פֶּ֖תַח the entrance pe·ṯaḥ אֹ֣הֶל to the Tent ’ō·hel מוֹעֵ֑ד of Meeting mō·w·‘êḏ אֲשָׁמוֹ֙ as his guilt offering ’ă·šā·mōw אָשָֽׁם׃ . . . ’ā·šām לַֽיהוָ֔ה to YHWH . Yah·weh Leviticus 19:22 הַכֹּהֵ֜ן The priest hak·kō·hên וְכִפֶּר֩ shall make atonement wə·ḵip·per עָלָ֨יו on his behalf ‘ā·lāw לִפְנֵ֣י before lip̄·nê יְהוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh בְּאֵ֤יל with the ram bə·’êl הָֽאָשָׁם֙ of the guilt offering hā·’ā·šām עַל־ for ‘al- חַטָּאת֖וֹ the sin ḥaṭ·ṭā·ṯōw אֲשֶׁ֣ר - ’ă·šer חָטָ֑א he has committed , ḥā·ṭā וְנִסְלַ֣ח and he will be forgiven wə·nis·laḥ ל֔וֹ lōw מֵחַטָּאת֖וֹ the sin mê·ḥaṭ·ṭā·ṯōw אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer חָטָֽא׃פ he has committed . ḥā·ṭā Leviticus 19:23 וְכִי־ When wə·ḵî- תָבֹ֣אוּ you enter ṯā·ḇō·’ū אֶל־ . . . ’el- הָאָ֗רֶץ the land hā·’ā·reṣ וּנְטַעְתֶּם֙ and plant ū·nə·ṭa‘·tem כָּל־ any kāl- עֵ֣ץ kind of tree ‘êṣ מַאֲכָ֔ל for food , ma·’ă·ḵāl וַעֲרַלְתֶּ֥ם you shall regard wa·‘ă·ral·tem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- פִּרְי֑וֹ the fruit pir·yōw עָרְלָת֖וֹ as forbidden . ‘ā·rə·lā·ṯōw שָׁלֹ֣שׁ For three šā·lōš שָׁנִ֗ים years šā·nîm יִהְיֶ֥ה it will be yih·yeh עֲרֵלִ֖ים forbidden ‘ă·rê·lîm לָכֶ֛ם to you lā·ḵem לֹ֥א and must not lō יֵאָכֵֽל׃ be eaten . yê·’ā·ḵêl Leviticus 19:24 הָרְבִיעִ֔ת In the fourth hā·rə·ḇî·‘iṯ וּבַשָּׁנָה֙ year ū·ḇaš·šā·nāh כָּל־ all kāl- פִּרְי֑וֹ its fruit pir·yōw יִהְיֶ֖ה must be yih·yeh קֹ֥דֶשׁ consecrated qō·ḏeš הִלּוּלִ֖ים as a praise offering hil·lū·lîm לַיהוָֽה׃ to YHWH . Yah·weh Leviticus 19:25 הַחֲמִישִׁ֗ת But in the fifth ha·ḥă·mî·šiṯ וּבַשָּׁנָ֣ה year ū·ḇaš·šā·nāh תֹּֽאכְלוּ֙ you may eat tō·ḵə·lū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- פִּרְי֔וֹ its fruit ; pir·yōw לָכֶ֖ם thus your lā·ḵem תְּבוּאָת֑וֹ harvest tə·ḇū·’ā·ṯōw לְהוֹסִ֥יף will be increased . lə·hō·w·sîp̄ אֲנִ֖י I ’ă·nî יְהוָ֥ה am YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ your God . ’ĕ·lō·hê·ḵem Leviticus 19:26 לֹ֥א You must not lō תֹאכְל֖וּ eat ṯō·ḵə·lū עַל־ anything with ‘al- הַדָּ֑ם blood still in it . had·dām לֹ֥א You must not lō תְנַחֲשׁ֖וּ practice divination ṯə·na·ḥă·šū וְלֹ֥א or wə·lō תְעוֹנֵֽנוּ׃ sorcery . ṯə·‘ō·w·nê·nū Leviticus 19:27 לֹ֣א You must not lō תַקִּ֔פוּ cut off the hair ṯaq·qi·p̄ū פְּאַ֖ת at the sides pə·’aṯ רֹאשְׁכֶ֑ם of your head rō·šə·ḵem וְלֹ֣א . . . wə·lō תַשְׁחִ֔ית or clip off ṯaš·ḥîṯ אֵ֖ת - ’êṯ פְּאַ֥ת the edges pə·’aṯ זְקָנֶֽךָ׃ of your beard . zə·qā·ne·ḵā Leviticus 19:28 לֹ֤א You must not lō וְשֶׂ֣רֶט make any cuts wə·śe·reṭ
