בֶּן־ son ben- רְמַלְיָ֧הוּ of Remaliah rə·mal·yā·hū מָ֠לַךְ became king mā·laḵ עַל־ of ‘al- יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל Israel , yiś·rā·’êl בְּשֹׁמְר֖וֹן [and he reigned] in Samaria bə·šō·mə·rō·wn עֶשְׂרִ֥ים twenty ‘eś·rîm שָׁנָֽה׃ years . šā·nāh 2 Kings 15:28 וַיַּ֥עַשׂ And he did way·ya·‘aś הָרַ֖ע evil hā·ra‘ בְּעֵינֵ֣י in the sight bə·‘ê·nê יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH Yah·weh לֹ֣א and did not lō סָ֗ר turn away sār מִן־ from min- חַטֹּאות֙ the sins that ḥaṭ·ṭō·wṯ יָרָבְעָ֣ם Jeroboam yā·rā·ḇə·‘ām בֶּן־ son ben- נְבָ֔ט of Nebat nə·ḇāṭ אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ had caused Israel yiś·rā·’êl הֶחֱטִ֖יא to commit . he·ḥĕ·ṭî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- 2 Kings 15:29 בִּימֵ֞י In the days bî·mê פֶּ֣קַח of Pekah pe·qaḥ מֶֽלֶךְ־ king me·leḵ- יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל of Israel , yiś·rā·’êl תִּגְלַ֣ת vvv tiḡ·laṯ פִּלְאֶסֶר֮ Tiglath-pileser pil·’e·ser מֶ֣לֶךְ king me·leḵ אַשּׁוּר֒ of Assyria ’aš·šūr בָּא֮ came bā וַיִּקַּ֣ח and captured way·yiq·qaḥ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עִיּ֡וֹן Ijon , ‘î·yō·wn וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- אָבֵ֣ל vvv ’ā·ḇêl בֵּֽית־ vvv bêṯ- מַעֲכָ֡ה Abel-beth-maacah , ma·‘ă·ḵāh וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- יָ֠נוֹחַ Janoah , yā·nō·w·aḥ וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- קֶ֨דֶשׁ Kedesh , qe·ḏeš וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- חָצ֤וֹר Hazor , ḥā·ṣō·wr וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- הַגִּלְעָד֙ Gilead , hag·gil·‘āḏ וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- הַגָּלִ֔ילָה and Galilee , hag·gā·lî·lāh כֹּ֖ל including all kōl אֶ֣רֶץ the land ’e·reṣ נַפְתָּלִ֑י of Naphtali , nap̄·tā·lî וַיַּגְלֵ֖ם and he took the people as captives way·yaḡ·lêm אַשּֽׁוּרָה׃ to Assyria . ’aš·šū·rāh 2 Kings 15:30 הוֹשֵׁ֣עַ Then Hoshea hō·wō·šê·a‘ בֶּן־ son ben- אֵלָ֗ה of Elah ’ê·lāh וַיִּקְשָׁר־ led way·yiq·šār- קֶ֜שֶׁר a conspiracy qe·šer עַל־ against ‘al- פֶּ֙קַח֙ Pekah pe·qaḥ בֶּן־ son ben- רְמַלְיָ֔הוּ of Remaliah . rə·mal·yā·hū עֶשְׂרִ֔ים In the twentieth ‘eś·rîm בִּשְׁנַ֣ת year biš·naṯ לְיוֹתָ֖ם of Jotham lə·yō·w·ṯām בֶּן־ son ben- עֻזִיָּֽה׃ of Uzziah , ‘u·zî·yāh וַיַּכֵּ֙הוּ֙ [Hoshea] attacked [Pekah] , way·yak·kê·hū וַיְמִיתֵ֔הוּ killed him , way·mî·ṯê·hū וַיִּמְלֹ֖ךְ and reigned way·yim·lōḵ תַּחְתָּ֑יו in his place . taḥ·tāw 2 Kings 15:31 וְיֶ֥תֶר As for the rest wə·ye·ṯer דִּבְרֵי־ of the acts diḇ·rê- פֶ֖קַח of Pekah , p̄e·qaḥ וְכָל־ along with all wə·ḵāl אֲשֶׁ֣ר his accomplishments ’ă·šer עָשָׂ֑ה . . . , ‘ā·śāh הִנָּ֣ם they are indeed hin·nām כְּתוּבִ֗ים written kə·ṯū·ḇîm עַל־ in ‘al- סֵ֛פֶר the Book sê·p̄er דִּבְרֵ֥י of the Chronicles diḇ·rê הַיָּמִ֖ים . . . hay·yā·mîm לְמַלְכֵ֥י of the Kings lə·mal·ḵê יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃פ of Israel . yiś·rā·’êl
