Yah·weh Leviticus 27:29 כָּל־ No kāl- חֵ֗רֶם . . . ḥê·rem אֲשֶׁ֧ר - ’ă·šer לֹ֣א - lō הָאָדָ֖ם person hā·’ā·ḏām יָחֳרַ֛ם set apart for destruction yā·ḥo·ram מִן־ . . . min- יִפָּדֶ֑ה may be ransomed ; yip·pā·ḏeh מ֖וֹת he must surely mō·wṯ יוּמָֽת׃ be put to death . yū·māṯ Leviticus 27:30 וְכָל־ Thus any wə·ḵāl מַעְשַׂ֨ר tithe ma‘·śar הָאָ֜רֶץ from the land , hā·’ā·reṣ מִזֶּ֤רַע [whether] from the seed miz·ze·ra‘ הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ of the land hā·’ā·reṣ מִפְּרִ֣י or the fruit mip·pə·rî הָעֵ֔ץ of the trees , hā·‘êṣ לַיהוָ֖ה belongs to YHWH ; Yah·weh ה֑וּא it hū קֹ֖דֶשׁ is holy qō·ḏeš לַֽיהוָֽה׃ to YHWH . Yah·weh Leviticus 27:31 וְאִם־ If wə·’im- אִ֖ישׁ a man ’îš גָּאֹ֥ל wishes gā·’ōl יִגְאַ֛ל to redeem yiḡ·’al מִמַּֽעַשְׂר֑וֹ part of his tithe , mim·ma·‘aś·rōw יֹסֵ֥ף he must add yō·sêp̄ חֲמִשִׁית֖וֹ a fifth ḥă·mi·šî·ṯōw עָלָֽיו׃ to its value . ‘ā·lāw Leviticus 27:32 וְכָל־ Every wə·ḵāl מַעְשַׂ֤ר tenth ma‘·śar בָּקָר֙ animal from the herd bā·qār וָצֹ֔אן or flock wā·ṣōn כֹּ֥ל . . . kōl אֲשֶׁר־ that ’ă·šer- יַעֲבֹ֖ר passes ya·‘ă·ḇōr תַּ֣חַת under ta·ḥaṯ הַשָּׁ֑בֶט the shepherd’s rod haš·šā·ḇeṭ הָֽעֲשִׂירִ֕י . . . hā·‘ă·śî·rî יִֽהְיֶה־ will be yih·yeh- קֹּ֖דֶשׁ holy qō·ḏeš לַֽיהוָֽה׃ to YHWH . Yah·weh Leviticus 27:33 לֹ֧א He must not lō יְבַקֵּ֛ר inspect yə·ḇaq·qêr ט֥וֹב whether it is good ṭō·wḇ בֵּֽין־ or bên- לָרַ֖ע bad , lā·ra‘ וְלֹ֣א and he shall not wə·lō יְמִירֶ֑נּוּ make any substitution . yə·mî·ren·nū וְאִם־ But if wə·’im- הָמֵ֣ר he does make a substitution hā·mêr יְמִירֶ֔נּוּ . . . , yə·mî·ren·nū ה֧וּא both the animal hū וּתְמוּרָת֛וֹ and its substitute ū·ṯə·mū·rā·ṯōw יִֽהְיֶה־ . . . yih·yeh- וְהָֽיָה־ shall become wə·hā·yāh- קֹ֖דֶשׁ holy ; qō·ḏeš לֹ֥א they cannot lō יִגָּאֵֽל׃ be redeemed . ’” yig·gā·’êl Leviticus 27:34 אֵ֣לֶּה These ’êl·leh הַמִּצְוֺ֗ת are the commandments ham·miṣ·wōṯ אֲשֶׁ֨ר that ’ă·šer יְהוָ֛ה YHWH Yah·weh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- צִוָּ֧ה gave ṣiw·wāh מֹשֶׁ֖ה to Moses mō·šeh אֶל־ for ’el- בְּנֵ֣י the Israelites bə·nê יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל . . . yiś·rā·’êl בְּהַ֖ר on Mount bə·har סִינָֽי׃ Sinai . sî·nāy Numbers 1:1 בְּאֶחָד֩ On the first bə·’e·ḥāḏ הַשֵּׁנִ֜י day of the second haš·šê·nî לַחֹ֨דֶשׁ month la·ḥō·ḏeš הַשֵּׁנִ֗ית of the second haš·šê·nîṯ בַּשָּׁנָ֣ה year baš·šā·nāh לְצֵאתָ֛ם after [the Israelites] had come out lə·ṣê·ṯām מֵאֶ֥רֶץ of the land mê·’e·reṣ
