תִּירָ֖א be afraid tî·rā וְאַל־ . . . wə·’al- תֵּחָֽת׃ or discouraged . tê·ḥāṯ 1 Chronicles 22:14 וְהִנֵּ֨ה Now behold , wə·hin·nêh בְעָנְיִ֜י I have taken great pains ḇə·‘ā·nə·yî הֲכִינ֣וֹתִי to provide hă·ḵî·nō·w·ṯî לְבֵית־ for the house lə·ḇêṯ- יְהוָ֗ה of YHWH — Yah·weh מֵֽאָה־ 100,000 {} mê·’āh- אֶ֙לֶף֙ . . . ’e·lep̄ כִּכָּרִ֤ים talents kik·kā·rîm זָהָ֞ב of gold , zā·hāḇ אֶ֤לֶף 1,000,000 {} ’e·lep̄ אֲלָפִים֙ . . . ’ă·lā·p̄îm כִּכָּרִ֔ים talents kik·kā·rîm וְכֶ֗סֶף of silver , wə·ḵe·sep̄ וְלַנְּחֹ֤שֶׁת and bronze wə·lan·nə·ḥō·šeṯ וְלַבַּרְזֶל֙ and iron wə·lab·bar·zel כִּ֥י too great kî הָיָ֑ה . . . hā·yāh לָרֹ֖ב . . . lā·rōḇ אֵ֣ין . . . ’ên מִשְׁקָ֔ל to be weighed . miš·qāl הֲכִינ֔וֹתִי I have also provided hă·ḵî·nō·w·ṯî וְעֵצִ֤ים timber wə·‘ê·ṣîm וַאֲבָנִים֙ and stone , wa·’ă·ḇā·nîm תּוֹסִֽיף׃ and you may add tō·w·sîp̄ וַעֲלֵיהֶ֖ם to them . wa·‘ă·lê·hem 1 Chronicles 22:15 וְעִמְּךָ֤ You also have wə·‘im·mə·ḵā לָרֹב֙ many lā·rōḇ עֹשֵׂ֣י workers ‘ō·śê מְלָאכָ֔ה . . . : mə·lā·ḵāh חֹצְבִ֕ים stonecutters , ḥō·ṣə·ḇîm וְחָרָשֵׁ֥י masons wə·ḥā·rā·šê אֶ֖בֶן . . . , ’e·ḇen וָעֵ֑ץ carpenters , wā·‘êṣ חָכָ֖ם and men skilled ḥā·ḵām בְּכָל־ . . . bə·ḵāl וְכָל־ in every kind wə·ḵāl מְלָאכָֽה׃ of work — mə·lā·ḵāh 1 Chronicles 22:16 לַזָּהָ֥ב in gold laz·zā·hāḇ לַכֶּ֛סֶף and silver , lak·ke·sep̄ וְלַנְּחֹ֥שֶׁת bronze wə·lan·nə·ḥō·šeṯ וְלַבַּרְזֶ֖ל and iron — wə·lab·bar·zel אֵ֣ין [craftsmen] beyond ’ên מִסְפָּ֑ר number . mis·pār ק֣וּם Now begin qūm וַעֲשֵׂ֔ה the work , wa·‘ă·śêh יְהוָ֖ה and may YHWH Yah·weh וִיהִ֥י be wî·hî עִמָּֽךְ׃ with you . ” ‘im·māḵ 1 Chronicles 22:17 דָּוִיד֙ Then David dā·wîḏ וַיְצַ֤ו ordered way·ṣaw לְכָל־ all lə·ḵāl שָׂרֵ֣י the leaders śā·rê יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of Israel yiś·rā·’êl לַעְזֹ֖ר to help la‘·zōr בְנֽוֹ׃ his son ḇə·nōw לִשְׁלֹמֹ֥ה Solomon : liš·lō·mōh 1 Chronicles 22:18 הֲלֹ֨א “ [Is] not hă·lō יְהוָ֤ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶם֙ your God ’ĕ·lō·hê·ḵem עִמָּכֶ֔ם with you , ‘im·mā·ḵem וְהֵנִ֥יחַ and has He [not] granted you rest wə·hê·nî·aḥ לָכֶ֖ם . . . lā·ḵem מִסָּבִ֑יב on every side ? mis·sā·ḇîḇ כִּ֣י׀ For kî נָתַ֣ן He has given nā·ṯan יֹשְׁבֵ֣י the inhabitants yō·šə·ḇê הָאָ֔רֶץ of the land hā·’ā·reṣ בְּיָדִ֗י into my hand , bə·yā·ḏî אֵ֚ת - ’êṯ הָאָ֛רֶץ and the land hā·’ā·reṣ וְנִכְבְּשָׁ֥ה has been subdued wə·niḵ·bə·šāh לִפְנֵ֥י before lip̄·nê יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh וְלִפְנֵ֥י . . . wə·lip̄·nê עַמּֽוֹ׃ and His people . ‘am·mōw 1 Chronicles 22:19 עַתָּ֗ה Now ‘at·tāh תְּנ֤וּ set tə·nū לְבַבְכֶם֙ your heart lə·ḇaḇ·ḵem וְנַפְשְׁכֶ֔ם and soul wə·nap̄·šə·ḵem
