Yah·weh הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ The king ham·me·leḵ וַיָּ֣רָץ pulverized them way·yā·rāṣ מִשָּׁ֔ם there miš·šām וְהִשְׁלִ֥יךְ and threw wə·hiš·lîḵ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עֲפָרָ֖ם their dust ‘ă·p̄ā·rām אֶל־ into ’el- קִדְרֽוֹן׃ the Kidron qiḏ·rō·wn נַ֥חַל Valley . na·ḥal 2 Kings 23:13 וְֽאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ The king ham·me·leḵ טִמֵּ֖א also desecrated ṭim·mê הַבָּמ֞וֹת the high places hab·bā·mō·wṯ אֲשֶׁ֣ר׀ - ’ă·šer עַל־ east ‘al- פְּנֵ֣י of pə·nê יְרוּשָׁלִַ֗ם Jerusalem , yə·rū·šā·lim אֲשֶׁר֮ ’ă·šer מִימִ֣ין to the south mî·mîn לְהַר־ of the Mount lə·har- הַמַּשְׁחִית֒ of Corruption , ham·maš·ḥîṯ אֲשֶׁ֣ר which ’ă·šer מֶֽלֶךְ־ King me·leḵ- שְׁלֹמֹ֨ה Solomon šə·lō·mōh יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל of Israel yiś·rā·’êl בָּ֠נָה had built bā·nāh לְעַשְׁתֹּ֣רֶת׀ for Ashtoreth lə·‘aš·tō·reṯ שִׁקֻּ֣ץ the abomination šiq·quṣ צִידֹנִ֗ים of the Sidonians , ṣî·ḏō·nîm וְלִכְמוֹשׁ֙ for Chemosh wə·liḵ·mō·wōš שִׁקֻּ֣ץ the abomination šiq·quṣ מוֹאָ֔ב of the Moabites , mō·w·’āḇ וּלְמִלְכֹּ֖ם and for Milcom ū·lə·mil·kōm תּוֹעֲבַ֣ת the abomination tō·w·‘ă·ḇaṯ בְּנֵֽי־ of the Ammonites bə·nê- עַמּ֑וֹן . . . . ‘am·mō·wn 2 Kings 23:14 הַמַּצֵּב֔וֹת He smashed the sacred pillars ham·maṣ·ṣê·ḇō·wṯ וְשִׁבַּר֙ to pieces , wə·šib·bar אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיִּכְרֹ֖ת cut down way·yiḵ·rōṯ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָאֲשֵׁרִ֑ים the Asherah poles , hā·’ă·šê·rîm וַיְמַלֵּ֥א and covered way·mal·lê אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מְקוֹמָ֖ם the sites mə·qō·w·mām אָדָֽם׃ with human ’ā·ḏām
