הַנָּזִ֖יד of stew , han·nā·zîḏ כִּֽי־ though kî- לֹ֥א no one lō יָדָֽעוּ׃ knew [what they were] . yā·ḏā·‘ū 2 Kings 4:40 וַיִּֽצְק֥וּ And they poured it out way·yiṣ·qū לַאֲנָשִׁ֖ים for the men la·’ă·nā·šîm לֶאֱכ֑וֹל to eat , le·’ĕ·ḵō·wl וַ֠יְהִי . . . way·hî כְּאָכְלָ֨ם but when they tasted kə·’ā·ḵə·lām מֵהַנָּזִ֜יד the stew mê·han·nā·zîḏ וְהֵ֣מָּה they wə·hêm·māh צָעָ֗קוּ cried out ṣā·‘ā·qū וַיֹּֽאמְרוּ֙ . . . , way·yō·mə·rū מָ֤וֶת “ There is death mā·weṯ בַּסִּיר֙ in the pot , bas·sîr אִ֣ישׁ O man ’îš הָאֱלֹהִ֔ים of God ! ” hā·’ĕ·lō·hîm וְלֹ֥א And they could not wə·lō יָכְל֖וּ . . . yā·ḵə·lū לֶאֱכֹֽל׃ eat [it] . le·’ĕ·ḵōl 2 Kings 4:41 וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ Then Elisha said , way·yō·mer וּקְחוּ־ “ Get ū·qə·ḥū- קֶ֔מַח some flour . ” qe·maḥ וַיַּשְׁלֵ֖ךְ He threw way·yaš·lêḵ אֶל־ it into ’el- הַסִּ֑יר the pot has·sîr וַיֹּ֗אמֶר and said , way·yō·mer צַ֤ק “ Pour it out ṣaq לָעָם֙ for the people lā·‘ām וְיֹאכֵ֔לוּ to eat . ” wə·yō·ḵê·lū הָיָ֛ה And there was hā·yāh וְלֹ֥א nothing wə·lō דָּבָ֥ר . . . dā·ḇār רָ֖ע harmful rā‘ בַּסִּֽיר׃ס in the pot . bas·sîr 2 Kings 4:42 וְאִ֨ישׁ Now a man wə·’îš מִבַּ֣עַל from mib·ba·‘al שָׁלִ֗שָׁה Baal-shalishah šā·li·šāh וַיָּבֵא֩ . . . way·yā·ḇê בָּ֜א came bā לְאִ֨ישׁ to the man lə·’îš הָאֱלֹהִ֜ים of God hā·’ĕ·lō·hîm בְּצִקְלֹנ֑וֹ with a sack bə·ṣiq·lō·nōw עֶשְׂרִֽים־ of twenty ‘eś·rîm- לֶ֤חֶם loaves le·ḥem שְׂעֹרִ֔ים of barley śə·‘ō·rîm לֶ֣חֶם bread le·ḥem בִּכּוּרִים֙ from the first bik·kū·rîm וְכַרְמֶ֖ל ripe grain . wə·ḵar·mel תֵּ֥ן “ Give tên לָעָ֖ם it to the people lā·‘ām וְיֹאכֵֽלוּ׃ to eat , ” wə·yō·ḵê·lū וַיֹּ֕אמֶר said Elisha . way·yō·mer 2 Kings 4:43 מְשָׁ֣רְת֔וֹ But his servant mə·šā·rə·ṯōw וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ asked , way·yō·mer מָ֚ה “ How māh אֶתֵּ֣ן am I to set ’et·tên זֶ֔ה twenty loaves zeh לִפְנֵ֖י before lip̄·nê מֵ֣אָה a hundred mê·’āh אִ֑ישׁ men ? ” ’îš תֵּ֤ן “ Give tên לָעָם֙ it to the people lā·‘ām וְיֹאכֵ֔לוּ to eat , ” wə·yō·ḵê·lū וַיֹּ֗אמֶר said Elisha , way·yō·mer כִּ֣י “ for kî כֹ֥ה this is what ḵōh יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֛ר says : ’ā·mar אָכֹ֥ל ‘ They will eat ’ā·ḵōl וְהוֹתֵֽר׃ and have [some] left over . ’” wə·hō·w·ṯêr 2 Kings 4:44 וַיִּתֵּ֧ן So he set [it] way·yit·tên לִפְנֵיהֶ֛ם before them , lip̄·nê·hem וַיֹּאכְל֥וּ and they ate way·yō·ḵə·lū וַיּוֹתִ֖רוּ and had [some] left over , way·yō·w·ṯi·rū כִּדְבַ֥ר according to the word kiḏ·ḇar יְהוָֽה׃פ of YHWH . Yah·weh 2 Kings 5:1 וְ֠נַעֲמָן Now Naaman , wə·na·‘ă·mān שַׂר־ the commander śar- צְבָ֨א of the army ṣə·ḇā מֶֽלֶךְ־ of the king me·leḵ- אֲרָ֜ם of Aram , ’ă·rām
