Judges 6:9 וָאַצִּ֤ל I delivered wā·’aṣ·ṣil אֶתְכֶם֙ you ’eṯ·ḵem מִיַּ֣ד out of the hands mî·yaḏ מִצְרַ֔יִם of Egypt miṣ·ra·yim וּמִיַּ֖ד [and] ū·mî·yaḏ כָּל־ all kāl- לֹחֲצֵיכֶ֑ם your oppressors . lō·ḥă·ṣê·ḵem וָאֲגָרֵ֤שׁ I drove them out wā·’ă·ḡā·rêš אוֹתָם֙ - ’ō·w·ṯām מִפְּנֵיכֶ֔ם before you mip·pə·nê·ḵem וָאֶתְּנָ֥ה and gave wā·’et·tə·nāh לָכֶ֖ם you lā·ḵem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אַרְצָֽם׃ their land . ’ar·ṣām Judges 6:10 וָאֹמְרָ֣ה And I said wā·’ō·mə·rāh לָכֶ֗ם to you : lā·ḵem אֲנִי֙ ‘ I ’ă·nî יְהוָ֣ה am YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֔ם your God . ’ĕ·lō·hê·ḵem לֹ֤א You must not lō תִֽירְאוּ֙ fear ṯî·rə·’ū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אֱלֹהֵ֣י the gods ’ĕ·lō·hê הָאֱמֹרִ֔י of the Amorites , hā·’ĕ·mō·rî אֲשֶׁ֥ר in whose ’ă·šer בְּאַרְצָ֑ם land bə·’ar·ṣām אַתֶּ֖ם you ’at·tem יוֹשְׁבִ֣ים dwell . ’ yō·wō·šə·ḇîm וְלֹ֥א But you did not wə·lō שְׁמַעְתֶּ֖ם obey Me . ” šə·ma‘·tem בְּקוֹלִֽי׃פ . . . bə·qō·w·lî Judges 6:11 מַלְאַ֣ךְ Then the angel mal·’aḵ יְהוָ֗ה of YHWH Yah·weh וַיָּבֹ֞א came way·yā·ḇō וַיֵּ֙שֶׁב֙ and sat down way·yê·šeḇ תַּ֤חַת under ta·ḥaṯ הָֽאֵלָה֙ the oak hā·’ê·lāh אֲשֶׁ֣ר - ’ă·šer בְּעָפְרָ֔ה in Ophrah bə·‘ā·p̄ə·rāh אֲשֶׁ֥ר that ’ă·šer לְיוֹאָ֖שׁ belonged to Joash lə·yō·w·’āš אֲבִ֣י vvv ’ă·ḇî הָֽעֶזְרִ֑י the Abiezrite , hā·‘ez·rî בְּנ֗וֹ where his son bə·nōw וְגִדְע֣וֹן Gideon wə·ḡiḏ·‘ō·wn חֹבֵ֤ט was threshing ḥō·ḇêṭ חִטִּים֙ wheat ḥiṭ·ṭîm בַּגַּ֔ת in a winepress bag·gaṯ לְהָנִ֖יס to hide it lə·hā·nîs מִפְּנֵ֥י from mip·pə·nê מִדְיָֽן׃ the Midianites . miḏ·yān Judges 6:12 מַלְּאַ֣ךְ And the angel mal·lə·ʾaḵ יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH Yah·weh וַיֵּרָ֥א appeared way·yê·rā אֵלָ֖יו to [Gideon] ’ê·lāw וַיֹּ֣אמֶר and said way·yō·mer אֵלָ֔יו . . . , ’ê·lāw יְהוָ֥ה “ YHWH Yah·weh עִמְּךָ֖ is with you , ‘im·mə·ḵā גִּבּ֥וֹר O mighty man gib·bō·wr הֶחָֽיִל׃ of valor . ” he·ḥā·yil Judges 6:13 בִּ֣י “ Please , bî אֲדֹנִ֔י my Lord , ” ’ă·ḏō·nî גִּדְעוֹן֙ Gideon giḏ·‘ō·wn וַיֹּ֨אמֶר replied way·yō·mer אֵלָ֤יו - , ’ê·lāw יְהוָה֙ “ if YHWH Yah·weh וְיֵ֤שׁ is wə·yêš עִמָּ֔נוּ with us , ‘im·mā·nū וְלָ֥מָּה why wə·lām·māh כָּל־ has all kāl- זֹ֑את this zōṯ מְצָאַ֖תְנוּ happened to us ? mə·ṣā·’aṯ·nū וְאַיֵּ֣ה And where wə·’ay·yêh כָֽל־ are all ḵāl נִפְלְאֹתָ֡יו His wonders nip̄·lə·’ō·ṯāw אֲשֶׁר֩ of which ’ă·šer אֲבוֹתֵ֜ינוּ our fathers ’ă·ḇō·w·ṯê·nū סִפְּרוּ־ told sip·pə·rū- לָ֨נוּ us , lā·nū לֵאמֹ֗ר saying , lê·mōr הֲלֹ֤א ‘ Has not hă·lō יְהוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh הֶעֱלָ֣נוּ brought us up he·‘ĕ·lā·nū מִמִּצְרַ֙יִם֙ out of Egypt ? ’ mim·miṣ·ra·yim וְעַתָּה֙ But now wə·‘at·tāh יְהוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh נְטָשָׁ֣נוּ has forsaken us nə·ṭā·šā·nū
