בָּאֲדָמָ֑ה on the ground bā·’ă·ḏā·māh תַּבְנִ֛ית . . . taḇ·nîṯ כָּל־ or kāl- דָּגָ֥ה fish dā·ḡāh אֲשֶׁר־ that [is] ’ă·šer- בַּמַּ֖יִם in the waters bam·ma·yim מִתַּ֥חַת below mit·ta·ḥaṯ לָאָֽרֶץ׃ - . lā·’ā·reṣ Deuteronomy 4:19 תִּשָּׂ֨א When you look tiś·śā עֵינֶ֜יךָ . . . ‘ê·ne·ḵā הַשָּׁמַ֗יְמָה to the heavens haš·šā·may·māh וְֽ֠רָאִיתָ and see wə·rā·’î·ṯā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַשֶּׁ֨מֶשׁ the sun haš·še·meš וְאֶת־ and wə·’eṯ- הַיָּרֵ֜חַ moon hay·yā·rê·aḥ וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- הַכּֽוֹכָבִ֗ים and stars — hak·kō·w·ḵā·ḇîm כֹּ֚ל all kōl צְבָ֣א the host ṣə·ḇā הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם of heaven — haš·šā·ma·yim וּפֶן־ do not be ū·p̄en- וְנִדַּחְתָּ֛ enticed wə·nid·daḥ·tā וְהִשְׁתַּחֲוִ֥יתָ to bow down wə·hiš·ta·ḥă·wî·ṯā לָהֶ֖ם lā·hem וַעֲבַדְתָּ֑ם and worship wa·‘ă·ḇaḏ·tām אֲשֶׁ֨ר what ’ă·šer יְהוָ֤ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ your God ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā אֹתָ֔ם - ’ō·ṯām חָלַ֜ק has apportioned ḥā·laq לְכֹל֙ to all lə·ḵōl הָֽעַמִּ֔ים the nations hā·‘am·mîm כָּל־ - kāl- תַּ֖חַת under ta·ḥaṯ הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ heaven . haš·šā·mā·yim Deuteronomy 4:20 יְהוָ֔ה Yet YHWH Yah·weh לָקַ֣ח has taken lā·qaḥ וְאֶתְכֶם֙ you wə·’eṯ·ḵem וַיּוֹצִ֥א and brought way·yō·w·ṣi אֶתְכֶ֛ם you ’eṯ·ḵem הַבַּרְזֶ֖ל out of the iron hab·bar·zel מִכּ֥וּר furnace , mik·kūr מִמִּצְרָ֑יִם out of Egypt , mim·miṣ·rā·yim לִהְי֥וֹת to be lih·yō·wṯ ל֛וֹ - lōw לְעַ֥ם the people lə·‘am נַחֲלָ֖ה of His inheritance , na·ḥă·lāh כַּיּ֥וֹם as you are today kay·yō·wm הַזֶּֽה׃ . . . . haz·zeh Deuteronomy 4:21 וַֽיהוָ֥ה YHWH, however , Yah·weh הִתְאַנֶּף־ was angry hiṯ·’an·nep̄- בִּ֖י with me bī עַל־ on account ‘al- דִּבְרֵיכֶ֑ם of you , diḇ·rê·ḵem וַיִּשָּׁבַ֗ע and He swore way·yiš·šā·ḇa‘ לְבִלְתִּ֤י that I would not lə·ḇil·tî עָבְרִי֙ cross ‘ā·ḇə·rî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַיַּרְדֵּ֔ן the Jordan hay·yar·dên וּלְבִלְתִּי־ . . . ū·lə·ḇil·tî- בֹא֙ to enter ḇō אֶל־ . . . ’el- הַטּוֹבָ֔ה the good haṭ·ṭō·w·ḇāh הָאָ֣רֶץ land hā·’ā·reṣ אֲשֶׁר֙ that ’ă·šer יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ your God ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā נֹתֵ֥ן is giving nō·ṯên לְךָ֖ you lə·ḵā נַחֲלָֽה׃ as an inheritance . na·ḥă·lāh Deuteronomy 4:22 אֵינֶ֥נִּי For I will not ’ê·nen·nî עֹבֵ֖ר be crossing ‘ō·ḇêr אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַיַּרְדֵּ֑ן the Jordan , hay·yar·dên כִּ֣י because kî אָנֹכִ֥י I ’ā·nō·ḵî מֵת֙ must die mêṯ הַזֹּ֔את in this haz·zōṯ בָּאָ֣רֶץ land . bā·’ā·reṣ וְאַתֶּם֙ But you wə·’at·tem עֹֽבְרִ֔ים shall cross over ‘ō·ḇə·rîm וִֽירִשְׁתֶּ֕ם and take possession of wî·riš·tem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַזֹּֽאת׃ that haz·zōṯ הַטּוֹבָ֖ה good haṭ·ṭō·w·ḇāh הָאָ֥רֶץ land . hā·’ā·reṣ
