אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer שָׁמָֽעְתִּי׃ I heard . šā·mā·‘ə·tî 1 Kings 10:8 אַשְׁרֵ֣י How blessed ’aš·rê אֲנָשֶׁ֔יךָ are your men ! ’ă·nā·še·ḵā אַשְׁרֵ֖י How blessed ’aš·rê אֵ֑לֶּה are these ’êl·leh עֲבָדֶ֣יךָ servants of yours ‘ă·ḇā·ḏe·ḵā הָֽעֹמְדִ֤ים who stand hā·‘ō·mə·ḏîm תָּמִ֔יד continually tā·mîḏ לְפָנֶ֙יךָ֙ before you lə·p̄ā·ne·ḵā הַשֹּׁמְעִ֖ים [and] hear haš·šō·mə·‘îm אֶת־ - ’eṯ- חָכְמָתֶֽךָ׃ your wisdom ! ḥā·ḵə·mā·ṯe·ḵā 1 Kings 10:9 בָּר֔וּךְ Blessed bā·rūḵ יְהִ֨י be yə·hî יְהוָ֤ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ your God , ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā אֲשֶׁר֙ who ’ă·šer חָפֵ֣ץ has delighted ḥā·p̄êṣ בְּךָ֔ in you bə·ḵā לְתִתְּךָ֖ to set lə·ṯit·tə·ḵā עַל־ you on ‘al- כִּסֵּ֣א the throne kis·sê יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל of Israel . yiś·rā·’êl יְהוָ֤ה Because of YHWH’s Yah·weh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- לְעֹלָ֔ם eternal lə·‘ō·lām בְּאַהֲבַ֨ת love bə·’a·hă·ḇaṯ יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ for Israel , yiś·rā·’êl וַיְשִֽׂימְךָ֣ He has made you way·śî·mə·ḵā לְמֶ֔לֶךְ king lə·me·leḵ לַעֲשׂ֥וֹת to carry out la·‘ă·śō·wṯ מִשְׁפָּ֖ט justice miš·pāṭ וּצְדָקָֽה׃ and righteousness . ” ū·ṣə·ḏā·qāh 1 Kings 10:10 וַתִּתֵּ֨ן Then she gave wat·tit·tên לַמֶּ֜לֶךְ the king lam·me·leḵ מֵאָ֥ה 120 mê·’āh וְעֶשְׂרִ֣ים׀ . . . wə·‘eś·rîm כִּכַּ֣ר talents kik·kar זָהָ֗ב of gold , zā·hāḇ הַרְבֵּ֥ה a great quantity of har·bêh מְאֹ֖ד . . . mə·’ōḏ וּבְשָׂמִ֛ים spices , ū·ḇə·śā·mîm יְקָרָ֑ה and precious yə·qā·rāh וְאֶ֣בֶן stones . wə·’e·ḇen לֹא־ Never lō- עוֹד֙ again ‘ō·wḏ הַה֥וּא was such ha·hū לָרֹ֔ב an abundance lā·rōḇ כַבֹּ֨שֶׂם of spices ḵab·bō·śem בָא֩ brought in ḇā אֲשֶׁר־ as those ’ă·šer- מַֽלְכַּת־ the queen mal·kaṯ- שְׁבָ֖א of Sheba šə·ḇā נָתְנָ֥ה gave nā·ṯə·nāh לַמֶּ֥לֶךְ to King lam·me·leḵ שְׁלֹמֹֽה׃ Solomon . šə·lō·mōh 1 Kings 10:11 אֳנִ֣י ( The fleet ’o·nî חִירָ֔ם of Hiram ḥî·rām אֲשֶׁר־ that ’ă·šer- נָשָׂ֥א brought nā·śā זָהָ֖ב gold zā·hāḇ מֵאוֹפִ֑יר from Ophir mê·’ō·w·p̄îr וְגַם֙ also wə·ḡam הֵבִ֨יא brought hê·ḇî מֵאֹפִ֜יר from Ophir mê·’ō·p̄îr הַרְבֵּ֥ה a great cargo har·bêh מְאֹ֖ד . . . mə·’ōḏ אַלְמֻגִּ֛ים of almug ’al·mug·gîm עֲצֵ֧י wood ‘ă·ṣê יְקָרָֽה׃ and precious yə·qā·rāh וְאֶ֥בֶן stones . wə·’e·ḇen 1 Kings 10:12 הַ֠מֶּלֶךְ The king ham·me·leḵ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיַּ֣עַשׂ made way·ya·‘aś הָאַלְמֻגִּ֜ים the almug hā·’al·mug·gîm עֲצֵ֨י wood ‘ă·ṣê מִסְעָ֤ד into steps mis·‘āḏ לְבֵית־ for the house lə·ḇêṯ- יְהוָה֙ of YHWH Yah·weh הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ and for the king’s ham·me·leḵ וּלְבֵ֣ית palace , ū·lə·ḇêṯ וְכִנֹּר֥וֹת and into lyres wə·ḵin·nō·rō·wṯ וּנְבָלִ֖ים and harps ū·nə·ḇā·lîm לַשָּׁרִ֑ים for the singers . laš·šā·rîm
