גָּדוֹל֙ . . . gā·ḏō·wl קֹצֵ֔ף . . . qō·ṣêp̄ עַל־ with ‘al- הַגּוֹיִ֖ם the nations hag·gō·w·yim הַשַּֽׁאֲנַנִּ֑ים that are at ease . haš·ša·’ă·nan·nîm אֲשֶׁ֤ר For ’ă·šer אֲנִי֙ I ’ă·nî מְּעָ֔ט was a little mə·‘āṭ קָצַ֣פְתִּי angry , qā·ṣap̄·tî וְהֵ֖מָּה but they wə·hêm·māh עָזְר֥וּ have added to ‘ā·zə·rū לְרָעָֽה׃ the calamity . ’ lə·rā·‘āh Zechariah 1:16 לָכֵ֞ן Therefore lā·ḵên כֹּֽה־ this is what kōh- יְהוָ֗ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֣ר says : ’ā·mar שַׁ֤בְתִּי ‘ I will return šaḇ·tî לִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ to Jerusalem lî·rū·šā·lim בְּֽרַחֲמִ֔ים with mercy , bə·ra·ḥă·mîm בָּ֔הּ and there bāh בֵּיתִי֙ My house bê·ṯî יִבָּ֣נֶה will be rebuilt , yib·bā·neh נְאֻ֖ם declares nə·’um יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh צְבָא֑וֹת of Hosts , ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ וְקָוָה and a measuring line wə·qå̄·wå̄h יִנָּטֶ֖ה will be stretched out yin·nā·ṭeh עַל־ over ‘al- יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ Jerusalem . ’ yə·rū·šā·lim Zechariah 1:17 קְרָ֣א Proclaim qə·rā ע֣וֹד׀ further [that] ‘ō·wḏ כֹּ֤ה this is what kōh אָמַר֙ . . . ’ā·mar יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh צְבָא֔וֹת of Hosts ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ לֵאמֹ֗ר says : lê·mōr עָרַ֖י ‘ My cities ‘ā·ray ע֛וֹד will again ‘ō·wḏ תְּפוּצֶ֥ינָה overflow tə·p̄ū·ṣe·nāh מִטּ֑וֹב with prosperity ; miṭ·ṭō·wḇ יְהוָ֥ה YHWH Yah·weh עוֹד֙ will again ‘ō·wḏ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וְנִחַ֨ם comfort wə·ni·ḥam צִיּ֔וֹן Zion ṣî·yō·wn ע֖וֹד [and] ‘ō·wḏ וּבָחַ֥ר choose ū·ḇā·ḥar בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ס Jerusalem . ’” bî·rū·šā·lim Zechariah 1:18 וָאֶשָּׂ֥א Then I looked up wā·’eś·śā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עֵינַ֖י - ‘ê·nay וָאֵ֑רֶא and saw wā·’ê·re וְהִנֵּ֖ה . . . wə·hin·nêh אַרְבַּ֥ע four ’ar·ba‘ קְרָנֽוֹת׃ horns . qə·rā·nō·wṯ Zechariah 1:19 וָאֹמַ֗ר So I asked wā·’ō·mar אֶל־ ’el- הַמַּלְאָ֛ךְ the angel ham·mal·’āḵ הַדֹּבֵ֥ר who was speaking had·dō·ḇêr בִּ֖י with me , bî מָה־ “ What māh- אֵ֑לֶּה are these ? ” ’êl·leh וַיֹּ֣אמֶר And he told way·yō·mer אֵלַ֔י me , ’ê·lay אֵ֤לֶּה “ These ’êl·leh הַקְּרָנוֹת֙ are the horns haq·qə·rā·nō·wṯ אֲשֶׁ֣ר that ’ă·šer זֵר֣וּ have scattered zê·rū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יְהוּדָ֔ה Judah , yə·hū·ḏāh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל Israel , yiś·rā·’êl וִירוּשָׁלָֽם׃ס and Jerusalem . ” wī·rū·šå̄·lå̄m Zechariah 1:20 יְהוָ֔ה Then YHWH Yah·weh וַיַּרְאֵ֣נִי showed me way·yar·’ê·nî אַרְבָּעָ֖ה four ’ar·bā·‘āh חָרָשִֽׁים׃ craftsmen . ḥā·rā·šîm Zechariah 1:21 מָ֛ה “ What māh אֵ֥לֶּה are these ’êl·leh בָאִ֖ים coming ḇā·’îm לַֽעֲשׂ֑וֹת to do ? ” la·‘ă·śō·wṯ וָאֹמַ֕ר I asked . wā·’ō·mar
