1 Kings 9:25 שָׁלֹשׁ֩ Three šā·lōš פְּעָמִ֨ים times pə·‘ā·mîm בַּשָּׁנָ֜ה a year baš·šā·nāh שְׁלֹמֹ֡ה Solomon šə·lō·mōh וְהֶעֱלָ֣ה offered wə·he·‘ĕ·lāh עֹל֣וֹת burnt offerings ‘ō·lō·wṯ וּשְׁלָמִ֗ים and peace offerings ū·šə·lā·mîm עַל־ on ‘al- הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ the altar ham·miz·bê·aḥ אֲשֶׁ֣ר - ’ă·šer בָּנָ֣ה he had built bā·nāh לַיהוָ֔ה for YHWH , Yah·weh וְהַקְטֵ֣יר burning incense wə·haq·ṭêr אִתּ֔וֹ with them ’it·tōw אֲשֶׁ֖ר - ’ă·šer לִפְנֵ֣י before lip̄·nê יְהוָ֑ה YHWH . Yah·weh וְשִׁלַּ֖ם So he completed wə·šil·lam אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַבָּֽיִת׃ the temple . hab·bā·yiṯ 1 Kings 9:26 הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ King ham·me·leḵ שְׁלֹמֹ֜ה Solomon šə·lō·mōh עָשָׂה֩ also assembled ‘ā·śāh וָאֳנִ֡י a fleet of ships wā·’o·nî בְּעֶצְיֽוֹן־ vvv bə·‘eṣ·yō·wn- גֶּ֨בֶר at Ezion-geber , ge·ḇer אֲשֶׁ֧ר which ’ă·šer אֶת־ is near ’eṯ- אֵל֛וֹת Eloth ’ê·lō·wṯ בְּאֶ֥רֶץ [in] bə·’e·reṣ אֱדֽוֹם׃ Edom , ’ĕ·ḏō·wm עַל־ on ‘al- שְׂפַ֥ת the shore śə·p̄aṯ ס֖וּף of the Red sūp̄ יַם־ Sea . yam- 1 Kings 9:27 חִירָ֤ם And Hiram ḥî·rām וַיִּשְׁלַ֨ח sent way·yiš·laḥ אֶת־ ’eṯ- עֲבָדָ֔יו his servants , ‘ă·ḇā·ḏāw אַנְשֵׁ֣י men ’an·šê יֹדְעֵ֖י who knew yō·ḏə·‘ê הַיָּ֑ם the sea , hay·yām בָּֽאֳנִי֙ [to serve] in the fleet bā·’o·nî אֳנִיּ֔וֹת . . . ’o·nî·yō·wṯ עִ֖ם with ‘im שְׁלֹמֹֽה׃ Solomon’s šə·lō·mōh עַבְדֵ֥י servants . ‘aḇ·ḏê 1 Kings 9:28 וַיָּבֹ֣אוּ They sailed way·yā·ḇō·’ū אוֹפִ֔ירָה to Ophir ’ō·w·p̄î·rāh וַיִּקְח֤וּ and imported way·yiq·ḥū זָהָ֔ב gold zā·hāḇ מִשָּׁם֙ from there — miš·šām אַרְבַּע־ 420 ’ar·ba‘- מֵא֥וֹת . . . mê·’ō·wṯ וְעֶשְׂרִ֖ים . . . wə·‘eś·rîm כִּכָּ֑ר talents — kik·kār וַיָּבִ֖אוּ and delivered way·yā·ḇi·’ū אֶל־ it to ’el- הַמֶּ֥לֶךְ . . . ham·me·leḵ שְׁלֹמֹֽה׃פ Solomon . šə·lō·mōh 1 Kings 10:1 וּמַֽלְכַּת־ Now when the queen ū·mal·kaṯ- שְׁבָ֗א of Sheba šə·ḇā שֹׁמַ֛עַת heard šō·ma·‘aṯ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- שֵׁ֥מַע about the fame šê·ma‘ שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה of Solomon šə·lō·mōh לְשֵׁ֣ם concerning the name lə·šêm יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH , Yah·weh וַתָּבֹ֥א she came wat·tā·ḇō לְנַסֹּת֖וֹ to test him lə·nas·sō·ṯōw בְּחִידֽוֹת׃ with difficult questions . bə·ḥî·ḏō·wṯ 1 Kings 10:2 וַתָּבֹ֣א She arrived wat·tā·ḇō יְרוּשָׁלְַ֗מָה in Jerusalem yə·rū·šā·lə·māh מְאֹד֒ with a very mə·’ōḏ כָּבֵ֣ד large kā·ḇêḏ בְּחַיִל֮ caravan — bə·ḥa·yil גְּ֠מַלִּים with camels gə·mal·lîm נֹשְׂאִ֨ים bearing nō·śə·’îm בְּשָׂמִ֧ים spices , bə·śā·mîm וְזָהָ֛ב gold wə·zā·hāḇ מְאֹ֖ד in great mə·’ōḏ רַב־ abundance , raḇ- יְקָרָ֑ה and precious yə·qā·rāh וְאֶ֣בֶן stones . wə·’e·ḇen וַתָּבֹא֙ So she came wat·tā·ḇō
