אֹתָ֖הּ - ’ō·ṯāh עַל־ it on ‘al- יוֹסֵ֑ף Joseph’s yō·w·sêp̄ יַ֣ד finger , yaḏ וַיַּלְבֵּ֤שׁ clothed way·yal·bêš אֹתוֹ֙ him ’ō·ṯōw בִּגְדֵי־ in garments biḡ·ḏê- שֵׁ֔שׁ of fine linen , šêš וַיָּ֛שֶׂם and placed way·yā·śem הַזָּהָ֖ב a gold haz·zā·hāḇ רְבִ֥ד chain rə·ḇiḏ עַל־ around ‘al- צַוָּארֽוֹ׃ his neck . ṣaw·wā·rōw Genesis 41:43 וַיַּרְכֵּ֣ב He had Joseph ride way·yar·kêḇ אֹת֗וֹ - ’ō·ṯōw הַמִּשְׁנֶה֙ in his second ham·miš·neh אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- ל֔וֹ - lōw בְּמִרְכֶּ֤בֶת chariot , bə·mir·ke·ḇeṯ וַיִּקְרְא֥וּ with men calling out way·yiq·rə·’ū לְפָנָ֖יו before him , lə·p̄ā·nāw אַבְרֵ֑ךְ “ Bow the knee ! ” ’aḇ·rêḵ וְנָת֣וֹן So he placed wə·nā·ṯō·wn אֹת֔וֹ him ’ō·ṯōw עַ֖ל over ‘al כָּל־ all kāl- אֶ֥רֶץ the land ’e·reṣ מִצְרָֽיִם׃ of Egypt . miṣ·rā·yim Genesis 41:44 פַּרְעֹ֛ה And Pharaoh par·‘ōh וַיֹּ֧אמֶר declared way·yō·mer אֶל־ to ’el- יוֹסֵ֖ף Joseph , yō·w·sêp̄ אֲנִ֣י “ I ’ă·nî פַרְעֹ֑ה am Pharaoh , p̄ar·‘ōh וּבִלְעָדֶ֗יךָ but without your permission , ū·ḇil·‘ā·ḏe·ḵā לֹֽא־ no lō- אִ֧ישׁ one ’îš אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּכָל־ in all bə·ḵāl אֶ֥רֶץ the land ’e·reṣ מִצְרָֽיִם׃ of Egypt miṣ·rā·yim יָרִ֨ים shall lift yā·rîm יָד֛וֹ his hand yā·ḏōw וְאֶת־ or wə·’eṯ- רַגְל֖וֹ foot . ” raḡ·lōw Genesis 41:45 פַרְעֹ֣ה Pharaoh p̄ar·‘ōh וַיִּקְרָ֨א gave way·yiq·rā יוֹסֵף֮ Joseph yō·w·sêp̄ שֵׁם־ the name šêm- צָֽפְנַ֣ת vvv ṣā·p̄ə·naṯ פַּעְנֵחַ֒ Zaphenath-paneah , pa‘·nê·aḥ וַיִּתֶּן־ and he gave way·yit·ten- ל֣וֹ him lōw אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אָֽסְנַ֗ת Asenath ’ā·sə·naṯ בַּת־ daughter baṯ- פּ֥וֹטִי vvv pō·w·ṭî פֶ֛רַע of Potiphera , p̄e·ra‘ כֹּהֵ֥ן priest kō·hên אֹ֖ן of On , ’ōn לְאִשָּׁ֑ה to be his wife . lə·’iš·šāh יוֹסֵ֖ף And Joseph yō·w·sêp̄ וַיֵּצֵ֥א took charge way·yê·ṣê עַל־ of [all] ‘al- אֶ֥רֶץ the land ’e·reṣ מִצְרָֽיִם׃ of Egypt . miṣ·rā·yim Genesis 41:46 וְיוֹסֵף֙ Now Joseph wə·yō·w·sêp̄ שְׁלֹשִׁ֣ים was thirty šə·lō·šîm בֶּן־ years old ben- שָׁנָ֔ה . . . šā·nāh בְּעָמְד֕וֹ when he entered the service bə·‘ā·mə·ḏōw לִפְנֵ֖י . . . lip̄·nê פַּרְעֹ֣ה of Pharaoh par·‘ōh מֶֽלֶךְ־ king me·leḵ- מִצְרָ֑יִם of Egypt . miṣ·rā·yim יוֹסֵף֙ And Joseph yō·w·sêp̄ וַיֵּצֵ֤א left way·yê·ṣê פַרְעֹ֔ה Pharaoh’s p̄ar·‘ōh מִלִּפְנֵ֣י presence mil·lip̄·nê וַֽיַּעְבֹ֖ר and traveled way·yaʿ·ḇōr בְּכָל־ throughout bə·ḵāl אֶ֥רֶץ the land ’e·reṣ מִצְרָֽיִם׃ of Egypt . miṣ·rā·yim Genesis 41:47 בְּשֶׁ֖בַע During the seven bə·še·ḇa‘ שְׁנֵ֣י years šə·nê
