בְּתוֹרַ֣ת in the Law bə·ṯō·w·raṯ יְהוָ֔ה of YHWH , Yah·weh אֲשֶׁ֥ר which ’ă·šer צִוָּ֖ה He had commanded ṣiw·wāh עַל־ . . . ‘al- יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Israel to keep . yiś·rā·’êl 1 Chronicles 16:41 וְעִמָּהֶם֙ With them wə·‘im·mā·hem הֵימָ֣ן were Heman , hê·mān וִֽידוּת֔וּן Jeduthun , wî·ḏū·ṯūn וּשְׁאָר֙ and the rest ū·šə·’ār הַבְּרוּרִ֔ים of those chosen hab·bə·rū·rîm אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer נִקְּב֖וּ and designated niq·qə·ḇū בְּשֵׁמ֑וֹת by name bə·šê·mō·wṯ לְהֹדוֹת֙ to give thanks lə·hō·ḏō·wṯ לַֽיהוָ֔ה to YHWH , Yah·weh כִּ֥י for kî חַסְדּֽוֹ׃ “ His loving devotion ḥas·dōw לְעוֹלָ֖ם endures forever . ” lə·‘ō·w·lām 1 Chronicles 16:42 הֵימָ֨ן Heman hê·mān וִֽידוּת֜וּן and Jeduthun wî·ḏū·ṯūn וְעִמָּהֶם֩ had with them wə·‘im·mā·hem חֲצֹצְר֤וֹת trumpets ḥă·ṣō·ṣə·rō·wṯ וּמְצִלְתַּ֙יִם֙ and cymbals ū·mə·ṣil·ta·yim לְמַשְׁמִיעִ֔ים for the music lə·maš·mî·‘îm וּכְלֵ֖י and instruments ū·ḵə·lê שִׁ֣יר [for] the songs šîr הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים of God . hā·’ĕ·lō·hîm וּבְנֵ֥י And the sons ū·ḇə·nê יְדוּת֖וּן of Jeduthun yə·ḏū·ṯūn לַשָּֽׁעַר׃ were stationed at the gate . laš·šā·‘ar 1 Chronicles 16:43 כָל־ Then all ḵāl הָעָ֖ם the people hā·‘ām אִ֣ישׁ . . . ’îš וַיֵּלְכ֥וּ departed way·yê·lə·ḵū לְבֵית֑וֹ for their homes , lə·ḇê·ṯōw דָּוִ֖יד and David dā·wîḏ וַיִּסֹּ֥ב returned home way·yis·sōḇ לְבָרֵ֥ךְ to bless lə·ḇā·rêḵ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בֵּיתֽוֹ׃פ his household . bê·ṯōw 1 Chronicles 17:1 וַיְהִ֕י After way·hî כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר - ka·’ă·šer דָּוִ֖יד David dā·wîḏ יָשַׁ֥ב had settled yā·šaḇ בְּבֵית֑וֹ into his palace , bə·ḇê·ṯōw דָּוִ֜יד he dā·wîḏ וַיֹּ֨אמֶר said way·yō·mer אֶל־ to ’el- נָתָ֣ן Nathan nā·ṯān הַנָּבִ֗יא the prophet , han·nā·ḇî הִנֵּ֨ה “ Here hin·nêh אָנֹכִ֤י I am , ’ā·nō·ḵî יוֹשֵׁב֙ living yō·wō·šêḇ בְּבֵ֣ית in a house bə·ḇêṯ הָֽאֲרָזִ֔ים of cedar , hā·’ă·rā·zîm וַאֲר֥וֹן while the ark wa·’ă·rō·wn בְּרִית־ of the covenant bə·rîṯ- יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh תַּ֥חַת is under ta·ḥaṯ יְרִיעֽוֹת׃ a tent . ” yə·rî·‘ō·wṯ 1 Chronicles 17:2 נָתָן֙ And Nathan nā·ṯān אֶל־ . . . ’el- וַיֹּ֤אמֶר replied to way·yō·mer דָּוִ֔יד David , dā·wîḏ עֲשֵׂ֑ה “ Do ‘ă·śêh כֹּ֛ל all kōl אֲשֶׁ֥ר that [is] ’ă·šer בִּֽלְבָבְךָ֖ in your heart , bil·ḇā·ḇə·ḵā כִּ֥י for kî הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים God hā·’ĕ·lō·hîm עִמָּֽךְ׃ס is with you . ” ‘im·māḵ 1 Chronicles 17:3 הַה֑וּא But that ha·hū וַיְהִי֙ . . . way·hî בַּלַּ֣יְלָה night bal·lay·lāh דְּבַר־ the word də·ḇar- אֱלֹהִ֔ים of God ’ĕ·lō·hîm וַֽיְהִ֖י came way·hî אֶל־ to ’el- נָתָ֖ן Nathan , nā·ṯān לֵאמֹֽר׃ saying , lê·mōr
