְאִם־ And if wə·’im- אֲסוּרִ֥ים men are bound ’ă·sū·rîm בַּזִּקִּ֑ים with chains , baz·ziq·qîm יִ֝לָּכְד֗וּן caught yil·lā·ḵə·ḏūn בְּחַבְלֵי־ in cords bə·ḥaḇ·lê- עֹֽנִי׃ of affliction , ‘ō·nî Job 36:9 וַיַּגֵּ֣ד then He tells way·yag·gêḏ לָהֶ֣ם them lā·hem פָּעֳלָ֑ם their deeds pā·‘o·lām כִּ֣י and how kî יִתְגַּבָּֽרוּ׃ arrogantly yiṯ·gab·bā·rū וּ֝פִשְׁעֵיהֶ֗ם they have transgressed . ū·p̄iš·‘ê·hem Job 36:10 וַיִּ֣גֶל He opens way·yi·ḡel אָ֭זְנָם their ears ’ā·zə·nām לַמּוּסָ֑ר to correction lam·mū·sār וַ֝יֹּ֗אמֶר and commands way·yō·mer כִּֽי־ that kî- יְשֻׁב֥וּן they turn yə·šu·ḇūn מֵאָֽוֶן׃ from iniquity . mê·’ā·wen Job 36:11 אִֽם־ If ’im- יִשְׁמְע֗וּ they obey yiš·mə·‘ū וְֽיַ֫עֲבֹ֥דוּ and serve [Him] , wə·ya·‘ă·ḇō·ḏū יְכַלּ֣וּ then they end yə·ḵal·lū יְמֵיהֶ֣ם their days yə·mê·hem בַּטּ֑וֹב in prosperity baṭ·ṭō·wḇ וּ֝שְׁנֵיהֶ֗ם and their years ū·šə·nê·hem בַּנְּעִימִֽים׃ in happiness . ban·nə·‘î·mîm Job 36:12 וְאִם־ But if wə·’im- לֹ֣א they do not lō
