רָאִ֖יתִי I have seen rā·’î·ṯî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- דִּמְעָתֶ֑ךָ your tears . dim·‘ā·ṯe·ḵā הִנְנִי֙ vvv hin·nî רֹ֣פֶא I will surely heal rō·p̄e לָ֔ךְ you . lāḵ הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֔י On the third haš·šə·lî·šî בַּיּוֹם֙ day from now bay·yō·wm תַּעֲלֶ֖ה you will go up ta·‘ă·leh בֵּ֥ית to the house bêṯ יְהוָֽה׃ of YHWH . Yah·weh 2 Kings 20:6 וְהֹסַפְתִּ֣י I will add wə·hō·sap̄·tî חֲמֵ֤שׁ fifteen ḥă·mêš עֶשְׂרֵה֙ . . . ‘eś·rêh שָׁנָ֔ה years šā·nāh עַל־ to ‘al- יָמֶ֗יךָ your life . yā·me·ḵā אַצִּ֣ילְךָ֔ And I will deliver you ’aṣ·ṣî·lə·ḵā וְאֵ֖ת and wə·’êṯ הַזֹּ֑את this haz·zōṯ הָעִ֣יר city hā·‘îr וּמִכַּ֤ף from the hand ū·mik·kap̄ מֶֽלֶךְ־ of the king me·leḵ- אַשּׁוּר֙ of Assyria . ’aš·šūr וְגַנּוֹתִי֙ I will defend wə·ḡan·nō·w·ṯî עַל־ . . . ‘al- הַזֹּ֔את this haz·zōṯ הָעִ֣יר city hā·‘îr לְמַֽעֲנִ֔י for My sake lə·ma·‘ă·nî וּלְמַ֖עַן and for the sake of ū·lə·ma·‘an עַבְדִּֽי׃ My servant ‘aḇ·dî דָּוִ֥ד David . ’” dā·wiḏ 2 Kings 20:7 יְשַֽׁעְיָ֔הוּ Then Isaiah yə·ša‘·yā·hū וַיֹּ֣אמֶר said , way·yō·mer קְח֖וּ “ Prepare qə·ḥū דְּבֶ֣לֶת a poultice də·ḇe·leṯ תְּאֵנִ֑ים of figs . ” tə·’ê·nîm וַיִּקְח֛וּ So they brought it way·yiq·ḥū וַיָּשִׂ֥ימוּ and applied way·yā·śî·mū עַֽל־ it to ‘al- הַשְּׁחִ֖ין the boil , haš·šə·ḥîn וַיֶּֽחִי׃ and [Hezekiah] recovered . way·ye·ḥî 2 Kings 20:8 חִזְקִיָּ֙הוּ֙ Now Hezekiah ḥiz·qî·yā·hū אֶֽל־ . . . ’el- וַיֹּ֤אמֶר had asked way·yō·mer יְשַׁעְיָ֔הוּ Isaiah , yə·ša‘·yā·hū מָ֣ה “ What māh א֔וֹת will be the sign ’ō·wṯ כִּֽי־ that kî- יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh יִרְפָּ֥א will heal yir·pā לִ֑י me lî וְעָלִ֛יתִי and that I will go up wə·‘ā·lî·ṯî בֵּ֥ית to the house bêṯ יְהוָֽה׃ of YHWH Yah·weh הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֖י on the third haš·šə·lî·šî בַּיּ֥וֹם day ? ” bay·yō·wm 2 Kings 20:9 יְשַׁעְיָ֗הוּ And Isaiah yə·ša‘·yā·hū וַיֹּ֣אמֶר had replied , way·yō·mer זֶה־ “ This zeh- הָאוֹת֙ will be a sign hā·’ō·wṯ לְּךָ֤ to you lə·ḵā מֵאֵ֣ת from mê·’êṯ יְהוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh כִּ֚י that kî יְהוָ֔ה He Yah·weh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַדָּבָ֖ר - had·dā·ḇār יַעֲשֶׂ֣ה will do ya·‘ă·śeh אֲשֶׁ֣ר what ’ă·šer דִּבֵּ֑ר He has promised : dib·bêr הַצֵּל֙ [Would you like] the shadow haṣ·ṣêl הָלַ֤ךְ to go hā·laḵ עֶ֣שֶׂר forward ten ‘e·śer מַֽעֲל֔וֹת steps , ma·‘ă·lō·wṯ אִם־ or ’im- יָשׁ֖וּב back yā·šūḇ עֶ֥שֶׂר ten ‘e·śer מַעֲלֽוֹת׃ steps ? ” ma·‘ă·lō·wṯ 2 Kings 20:10 נָקֵ֣ל “ It is easy nā·qêl לַצֵּ֔ל for the shadow laṣ·ṣêl לִנְט֖וֹת to lengthen lin·ṭō·wṯ עֶ֣שֶׂר ten ‘e·śer מַעֲל֑וֹת steps , ” ma·‘ă·lō·wṯ וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ answered way·yō·mer
