דְּבַר־“ I have a worddə·ḇar-
אֱלֹהִ֥יםfrom God’ĕ·lō·hîm

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר said , way·yō·mer

יְמִינ֑וֹhis rightyə·mî·nōw
יֶ֣רֶךְ thigh , ye·reḵ
וַיִּתְקָעֶ֖הָand plungedway·yiṯ·qā·‘e·hā
בְּבִטְנֽוֹ׃it into Eglon’s belly .bə·ḇiṭ·nōw

וַיֵּצֵ֖אemptied .way·yê·ṣê

ה֛וּאHe must be
אֶת־-’eṯ-
מֵסִ֥יךְrelieving himselfmê·sîḵ
רַגְלָ֖יו. . .raḡ·lāw
הַמְּקֵרָֽה׃in the coolham·mə·qê·rāh
בַּחֲדַ֥ר room , ” ba·ḥă·ḏar
וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּthey said .way·yō·mə·rū
Judges 3:25וַיָּחִ֣ילוּSo they waitedway·yā·ḥî·lū
עַד־until‘aḏ-
בּ֔וֹשׁthey became worriedbō·wōš
וְהְנֵּ֛הand sawwə·hən·nēh

דַּלְת֣וֹתthe doorsdal·ṯō·wṯ
הָֽעֲלִיָּ֑הof the upper room .hå̄·ʿă·lī·yå̄h
וַיִּקְח֤וּThen they tookway·yiq·ḥū
אֶת־-’eṯ-
הַמַּפְתֵּ֙חַ֙the keyham·map̄·tê·aḥ
וַיִּפְתָּ֔חוּand opened [the doors] —way·yip̄·tā·ḥū
וְהִנֵּה֙and therewə·hin·nêh
אֲדֹ֣נֵיהֶ֔םwas their lord’ă·ḏō·nê·hem
נֹפֵ֥לlyingnō·p̄êl
מֵֽת׃deadmêṯ
אַ֖רְצָהon the floor .’ar·ṣāh
