וַיִּגְהַ֖ר As he stretched himself out way·yiḡ·har עָלָ֑יו over him , ‘ā·lāw הַיָּֽלֶד׃ the boy’s hay·yā·leḏ בְּשַׂ֥ר body bə·śar וַיָּ֖חָם became warm . way·yā·ḥām 2 Kings 4:35 וַיָּ֜שָׁב Elisha turned away way·yā·šāḇ וַיֵּ֣לֶךְ and paced way·yê·leḵ אַחַ֥ת back and forth ’a·ḥaṯ הֵ֙נָּה֙ . . . hên·nāh וְאַחַ֣ת . . . wə·’a·ḥaṯ הֵ֔נָּה . . . hên·nāh בַּבַּ֗יִת across the room . bab·ba·yiṯ וַיַּ֖עַל Then he got on the bed way·ya·‘al וַיִּגְהַ֣ר and stretched himself out way·yiḡ·har עָלָ֑יו over [the boy] again , ‘ā·lāw הַנַּ֙עַר֙ and the boy han·na·‘ar עַד־ . . . ‘aḏ- וַיְזוֹרֵ֤ר sneezed way·zō·w·rêr שֶׁ֣בַע seven še·ḇa‘ פְּעָמִ֔ים times pə·‘ā·mîm וַיִּפְקַ֥ח and opened way·yip̄·qaḥ הַנַּ֖עַר . . . han·na·‘ar אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עֵינָֽיו׃ his eyes . ‘ê·nāw 2 Kings 4:36 וַיִּקְרָ֣א Elisha summoned way·yiq·rā אֶל־ . . . ’el- גֵּיחֲזִ֗י Gehazi gê·ḥă·zî וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ and said , way·yō·mer וַיִּקְרָאֶ֖הָ “ Call way·yiq·rā·’e·hā הַזֹּ֔את the haz·zōṯ הַשֻּׁנַמִּ֣ית Shunammite woman . ” haš·šu·nam·mîṯ קְרָא֙ So he called her qə·rā אֶל־ . . . ’el- וַתָּב֣וֹא and she came . wat·tā·ḇō·w אֵלָ֑יו . . . ’ê·lāw וַיֹּ֖אמֶר Then Elisha said , way·yō·mer שְׂאִ֥י “ Pick up śə·’î בְנֵֽךְ׃ your son . ” ḇə·nêḵ 2 Kings 4:37 וַתָּבֹא֙ She came in , wat·tā·ḇō וַתִּפֹּ֣ל fell wat·tip·pōl עַל־ at ‘al- רַגְלָ֔יו his feet , raḡ·lāw וַתִּשְׁתַּ֖חוּ and bowed wat·tiš·ta·ḥū אָ֑רְצָה to the ground . ’ā·rə·ṣāh וַתִּשָּׂ֥א Then she picked up wat·tiś·śā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּנָ֖הּ her son bə·nāh וַתֵּצֵֽא׃פ and went out . wat·tê·ṣê 2 Kings 4:38 וֶאֱלִישָׁ֞ע When Elisha we·’ĕ·lî·šā‘ שָׁ֤ב returned šāḇ הַגִּלְגָּ֙לָה֙ to Gilgal , hag·gil·gā·lāh וְהָרָעָ֣ב there was a famine wə·hā·rā·‘āḇ בָּאָ֔רֶץ in the land . bā·’ā·reṣ וּבְנֵי֙ As the sons ū·ḇə·nê הַנְּבִיאִ֔ים of the prophets han·nə·ḇî·’îm יֹשְׁבִ֖ים were sitting yō·šə·ḇîm לְפָנָ֑יו at his feet , lə·p̄ā·nāw וַיֹּ֣אמֶר he said way·yō·mer לְנַעֲר֗וֹ to his attendant , lə·na·‘ă·rōw שְׁפֹת֙ “ Put on šə·p̄ōṯ הַגְּדוֹלָ֔ה the large hag·gə·ḏō·w·lāh הַסִּ֣יר pot has·sîr וּבַשֵּׁ֥ל and boil ū·ḇaš·šêl נָזִ֖יד some stew nā·zîḏ לִבְנֵ֥י for the sons liḇ·nê הַנְּבִיאִֽים׃ of the prophets . ” han·nə·ḇî·’îm 2 Kings 4:39 אֶחָ֣ד One [of them] ’e·ḥāḏ וַיֵּצֵ֨א went out way·yê·ṣê אֶל־ to ’el- הַשָּׂדֶה֮ the field haś·śā·ḏeh לְלַקֵּ֣ט to gather lə·laq·qêṭ אֹרֹת֒ herbs , ’ō·rōṯ וַיִּמְצָא֙ and he found way·yim·ṣā שָׂדֶ֔ה a wild śā·ḏeh גֶּ֣פֶן vine ge·p̄en מִמֶּ֛נּוּ from mim·men·nū וַיְלַקֵּ֥ט which he gathered way·laq·qêṭ שָׂדֶ֖ה as many wild śā·ḏeh מְלֹ֣א . . . mə·lō פַּקֻּעֹ֥ת gourds paq·qu·‘ōṯ בִגְד֑וֹ as his garment [could hold . ḇiḡ·ḏōw וַיָּבֹ֗א Then he came back way·yā·ḇō וַיְפַלַּ֛ח and cut them up way·p̄al·laḥ אֶל־ into ’el- סִ֥יר the pot sîr
