עֶלְי֔וֹן . . . ‘el·yō·wn וּנְתָ֨נְךָ֜ will set you ū·nə·ṯā·nə·ḵā עַ֖ל high above ‘al כָּל־ all kāl- גּוֹיֵ֥י the nations gō·w·yê הָאָֽרֶץ׃ of the earth . hā·’ā·reṣ Deuteronomy 28:2 כָּל־ And all kāl- הָאֵ֖לֶּה these hā·’êl·leh הַבְּרָכ֥וֹת blessings hab·bə·rā·ḵō·wṯ וּבָ֧אוּ will come ū·ḇā·’ū עָלֶ֛יךָ upon you ‘ā·le·ḵā וְהִשִּׂיגֻ֑ךָ and overtake you , wə·hiś·śî·ḡu·ḵā כִּ֣י if kî תִשְׁמַ֔ע you will obey ṯiš·ma‘ בְּק֖וֹל the voice of bə·qō·wl יְהוָ֥ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃ your God : ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā Deuteronomy 28:3 אַתָּ֖ה You ’at·tāh בָּר֥וּךְ will be blessed bā·rūḵ בָּעִ֑יר in the city bā·‘îr וּבָר֥וּךְ and blessed ū·ḇā·rūḵ אַתָּ֖ה . . . ’at·tāh בַּשָּׂדֶֽה׃ in the country . baś·śā·ḏeh Deuteronomy 28:4 פְּרִֽי־ The fruit of pə·rî- בִטְנְךָ֛ your womb ḇiṭ·nə·ḵā בָּר֧וּךְ will be blessed , bā·rūḵ וּפְרִ֥י as well as the produce ū·p̄ə·rî אַדְמָתְךָ֖ of your land ’aḏ·mā·ṯə·ḵā וּפְרִ֣י and the offspring ū·p̄ə·rî בְהֶמְתֶּ֑ךָ of your livestock — ḇə·hem·te·ḵā שְׁגַ֥ר the calves šə·ḡar אֲלָפֶ֖יךָ of your herds ’ă·lā·p̄e·ḵā וְעַשְׁתְּר֥וֹת and the lambs wə·‘aš·tə·rō·wṯ צֹאנֶֽךָ׃ of your flocks . ṣō·ne·ḵā Deuteronomy 28:5 טַנְאֲךָ֖ Your basket ṭan·’ă·ḵā וּמִשְׁאַרְתֶּֽךָ׃ and kneading bowl ū·miš·’ar·te·ḵā בָּר֥וּךְ will be blessed . bā·rūḵ Deuteronomy 28:6 אַתָּ֖ה You ’at·tāh בָּר֥וּךְ will be blessed bā·rūḵ בְּבֹאֶ֑ךָ when you come in bə·ḇō·’e·ḵā וּבָר֥וּךְ and blessed ū·ḇā·rūḵ אַתָּ֖ה when you ’at·tāh בְּצֵאתֶֽךָ׃ go out . bə·ṣê·ṯe·ḵā Deuteronomy 28:7 יְהוָ֤ה YHWH Yah·weh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יִתֵּ֨ן will cause yit·tên אֹיְבֶ֙יךָ֙ the enemies ’ō·yə·ḇe·ḵā הַקָּמִ֣ים who rise up haq·qā·mîm עָלֶ֔יךָ against you ‘ā·le·ḵā נִגָּפִ֖ים to be defeated nig·gā·p̄îm לְפָנֶ֑יךָ before you . lə·p̄ā·ne·ḵā יֵצְא֣וּ They will march out yê·ṣə·’ū אֵלֶ֔יךָ against ’ê·le·ḵā אֶחָד֙ you in one ’e·ḥāḏ בְּדֶ֤רֶךְ direction bə·ḏe·reḵ יָנ֥וּסוּ but flee yā·nū·sū לְפָנֶֽיךָ׃ from you lə·p̄ā·ne·ḵā וּבְשִׁבְעָ֥ה in seven ū·ḇə·šiḇ·‘āh דְרָכִ֖ים - . ḏə·rā·ḵîm Deuteronomy 28:8 יְהוָ֤ה YHWH Yah·weh אִתְּךָ֙ - ’it·tə·ḵā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יְצַ֨ו will decree yə·ṣaw הַבְּרָכָ֔ה a blessing hab·bə·rā·ḵāh בַּאֲסָמֶ֕יךָ on your barns ba·’ă·sā·me·ḵā וּבְכֹ֖ל and on everything ū·ḇə·ḵōl מִשְׁלַ֣ח to which you put miš·laḥ יָדֶ֑ךָ your hand ; yā·ḏe·ḵā יְהוָ֥ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ your God ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā וּבֵ֣רַכְךָ֔ will bless you ū·ḇê·raḵ·ḵā בָּאָ֕רֶץ in the land bā·’ā·reṣ אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- נֹתֵ֥ן He is giving nō·ṯên לָֽךְ׃ you . lāḵ Deuteronomy 28:9 יְהוָ֥ה YHWH Yah·weh
