2 Chronicles 14:15 וְגַם־ They also wə·ḡam- הִכּ֑וּ attacked hik·kū אָהֳלֵ֥י the tents ’ā·ho·lê מִקְנֶ֖ה of the herdsmen miq·neh וַיִּשְׁבּ֨וּ and carried off way·yiš·bū לָרֹב֙ many lā·rōḇ צֹ֤אן sheep ṣōn וּגְמַלִּ֔ים and camels . ū·ḡə·mal·lîm וַיָּשֻׁ֖בוּ Then they returned way·yā·šu·ḇū יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ס to Jerusalem . yə·rū·šā·lim 2 Chronicles 15:1 ר֥וּחַ Now the Spirit rū·aḥ אֱלֹהִֽים׃ of God ’ĕ·lō·hîm הָיְתָ֥ה came hā·yə·ṯāh עָלָ֖יו upon ‘ā·lāw וַעֲזַרְיָ֙הוּ֙ Azariah wa·‘ă·zar·yā·hū בֶּן־ son ben- עוֹדֵ֔ד of Oded . ‘ō·w·ḏêḏ 2 Chronicles 15:2 וַיֵּצֵא֮ So he went out way·yê·ṣê לִפְנֵ֣י to meet lip̄·nê אָסָא֒ Asa ’ā·sā וַיֹּ֣אמֶר and said way·yō·mer ל֔וֹ to him , lōw שְׁמָע֕וּנִי “ Listen to me , šə·mā·‘ū·nî אָסָ֖א Asa ’ā·sā וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl יְהוּדָ֣ה Judah yə·hū·ḏāh וּבִנְיָמִ֑ן and Benjamin . ū·ḇin·yā·min יְהוָ֤ה YHWH Yah·weh עִמָּכֶם֙ is with you ‘im·mā·ḵem בִּֽהְיֽוֹתְכֶ֣ם when you are bih·yō·wṯ·ḵem עִמּ֔וֹ with Him . ‘im·mōw וְאִֽם־ If wə·’im- תִּדְרְשֻׁ֙הוּ֙ you seek Him , tiḏ·rə·šu·hū יִמָּצֵ֣א He will be found yim·mā·ṣê לָכֶ֔ם by you , lā·ḵem וְאִם־ but if wə·’im- תַּעַזְבֻ֖הוּ you forsake Him , ta·‘az·ḇu·hū יַעֲזֹ֥ב He will forsake ya·‘ă·zōḇ אֶתְכֶֽם׃ס you . ’eṯ·ḵem 2 Chronicles 15:3 רַבִּ֖ים For many rab·bîm וְיָמִ֥ים years wə·yā·mîm לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל Israel lə·yiś·rā·’êl לְלֹ֣א׀ has been without lə·lō אֱמֶ֗ת the true ’ĕ·meṯ אֱלֹהֵ֣י God , ’ĕ·lō·hê וּלְלֹ֛א without ū·lə·lō כֹּהֵ֥ן a priest kō·hên מוֹרֶ֖ה to instruct them , mō·w·reh וּלְלֹ֥א and without ū·lə·lō תוֹרָֽה׃ the law . ṯō·w·rāh 2 Chronicles 15:4 בַּצַּר־ But in their distress baṣ·ṣar- ל֔וֹ . . . lōw וַיָּ֙שָׁב֙ they turned way·yā·šāḇ עַל־ to ‘al- יְהוָ֖ה YHWH , Yah·weh אֱלֹהֵ֣י the God ’ĕ·lō·hê יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל of Israel , yiś·rā·’êl וַיְבַקְשֻׁ֖הוּ and sought Him , way·ḇaq·šu·hū וַיִּמָּצֵ֥א and He was found way·yim·mā·ṣê לָהֶֽם׃ by them . lā·hem 2 Chronicles 15:5 הָהֵ֔ם In those hā·hêm וּבָעִתִּ֣ים days ū·ḇā·‘it·tîm אֵ֥ין there was no ’ên שָׁל֖וֹם safety šā·lō·wm לַיּוֹצֵ֣א for travelers lay·yō·w·ṣê וְלַבָּ֑א . . . , wə·lab·bā כִּ֚י because kî יוֹשְׁבֵ֖י the residents yō·wō·šə·ḇê הָאֲרָצֽוֹת׃ of the lands hā·’ă·rā·ṣō·wṯ עַ֥ל had ‘al כָּל־ . . . kāl- רַבּ֔וֹת many rab·bō·wṯ מְהוּמֹ֣ת conflicts . mə·hū·mōṯ 2 Chronicles 15:6 גוֹי־ Nation ḡō·w- וְכֻתְּת֥וּ was crushed wə·ḵut·tə·ṯū בְּג֖וֹי by nation , bə·ḡō·w וְעִ֣יר and city wə·‘îr בְּעִ֑יר by city , bə·‘îr כִּֽי־ for kî- אֱלֹהִ֥ים God ’ĕ·lō·hîm הֲמָמָ֖ם afflicted them hă·mā·mām בְּכָל־ with all kinds of bə·ḵāl
