תּוֹשַׁ֥ב may the guest tō·wō·šaḇ כֹּהֵ֛ן of a priest kō·hên וְשָׂכִ֖יר or his hired hand wə·śā·ḵîr יֹ֥אכַל eat yō·ḵal קֹֽדֶשׁ׃ [it] . qō·ḏeš Leviticus 22:11 כִּֽי־ But if kî- וְכֹהֵ֗ן a priest wə·ḵō·hên יִקְנֶ֥ה buys yiq·neh נֶ֙פֶשׁ֙ a slave ne·p̄eš קִנְיַ֣ן with qin·yan כַּסְפּ֔וֹ his own money , kas·pōw הֵ֖ם or if [a slave] hêm וִילִ֣יד is born wî·lîḏ בֵּית֔וֹ in his household , bê·ṯōw ה֖וּא that [slave] hū יֹ֣אכַל may eat yō·ḵal בּ֑וֹ bōw יֹאכְל֥וּ - yō·ḵə·lū בְלַחְמֽוֹ׃ his food . ḇə·laḥ·mōw Leviticus 22:12 כִּ֥י If kî כֹּהֵ֔ן the priest’s kō·hên וּבַת־ daughter ū·ḇaṯ- תִהְיֶ֖ה is married ṯih·yeh לְאִ֣ישׁ to a man lə·’îš זָ֑ר other [than a priest] , zār הִ֕וא she hî לֹ֥א is not lō תֹאכֵֽל׃ to eat ṯō·ḵêl הַקֳּדָשִׁ֖ים of the sacred haq·qo·ḏā·šîm בִּתְרוּמַ֥ת contributions . biṯ·rū·maṯ Leviticus 22:13 כִּ֨י But if kî כֹּהֵן֩ a priest’s kō·hên וּבַת־ daughter ū·ḇaṯ- אֵ֣ין with no ’ên לָהּ֒ - lāh וְזֶרַע֮ children wə·ze·ra‘ תִהְיֶ֜ה becomes ṯih·yeh אַלְמָנָ֣ה widowed ’al·mā·nāh וּגְרוּשָׁ֗ה or divorced ū·ḡə·rū·šāh וְשָׁבָ֞ה and returns wə·šā·ḇāh אֶל־ to ’el- אָבִ֙יהָ֙ her father’s ’ā·ḇî·hā בֵּ֤ית house , bêṯ תֹּאכֵ֑ל she may share tō·ḵêl אָבִ֖יהָ her father’s ’ā·ḇî·hā מִלֶּ֥חֶם food mil·le·ḥem כִּנְעוּרֶ֔יהָ as in her youth . kin·‘ū·re·hā וְכָל־ But no wə·ḵāl לֹא־ . . . lō- זָ֖ר outsider zār יֹ֥אכַל may share yō·ḵal בּֽוֹ׃ס it . bōw Leviticus 22:14 כִּֽי־ If kî- וְאִ֕ישׁ anyone wə·’îš יֹאכַ֥ל eats yō·ḵal קֹ֖דֶשׁ a sacred offering qō·ḏeš בִּשְׁגָגָ֑ה in error , biš·ḡā·ḡāh וְיָסַ֤ף he must add wə·yā·sap̄ חֲמִֽשִׁיתוֹ֙ a fifth ḥă·mi·šî·ṯōw עָלָ֔יו to ‘ā·lāw וְנָתַ֥ן its value and give wə·nā·ṯan הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ the sacred offering haq·qō·ḏeš לַכֹּהֵ֖ן to the priest lak·kō·hên אֶת־ - . ’eṯ- Leviticus 22:15 וְלֹ֣א The priests must not wə·lō יְחַלְּל֔וּ profane yə·ḥal·lə·lū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- קָדְשֵׁ֖י the sacred offerings qā·ḏə·šê בְּנֵ֣י [that] the Israelites bə·nê יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל . . . yiś·rā·’êl אֵ֥ת - ’êṯ אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- יָרִ֖ימוּ present yā·rî·mū לַיהוָֽה׃ to YHWH Yah·weh Leviticus 22:16 בְּאָכְלָ֖ם by allowing the people to eat bə·’ā·ḵə·lām אֶת־ - ’eṯ- קָדְשֵׁיהֶ֑ם the sacred offerings qā·ḏə·šê·hem וְהִשִּׂ֤יאוּ and thus to bear wə·hiś·śî·’ū אוֹתָם֙ - ’ō·w·ṯām עֲוֺ֣ן the punishment ‘ă·wōn אַשְׁמָ֔ה for guilt . ’aš·māh כִּ֛י For kî
