Habakkuk 3:14 בְמַטָּיו֙ With his own spear ḇə·maṭ·ṭāw נָקַ֤בְתָּ You pierced nā·qaḇ·tā רֹ֣אשׁ his head , rōš פְּרָזוֹ when his warriors pə·rå̄·zō יִסְעֲר֖וּ stormed out yis·‘ă·rū לַהֲפִיצֵ֑נִי to scatter us , la·hă·p̄î·ṣê·nî עֲלִ֣יצֻתָ֔ם gloating ‘ă·lî·ṣu·ṯām כְּמוֹ־ as though ready kə·mōw- בַּמִּסְתָּֽר׃ to secretly bam·mis·tār לֶאֱכֹ֥ל devour le·’ĕ·ḵōl עָנִ֖י the weak . ‘ā·nî Habakkuk 3:15 דָּרַ֥כְתָּ You trampled dā·raḵ·tā בַיָּ֖ם the sea ḇay·yām סוּסֶ֑יךָ with Your horses , sū·se·ḵā חֹ֖מֶר churning ḥō·mer רַבִּֽים׃ the great rab·bîm מַ֥יִם waters . ma·yim Habakkuk 3:16 שָׁמַ֣עְתִּי׀ I heard šā·ma‘·tî וַתִּרְגַּ֣ז and trembled wat·tir·gaz בִּטְנִ֗י within ; biṭ·nî שְׂפָתַ֔י my lips śə·p̄ā·ṯay צָלֲל֣וּ quivered ṣā·lă·lū לְקוֹל֙ at the sound . lə·qō·wl רָקָ֛ב Decay rā·qāḇ יָב֥וֹא entered yā·ḇō·w בַּעֲצָמַ֖י my bones ; ba·‘ă·ṣā·may אֶרְגָּ֑ז I trembled ’er·gāz אֲשֶׁ֤ר - ’ă·šer וְתַחְתַּ֣י where I stood . wə·ṯaḥ·tay אָנ֙וּחַ֙ Yet I must wait patiently ’ā·nū·aḥ לְי֣וֹם for the day lə·yō·wm צָרָ֔ה of distress ṣā·rāh לַעֲל֖וֹת to come upon la·‘ă·lō·wṯ לְעַ֥ם the people lə·‘am יְגוּדֶֽנּוּ׃ who invade us . yə·ḡū·ḏen·nū Habakkuk 3:17 כִּֽי־ Though kî- תְאֵנָ֣ה the fig tree ṯə·’ê·nāh לֹֽא־ does not lō- תִפְרָ֗ח bud ṯip̄·rāḥ וְאֵ֤ין and no wə·’ên יְבוּל֙ fruit yə·ḇūl בַּגְּפָנִ֔ים [is] on the vines , bag·gə·p̄ā·nîm זַ֔יִת though the olive za·yiṯ מַעֲשֵׂה־ crop ma·‘ă·śêh- כִּחֵשׁ֙ fails ki·ḥêš וּשְׁדֵמ֖וֹת and the fields ū·šə·ḏê·mō·wṯ עָ֣שָׂה produce ‘ā·śāh לֹא־ no lō- אֹ֑כֶל food , ’ō·ḵel צֹ֔אן though the sheep ṣōn גָּזַ֤ר are cut off gā·zar מִמִּכְלָה֙ from the fold mim·miḵ·lāh וְאֵ֥ין and no wə·’ên בָּקָ֖ר cattle bā·qār בָּרְפָתִֽים׃ [are] in the stalls , bā·rə·p̄ā·ṯîm Habakkuk 3:18 וַאֲנִ֖י yet I wa·’ă·nî אֶעְל֑וֹזָה will exult ’e‘·lō·w·zāh בַּיהוָ֣ה in YHWH ; Yah·weh אָגִ֖ילָה I will rejoice ’ā·ḡî·lāh בֵּאלֹהֵ֥י in the God bê·lō·hê יִשְׁעִֽי׃ of my salvation ! yiš·‘î Habakkuk 3:19 יְהוִ֤הּ GOD ha·šēm אֲדֹנָי֙ the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy חֵילִ֔י is my strength ; ḥê·lî וַיָּ֤שֶׂם He makes way·yā·śem רַגְלַי֙ my feet raḡ·lay כָּֽאַיָּל֔וֹת like those of a deer ; kā·’ay·yā·lō·wṯ יַדְרִכֵ֑נִי He makes me walk yaḏ·ri·ḵê·nî וְעַ֥ל upon wə·‘al בָּמוֹתַ֖י the heights ! bā·mō·w·ṯay לַמְנַצֵּ֖חַ For the choirmaster . lam·naṣ·ṣê·aḥ בִּנְגִינוֹתָֽי׃ With stringed instruments . bin·ḡî·nō·w·ṯāy Zephaniah 1:1 דְּבַר־ [This is] the word də·ḇar- יְהוָ֣ה׀ of YHWH Yah·weh אֲשֶׁ֣ר that ’ă·šer הָיָ֗ה came hā·yāh אֶל־ to ’el- צְפַנְיָה֙ Zephaniah ṣə·p̄an·yāh בֶּן־ son ben-
