וַאֲנַ֗חְנוּ We wa·’ă·naḥ·nū לֹ֤א do not lō נֵדַע֙ know nê·ḏa‘ מַֽה־ what mah- נַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה to do , na·‘ă·śeh כִּ֥י but kî עֵינֵֽינוּ׃ our eyes [are] ‘ê·nê·nū עָלֶ֖יךָ upon You . ” ‘ā·le·ḵā 2 Chronicles 20:13 וְכָ֨ל־ Meanwhile all [the men] wə·ḵōl- יְהוּדָ֔ה of Judah , yə·hū·ḏāh גַּם־ with gam- נְשֵׁיהֶ֥ם their wives nə·šê·hem וּבְנֵיהֶֽם׃פ and children ū·ḇə·nê·hem טַפָּ֖ם and little ones , ṭap·pām עֹמְדִ֖ים were standing ‘ō·mə·ḏîm לִפְנֵ֣י before lip̄·nê יְהוָ֑ה YHWH . Yah·weh 2 Chronicles 20:14 ר֣וּחַ Then the Spirit rū·aḥ יְהוָ֔ה of YHWH Yah·weh הָיְתָ֤ה came hā·yə·ṯāh עָלָיו֙ upon ‘ā·lāw וְיַחֲזִיאֵ֡ל Jahaziel wə·ya·ḥă·zî·’êl בֶּן־ son ben- זְכַרְיָ֡הוּ of Zechariah , zə·ḵar·yā·hū בֶּן־ the son ben- בְּ֠נָיָה of Benaiah , bə·nā·yāh בֶּן־ the son ben- יְעִיאֵ֧ל of Jeiel , yə·‘î·’êl בֶּן־ the son ben- מַתַּנְיָ֛ה of Mattaniah , mat·tan·yāh הַלֵּוִ֖י a Levite hal·lê·wî מִן־ from min- אָסָ֑ף Asaph’s ’ā·sāp̄ בְּנֵ֣י descendants , bə·nê בְּת֖וֹךְ [as he stood] in the midst bə·ṯō·wḵ הַקָּהָֽל׃ of the assembly . haq·qā·hāl 2 Chronicles 20:15 וַיֹּ֗אמֶר And he said , way·yō·mer הַקְשִׁ֤יבוּ “ Listen , haq·šî·ḇū כָל־ all ḵāl וְיֹשְׁבֵ֣י you people wə·yō·šə·ḇê יְהוּדָה֙ of Judah yə·hū·ḏāh יְרוּשָׁלִַ֔ם and Jerusalem ! yə·rū·šā·lim וְהַמֶּ֖לֶךְ Listen, King wə·ham·me·leḵ יְהוֹשָׁפָ֑ט Jehoshaphat ! yə·hō·wō·šā·p̄āṭ כֹּֽה־ This is what kōh- יְהוָ֜ה YHWH Yah·weh לָכֶ֗ם lā·ḵem אַ֠תֶּם - ’at·tem אָמַ֨ר says : ’ā·mar אַל־ ‘ Do not ’al- תִּֽירְא֤וּ be afraid tî·rə·’ū וְאַל־ . . . wə·’al- תֵּחַ֙תּוּ֙ or discouraged tê·ḥat·tū מִפְּנֵ֨י because of mip·pə·nê הַזֶּ֔ה this haz·zeh הָרָב֙ vast hā·rāḇ הֶהָמ֤וֹן army , he·hā·mō·wn כִּ֣י for kî הַמִּלְחָמָ֖ה the battle ham·mil·ḥā·māh לֹ֥א does not belong lō לָכֶ֛ם to you , lā·ḵem כִּ֥י but kî לֵאלֹהִֽים׃ to God . lê·lō·hîm 2 Chronicles 20:16 מָחָר֙ Tomorrow mā·ḥār רְד֣וּ you are to march down rə·ḏū עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם against them . ‘ă·lê·hem הִנָּ֥ם You will see them hin·nām עֹלִ֖ים coming up ‘ō·lîm בְּמַעֲלֵ֣ה the Ascent bə·ma·‘ă·lêh הַצִּ֑יץ of Ziz , haṣ·ṣîṣ וּמְצָאתֶ֤ם and you will find ū·mə·ṣā·ṯem אֹתָם֙ them ’ō·ṯām בְּס֣וֹף at the end bə·sō·wp̄ הַנַּ֔חַל of the valley han·na·ḥal פְּנֵ֖י facing pə·nê מִדְבַּ֥ר the Wilderness miḏ·bar יְרוּאֵֽל׃ of Jeruel . yə·rū·’êl 2 Chronicles 20:17 לָכֶ֖ם You lā·ḵem לֹ֥א need not lō לְהִלָּחֵ֣ם fight lə·hil·lā·ḥêm בָּזֹ֑את this [battle] . bā·zōṯ הִתְיַצְּב֣וּ Take up your positions , hiṯ·yaṣ·ṣə·ḇū עִמְד֡וּ stand firm , ‘im·ḏū וּרְא֣וּ and see ū·rə·’ū אֶת־ - ’eṯ-
