Numbers 34:27 אֲחִיה֖וּד Ahihud ’ă·ḥî·hūḏ בְנֵי־ son ḇə·nê- שְׁלֹמִֽי׃ of Shelomi , šə·lō·mî נָשִׂ֑יא a leader nā·śî וּלְמַטֵּ֥ה from the tribe ū·lə·maṭ·ṭêh בֶּן־ ben- אָשֵׁ֖ר of Asher ; ’ā·šêr Numbers 34:28 פְּדַהְאֵ֖ל and Pedahel pə·ḏah·’êl בְנֵֽי־ son ḇə·nê- עַמִּיהֽוּד׃ of Ammihud , ‘am·mî·hūḏ נָשִׂ֑יא a leader nā·śî וּלְמַטֵּ֥ה from the tribe ū·lə·maṭ·ṭêh בֶּן־ ben- נַפְתָּלִ֖י of Naphtali . ” nap̄·tā·lî Numbers 34:29 אֵ֕לֶּה These ’êl·leh אֲשֶׁ֖ר are the ones whom ’ă·šer יְהוָ֑ה YHWH Yah·weh צִוָּ֣ה commanded ṣiw·wāh לְנַחֵ֥ל to apportion the inheritance lə·na·ḥêl אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּנֵֽי־ to the Israelites bə·nê- יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל . . . yiś·rā·’êl בְּאֶ֥רֶץ in the land bə·’e·reṣ כְּנָֽעַן׃פ of Canaan . kə·nā·‘an Numbers 35:1 יְהוָ֛ה Again YHWH Yah·weh וַיְדַבֵּ֧ר spoke way·ḏab·bêr אֶל־ to ’el- מֹשֶׁ֖ה Moses mō·šeh בְּעַֽרְבֹ֣ת on the plains bə·‘ar·ḇōṯ מוֹאָ֑ב of Moab mō·w·’āḇ עַל־ by ‘al- יַרְדֵּ֥ן the Jordan yar·dên יְרֵח֖וֹ across from Jericho yə·rê·ḥōw לֵאמֹֽר׃ . . . : lê·mōr Numbers 35:2 צַו֮ “ Command ṣaw אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּנֵ֣י the Israelites bə·nê יִשְׂרָאֵל֒ . . . yiś·rā·’êl וְנָתְנ֣וּ to give , wə·nā·ṯə·nū מִֽנַּחֲלַ֛ת from the inheritance min·na·ḥă·laṯ אֲחֻזָּתָ֖ם they will possess , ’ă·ḥuz·zā·ṯām עָרִ֣ים cities ‘ā·rîm לַלְוִיִּ֗ם for the Levites lal·wî·yim לָשָׁ֑בֶת to live in lā·šā·ḇeṯ וּמִגְרָ֗שׁ and pasturelands ū·miḡ·rāš סְבִיבֹ֣תֵיהֶ֔ם around sə·ḇî·ḇō·ṯê·hem תִּתְּנ֖וּ . . . tit·tə·nū לַלְוִיִּֽם׃ . . . lal·wî·yim לֶֽעָרִים֙ the cities . le·‘ā·rîm Numbers 35:3 הֶֽעָרִ֛ים The cities he·‘ā·rîm וְהָי֧וּ will be wə·hā·yū לָהֶ֖ם for them lā·hem לָשָׁ֑בֶת to live in , lā·šā·ḇeṯ וּמִגְרְשֵׁיהֶ֗ם and the pasturelands ū·miḡ·rə·šê·hem יִהְי֤וּ will be yih·yū לִבְהֶמְתָּם֙ for their herds , liḇ·hem·tām וְלִרְכֻשָׁ֔ם their flocks , wə·lir·ḵu·šām וּלְכֹ֖ל and all ū·lə·ḵōl חַיָּתָֽם׃ their other livestock . ḥay·yā·ṯām Numbers 35:4 וּמִגְרְשֵׁי֙ The pasturelands ū·miḡ·rə·šê הֶֽעָרִ֔ים around the cities he·‘ā·rîm אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer תִּתְּנ֖וּ you are to give tit·tə·nū לַלְוִיִּ֑ם the Levites lal·wî·yim הָעִיר֙ - hā·‘îr וָח֔וּצָה [will extend] wā·ḥū·ṣāh אֶ֥לֶף a thousand ’e·lep̄ אַמָּ֖ה cubits ’am·māh מִקִּ֤יר from the wall miq·qîr סָבִֽיב׃ on every side . sā·ḇîḇ Numbers 35:5 וּמַדֹּתֶ֞ם You are also to measure ū·mad·dō·ṯem אַלְפַּ֪יִם two thousand ’al·pa·yim בָּֽאַמָּ֟ה cubits bā·’am·māh וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- מִח֣וּץ outside mi·ḥūṣ לָעִ֗יר the city lā·‘îr אֶת־ - ’eṯ-
