פּוּרָ֔ה - , pū·rāh וְהָיְתָ֖ה there were wə·hā·yə·ṯāh עֶשְׂרִֽים׃ [but] twenty . ‘eś·rîm Haggai 2:17 הִכֵּ֨יתִי I struck you — hik·kê·ṯî אֶתְכֶ֜ם - ’eṯ·ḵem כָּל־ all kāl- מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה the work ma·‘ă·śêh יְדֵיכֶ֑ם of your hands — yə·ḏê·ḵem בַּשִּׁדָּפ֤וֹן with blight , baš·šid·dā·p̄ō·wn וּבַיֵּֽרָקוֹן֙ mildew , ū·ḇay·yê·rā·qō·wn וּבַבָּרָ֔ד and hail , ū·ḇab·bā·rāḏ אֵ֖ת - ’êṯ וְאֵין־ but you did not wə·’ên- אֶתְכֶ֥ם - ’eṯ·ḵem אֵלַ֖י turn to Me , ’ê·lay נְאֻם־ declares nə·’um- יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH . Yah·weh Haggai 2:18 שִׂימוּ־ Consider carefully śî·mū- נָ֣א . . . nā לְבַבְכֶ֔ם . . . lə·ḇaḇ·ḵem מִן־ from min- הַזֶּ֖ה this haz·zeh הַיּ֥וֹם day hay·yō·wm וָמָ֑עְלָה forward — wā·mā·‘ə·lāh לְמִן־ from lə·min- עֶשְׂרִ֨ים the twenty-fourth ‘eś·rîm וְאַרְבָּעָ֜ה . . . wə·’ar·bā·‘āh מִיּוֹם֩ day mî·yō·wm לַתְּשִׁיעִ֗י of the ninth [month] , lat·tə·šî·‘î הַיּ֛וֹם the day hay·yō·wm אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- יְהוָ֖ה the foundation of YHWH’s Yah·weh הֵֽיכַל־ temple hê·ḵal- יֻסַּ֥ד was laid — yus·saḏ שִׂ֥ימוּ consider carefully śî·mū לְבַבְכֶֽם׃ . . . : lə·ḇaḇ·ḵem Haggai 2:19 הַע֤וֹד Is there still ha·‘ō·wḏ הַזֶּ֙רַע֙ seed haz·ze·ra‘ בַּמְּגוּרָ֔ה in the barn ? bam·mə·ḡū·rāh הַגֶּ֨פֶן The vine , hag·ge·p̄en וְהַתְּאֵנָ֧ה the fig , wə·hat·tə·’ê·nāh וְהָרִמּ֛וֹן the pomegranate , wə·hā·rim·mō·wn הַזַּ֖יִת and the olive haz·za·yiṯ וְעֵ֥ץ tree wə·‘êṣ לֹ֣א have not lō וְעַד־ yet wə·‘aḏ- נָשָׂ֑א yielded [fruit] . nā·śā מִן־ But from min- הַזֶּ֖ה this haz·zeh הַיּ֥וֹם day on , hay·yō·wm אֲבָרֵֽךְ׃ס I will bless you . ” ’ă·ḇā·rêḵ Haggai 2:20 שֵׁנִית֙ For the second time that day , šê·nîṯ בְּעֶשְׂרִ֧ים the twenty-fourth bə·‘eś·rîm וְאַרְבָּעָ֛ה . . . wə·’ar·bā·‘āh לַחֹ֖דֶשׁ day of the month , la·ḥō·ḏeš דְבַר־ the word ḏə·ḇar- יְהוָ֤ה׀ of YHWH Yah·weh וַיְהִ֨י came way·hî אֶל־ to ’el- חַגַּ֔י Haggai , ḥag·gay לֵאמֹֽר׃ saying , lê·mōr Haggai 2:21 אֱמֹ֕ר “ Tell ’ĕ·mōr אֶל־ . . . ’el- זְרֻבָּבֶ֥ל Zerubbabel zə·rub·bā·ḇel פַּֽחַת־ governor pa·ḥaṯ- יְהוּדָ֖ה of Judah yə·hū·ḏāh לֵאמֹ֑ר [that] lê·mōr אֲנִ֣י I ’ă·nî מַרְעִ֔ישׁ am about to shake mar·‘îš אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם the heavens haš·šā·ma·yim וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- הָאָֽרֶץ׃ and the earth : hā·’ā·reṣ Haggai 2:22 וְהָֽפַכְתִּי֙ I will overturn wə·hā·p̄aḵ·tî מַמְלָכ֔וֹת royal mam·lā·ḵō·wṯ כִּסֵּ֣א thrones kis·sê וְהִ֨שְׁמַדְתִּ֔י and destroy wə·hiš·maḏ·tî חֹ֖זֶק the power ḥō·zeq מַמְלְכ֣וֹת of the kingdoms mam·lə·ḵō·wṯ הַגּוֹיִ֑ם of the nations . hag·gō·w·yim וְהָפַכְתִּ֤י I will overturn wə·hā·p̄aḵ·tî מֶרְכָּבָה֙ chariots mer·kā·ḇāh
