2 Kings 10:36 וְהַיָּמִ֗ים So the duration wə·hay·yā·mîm אֲשֶׁ֨ר - ’ă·šer יֵהוּא֙ of Jehu’s yê·hū מָלַ֤ךְ reign mā·laḵ עַל־ over ‘al- יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל Israel yiś·rā·’êl בְּשֹׁמְרֽוֹן׃פ in Samaria bə·šō·mə·rō·wn עֶשְׂרִ֥ים [was] twenty-eight ‘eś·rîm וּשְׁמֹנֶֽה־ . . . ū·šə·mō·neh- שָׁנָ֖ה years . šā·nāh 2 Kings 11:1 וַֽעֲתַלְיָה֙ When Athaliah wa·‘ă·ṯal·yāh אֵ֣ם the mother ’êm אֲחַזְיָ֔הוּ of Ahaziah ’ă·ḥaz·yā·hū וְרָאֲתָה saw wə·rå̄·ʾă·ṯå̄h כִּ֣י that kî בְּנָ֑הּ her son bə·nāh מֵ֣ת was dead , mêṯ וַתָּ֙קָם֙ she proceeded wat·tā·qām וַתְּאַבֵּ֔ד to annihilate wat·tə·’ab·bêḏ אֵ֖ת - ’êṯ כָּל־ all kāl- הַמַּמְלָכָֽה׃ the royal ham·mam·lā·ḵāh זֶ֥רַע heirs . ze·ra‘ 2 Kings 11:2 יְהוֹשֶׁ֣בַע But Jehosheba yə·hō·wō·še·ḇa‘ בַּת־ daughter baṯ- הַמֶּֽלֶךְ־ of King ham·me·leḵ- י֠וֹרָם Joram , yō·w·rām אֲח֨וֹת the sister ’ă·ḥō·wṯ אֲחַזְיָ֜הוּ of Ahaziah , ’ă·ḥaz·yā·hū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַתִּקַּ֣ח took wat·tiq·qaḥ יוֹאָ֣שׁ Joash yō·w·’āš בֶּן־ son ben- אֲחַזְיָ֗ה of Ahaziah ’ă·ḥaz·yāh וַתִּגְנֹ֤ב and stole him away wat·tiḡ·nōḇ אֹתוֹ֙ - ’ō·ṯōw מִתּ֤וֹךְ from among mit·tō·wḵ בְּנֵֽי־ the sons bə·nê- הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ of the king ham·me·leḵ הַמָּמוֹתְתִים [who were] being murdered ham·må̄·mō·ṯə·ṯīm אֹת֥וֹ - ’ō·ṯōw וְאֶת־ - . wə·’eṯ- מֵינִקְתּ֖וֹ [She put] him and his nurse mê·niq·tōw בַּחֲדַ֣ר in a bedroom ba·ḥă·ḏar הַמִּטּ֑וֹת . . . ham·miṭ·ṭō·wṯ וַיַּסְתִּ֧רוּ to hide way·yas·ti·rū אֹת֛וֹ him ’ō·ṯōw מִפְּנֵ֥י from mip·pə·nê עֲתַלְיָ֖הוּ Athaliah , ‘ă·ṯal·yā·hū וְלֹ֥א and he was not wə·lō הוּמָֽת׃ killed . hū·māṯ 2 Kings 11:3 וַיְהִ֤י And [Joash] remained way·hî מִתְחַבֵּ֖א hidden miṯ·ḥab·bê אִתָּהּ֙ with [his nurse] ’it·tāh בֵּ֣ית in the house bêṯ יְהוָ֔ה of YHWH Yah·weh שֵׁ֣שׁ for six šêš שָׁנִ֑ים years šā·nîm וַעֲתַלְיָ֖ה while Athaliah wa·‘ă·ṯal·yāh מֹלֶ֥כֶת ruled mō·le·ḵeṯ עַל־ . . . ‘al- הָאָֽרֶץ׃פ the land . hā·’ā·reṣ 2 Kings 11:4 הַ֠שְּׁבִיעִית Then in the seventh haš·šə·ḇî·‘îṯ וּבַשָּׁנָ֣ה year , ū·ḇaš·šā·nāh יְהוֹיָדָ֜ע Jehoiada yə·hō·w·yā·ḏā‘ שָׁלַ֨ח sent for šā·laḥ וַיִּקַּ֣ח׀ . . . way·yiq·qaḥ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- שָׂרֵ֣י the commanders śā·rê הַמֵּאיוֹת of hundreds , ham·mē·yōṯ לַכָּרִי֙ the Carites , lak·kā·rî וְלָ֣רָצִ֔ים and the guards , wə·lā·rā·ṣîm וַיָּבֵ֥א and had them brought way·yā·ḇê אֹתָ֛ם - ’ō·ṯām אֵלָ֖יו - ’ê·lāw בֵּ֣ית into the house bêṯ יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH . Yah·weh בְּבֵ֣ית [There] bə·ḇêṯ יְהוָ֔ה . . . Yah·weh וַיִּכְרֹת֩ he made way·yiḵ·rōṯ בְּרִ֜ית a covenant bə·rîṯ לָהֶ֨ם with them lā·hem וַיַּשְׁבַּ֤ע and put them under oath way·yaš·ba‘ אֹתָם֙ . . . . ’ō·ṯām וַיַּ֥רְא He showed way·yar אֹתָ֖ם them ’ō·ṯām אֶת־ - ’eṯ-
