אֵלָ֔יו to ’ê·lāw אֵ֛ת - ’êṯ שְׁלֹמֹ֔ה Solomon šə·lō·mōh וַתְּדַבֵּ֣ר and spoke wat·tə·ḏab·bêr אֶל־ to him ’el- כָּל־ all kāl- אֲשֶׁ֥ר that ’ă·šer הָיָ֖ה was hā·yāh עִם־ on ‘im- לְבָבָֽהּ׃ her mind . lə·ḇā·ḇāh 1 Kings 10:3 שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה And Solomon šə·lō·mōh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיַּגֶּד־ answered way·yag·geḏ- לָ֥הּ lāh כָּל־ all kāl- דְּבָרֶ֑יהָ her questions ; də·ḇā·re·hā לֹֽא־ nothing lō- דָּבָר֙ . . . dā·ḇār הָיָ֤ה was hā·yāh נֶעְלָ֣ם too difficult ne‘·lām מִן־ for min- הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ the king ham·me·leḵ אֲשֶׁ֧ר - ’ă·šer לֹ֦א - lō הִגִּ֖יד to explain hig·gîḏ לָֽהּ׃ - . lāh 1 Kings 10:4 מַֽלְכַּת־ When the queen mal·kaṯ- שְׁבָ֔א of Sheba šə·ḇā אֵ֖ת - ’êṯ וַתֵּ֙רֶא֙ saw wat·tê·re כָּל־ all kāl- חָכְמַ֣ת the wisdom ḥā·ḵə·maṯ שְׁלֹמֹ֑ה of Solomon , šə·lō·mōh וְהַבַּ֖יִת the palace wə·hab·ba·yiṯ אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer בָּנָֽה׃ he had built , bā·nāh 1 Kings 10:5 וּמַאֲכַ֣ל the food ū·ma·’ă·ḵal שֻׁלְחָנ֡וֹ at his table , šul·ḥā·nōw וּמוֹשַׁ֣ב the seating ū·mō·wō·šaḇ עֲבָדָיו֩ of his servants , ‘ă·ḇā·ḏāw וּמַעֲמַ֨ד the service ū·ma·‘ă·maḏ וּמַלְבֻּֽשֵׁיהֶם֙ and attire ū·mal·bu·šê·hem מְשָׁרְתוֹ of his attendants mə·šå̄·rə·ṯō וּמַשְׁקָ֔יו and cupbearers , ū·maš·qāw וְעֹ֣לָת֔וֹ and the burnt offerings wə·‘ō·lā·ṯōw אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer יַעֲלֶ֖ה he presented ya·‘ă·leh בֵּ֣ית at the house bêṯ יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH , Yah·weh רֽוּחַ׃ it took her breath rū·aḥ וְלֹא־ away wə·lō- הָ֥יָה . . . hā·yāh בָ֛הּ ḇāh ע֖וֹד - . ‘ō·wḏ 1 Kings 10:6 וַתֹּ֙אמֶר֙ She said wat·tō·mer אֶל־ to ’el- הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ the king , ham·me·leḵ הַדָּבָ֔ר “ The report had·dā·ḇār אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer שָׁמַ֖עְתִּי I heard šā·ma‘·tî בְּאַרְצִ֑י in my own country bə·’ar·ṣî עַל־ about ‘al- דְּבָרֶ֖יךָ your words də·ḇā·re·ḵā וְעַל־ [and] wə·‘al- חָכְמָתֶֽךָ׃ wisdom ḥā·ḵə·mā·ṯe·ḵā הָיָ֣ה is hā·yāh אֱמֶת֙ true . ’ĕ·meṯ 1 Kings 10:7 וְלֹֽא־ But I did not wə·lō- הֶאֱמַ֣נְתִּי believe he·’ĕ·man·tî לַדְּבָרִ֗ים these things lad·də·ḇā·rîm עַ֤ד until ‘aḏ אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- בָּ֙אתִי֙ I came bā·ṯî וַתִּרְאֶ֣ינָה and saw wat·tir·’e·nāh עֵינַ֔י with my own eyes . ‘ê·nay וְהִנֵּ֥ה Indeed , wə·hin·nêh לֹֽא־ not even lō- הַחֵ֑צִי half ha·ḥê·ṣî הֻגַּד־ was told hug·gaḏ- לִ֖י to me . lî חָכְמָה֙ Your wisdom ḥāḵ·māh וָט֔וֹב and prosperity wā·ṭō·wḇ אֶל־ have far ’el- הוֹסַ֤פְתָּ exceeded hō·w·sap̄·tā הַשְּׁמוּעָ֖ה the report haš·šə·mū·‘āh
