יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh דִּבֶּ֥ר has spoken dib·ber אֶל־ to ’el- מֹשֶֽׁה׃ Moses — mō·šeh Numbers 15:23 אֵת֩ - ’êṯ כָּל־ all kāl- אֲשֶׁ֨ר that ’ă·šer יְהוָ֛ה YHWH Yah·weh אֲלֵיכֶ֖ם . . . ’ă·lê·ḵem צִוָּ֧ה has commanded ṣiw·wāh בְּיַד־ you through bə·yaḏ- מֹשֶׁ֑ה Moses mō·šeh מִן־ from min- הַיּ֞וֹם the day hay·yō·wm אֲשֶׁ֨ר - ’ă·šer יְהוָ֛ה YHWH Yah·weh צִוָּ֧ה gave them ṣiw·wāh וָהָ֖לְאָה and continuing through wā·hā·lə·’āh לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶֽם׃ the generations to come — lə·ḏō·rō·ṯê·ḵem Numbers 15:24 וְהָיָ֗ה - wə·hā·yāh אִ֣ם and if ’im נֶעֶשְׂתָ֣ה it was done ne·‘eś·ṯāh לִשְׁגָגָה֒ unintentionally liš·ḡā·ḡāh מֵעֵינֵ֣י without the knowledge mê·‘ê·nê הָעֵדָה֮ of the congregation , hā·‘ê·ḏāh כָל־ then the whole ḵāl הָעֵדָ֡ה congregation hā·‘ê·ḏāh וְעָשׂ֣וּ is to prepare wə·‘ā·śū אֶחָ֨ד one ’e·ḥāḏ פַּ֣ר young bull par בֶּן־ . . . ben- בָּקָר֩ . . . bā·qār לְעֹלָ֜ה as a burnt offering , lə·‘ō·lāh נִיחֹ֙חַ֙ a pleasing nî·ḥō·aḥ לְרֵ֤יחַ aroma lə·rê·aḥ לַֽיהוָ֔ה to YHWH , Yah·weh וּמִנְחָת֥וֹ with its grain offering ū·min·ḥā·ṯōw וְנִסְכּ֖וֹ and drink offering wə·nis·kōw כַּמִּשְׁפָּ֑ט according to the regulation , kam·miš·pāṭ אֶחָ֖ד and one ’e·ḥāḏ וּשְׂעִיר־ male goat ū·śə·‘îr- עִזִּ֥ים . . . ‘iz·zîm לְחַטָּֽת׃ as a sin offering . lə·ḥaṭ·ṭāṯ Numbers 15:25 הַכֹּהֵ֗ן The priest hak·kō·hên וְכִפֶּ֣ר is to make atonement wə·ḵip·per עַֽל־ for ‘al- כָּל־ the whole kāl- עֲדַ֛ת congregation ‘ă·ḏaṯ בְּנֵ֥י . . . bə·nê יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל of Israel , yiś·rā·’êl וְנִסְלַ֣ח so that they may be forgiven wə·nis·laḥ לָהֶ֑ם ; lā·hem כִּֽי־ for kî- הִ֔וא [the sin] hî שְׁגָגָ֣ה was unintentional šə·ḡā·ḡāh וְהֵם֩ and they wə·hêm הֵבִ֨יאוּ have brought hê·ḇî·’ū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- לַֽיהוָ֗ה to YHWH Yah·weh קָרְבָּנָ֜ם an offering qā·rə·bā·nām אִשֶּׁ֣ה made by fire ’iš·šeh וְחַטָּאתָ֛ם and a sin offering , wə·ḥaṭ·ṭā·ṯām לִפְנֵ֥י [presented] before lip̄·nê יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh עַל־ for ‘al- שִׁגְגָתָֽם׃ their unintentional sin . šiḡ·ḡā·ṯām Numbers 15:26 לְכָל־ Then the whole lə·ḵāl עֲדַת֙ congregation ‘ă·ḏaṯ בְּנֵ֣י . . . bə·nê יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of Israel yiś·rā·’êl וְלַגֵּ֖ר and the foreigners wə·lag·gêr הַגָּ֣ר residing hag·gār בְּתוֹכָ֑ם among them bə·ṯō·w·ḵām וְנִסְלַ֗ח will be forgiven , wə·nis·laḥ כִּ֥י since kî לְכָל־ it happened to all lə·ḵāl הָעָ֖ם the people hā·‘ām בִּשְׁגָגָֽה׃ס unintentionally . biš·ḡā·ḡāh Numbers 15:27 וְאִם־ Also, if wə·’im- אַחַ֖ת one ’a·ḥaṯ נֶ֥פֶשׁ person ne·p̄eš תֶּחֱטָ֣א sins te·ḥĕ·ṭā בִשְׁגָגָ֑ה unintentionally , ḇiš·ḡā·ḡāh וְהִקְרִ֛יבָה he is to present wə·hiq·rî·ḇāh בַּת־ a year-old baṯ-
