בּוֹ֙ in it — bōw כָּל־ [I have given] every kāl- יֶ֥רֶק green ye·req עֵ֖שֶׂב plant ‘ê·śeḇ לְאָכְלָ֑ה for food . ” lə·’āḵ·lāh וַֽיְהִי־ And it was way·hî- כֵֽן׃ so . ḵên Genesis 1:31 אֱלֹהִים֙ And God ’ĕ·lō·hîm אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיַּ֤רְא looked upon way·yar כָּל־ all kāl- אֲשֶׁ֣ר that ’ă·šer עָשָׂ֔ה He had made , ‘ā·śāh וְהִנֵּה־ and indeed , wə·hin·nêh- מְאֹ֑ד [it was] very mə·’ōḏ ט֖וֹב good . ṭō·wḇ וַֽיְהִי־ And there was way·hî- עֶ֥רֶב evening , ‘e·reḇ וַֽיְהִי־ and there was way·hî- בֹ֖קֶר morning — ḇō·qer הַשִּׁשִּֽׁי׃פ the sixth haš·šiš·šî י֥וֹם day . yō·wm Genesis 2:1 הַשָּׁמַ֥יִם Thus the heavens haš·šā·ma·yim וְהָאָ֖רֶץ and the earth wə·hā·’ā·retz וַיְכֻלּ֛וּ were completed way·ḵul·lū וְכָל־ in all wə·ḵāl צְבָאָֽם׃ their vast array . ṣə·ḇā·’ām Genesis 2:2 הַשְּׁבִיעִ֔י And by the seventh haš·šə·ḇî·‘î בַּיּ֣וֹם day bay·yō·wm אֱלֹהִים֙ God ’ĕ·lō·hîm וַיְכַ֤ל had finished way·ḵal מְלַאכְתּ֖וֹ the work mə·laḵ·tōw אֲשֶׁ֣ר blessing ’ă·šer עָשָׂ֑ה He had been doing ; ‘ā·śāh הַשְּׁבִיעִ֔י so on [that] haš·šə·ḇî·‘î בַּיּ֣וֹם day bay·yō·wm וַיִּשְׁבֹּת֙ He rested way·yiš·bōṯ מִכָּל־ from all mik·kāl מְלַאכְתּ֖וֹ His work mə·laḵ·tōw אֲשֶׁ֥ר blessed ’ă·šer עָשָֽׂה׃ . . . . ‘ā·śāh Genesis 2:3 אֱלֹהִים֙ Then God ’ĕ·lō·hîm אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיְבָ֤רֶךְ blessed way·ḇā·reḵ הַשְּׁבִיעִ֔י the seventh haš·šə·ḇî·‘î י֣וֹם day yō·wm וַיְקַדֵּ֖שׁ and sanctified way·qad·dêš אֹת֑וֹ it , ’ō·ṯōw כִּ֣י because kî ב֤וֹ on [that day] ḇōw שָׁבַת֙ He rested šā·ḇaṯ מִכָּל־ from all mik·kāl מְלַאכְתּ֔וֹ the work mə·laḵ·tōw בָּרָ֥א of creation bā·rā אֲשֶׁר־ that ’ă·šer- אֱלֹהִ֖ים [He] ’ĕ·lō·hîm לַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃פ had accomplished . la·‘ă·śō·wṯ Genesis 2:4 אֵ֣לֶּה This ’êl·leh תוֹלְד֧וֹת [is] the account ṯō·wl·ḏō·wṯ הַשָּׁמַ֛יִם of the heavens haš·šā·ma·yim וְהָאָ֖רֶץ and the earth wə·hā·’ā·reṣ בְּהִבָּֽרְאָ֑ם when they were created , bə·hib·bā·rə·’ām בְּי֗וֹם in the day bə·yō·wm יְהוָ֥ה that YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהִ֖ים God ’ĕ·lō·hîm עֲשׂ֛וֹת made ‘ă·śō·wṯ אֶ֥רֶץ [them] ’e·reṣ וְשָׁמָֽיִם׃ . . . . wə·šā·mā·yim Genesis 2:5 וְכֹ֣ל׀ Now wə·ḵōl שִׂ֣יחַ [no] shrub śî·aḥ הַשָּׂדֶ֗ה of the field haś·śā·ḏeh טֶ֚רֶם had yet ṭe·rem יִֽהְיֶ֣ה appeared yih·yeh בָאָ֔רֶץ on the earth , ḇā·’ā·reṣ וְכָל־ nor had any wə·ḵāl עֵ֥שֶׂב plant ‘ê·śeḇ הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה of the field haś·śā·ḏeh טֶ֣רֶם - ṭe·rem יִצְמָ֑ח sprouted ; yiṣ·māḥ כִּי֩ for kî יְהוָ֤ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהִים֙ God ’ĕ·lō·hîm
