בְּשָׁפְכְּךָ֥ when You pour out bə·šā·p̄ə·kə·ḵā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- חֲמָתְךָ֖ Your wrath ḥă·mā·ṯə·ḵā עַל־ on ‘al- יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ Jerusalem , yə·rū·šā·lim אַתָּ֗ה will You ’at·tāh אֵ֚ת - ’êṯ הֲמַשְׁחִ֣ית destroy hă·maš·ḥîṯ כָּל־ the entire kāl- שְׁאֵרִ֣ית remnant šə·’ê·rîṯ יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of Israel ? ” yiś·rā·’êl Ezekiel 9:9 וַיֹּ֣אמֶר He replied way·yō·mer אֵלַ֗י . . . , ’ê·lay עֲוֺ֨ן “ The iniquity ‘ă·wōn בֵּֽית־ of the house bêṯ- יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל of Israel yiś·rā·’êl וִֽיהוּדָה֙ and Judah wî·hū·ḏāh בִּמְאֹ֣ד [is] exceedingly bim·’ōḏ מְאֹ֔ד . . . mə·’ōḏ גָּדוֹל֙ great . gā·ḏō·wl הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ The land hā·’ā·reṣ וַתִּמָּלֵ֤א is full of wat·tim·mā·lê דָּמִ֔ים bloodshed , dā·mîm וְהָעִ֖יר and the city wə·hā·‘îr מָלְאָ֣ה is full of mā·lə·’āh מֻטֶּ֑ה perversity . muṭ·ṭeh כִּ֣י For kî אָמְר֗וּ they say , ’ā·mə·rū יְהוָה֙ ‘ YHWH Yah·weh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עָזַ֤ב has forsaken ‘ā·zaḇ הָאָ֔רֶץ the land ; hā·’ā·reṣ יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh וְאֵ֥ין does not wə·’ên רֹאֶֽה׃ see . ’ rō·’eh Ezekiel 9:10 וְגַ֨ם־ But as for Me , wə·ḡam- אֲנִ֔י I ’ă·nî לֹא־ will not lō- עֵינִ֖י look on them ‘ê·nî תָח֥וֹס with pity , ṯā·ḥō·ws וְלֹ֣א nor wə·lō אֶחְמֹ֑ל will I spare them . ’eḥ·mōl דַּרְכָּ֖ם I will bring their deeds dar·kām נָתָֽתִּי׃ down nā·ṯāt·tî בְּרֹאשָׁ֥ם upon their own heads . ” bə·rō·šām Ezekiel 9:11 וְהִנֵּ֞ה Then wə·hin·nêh הָאִ֣ישׁ׀ the man hā·’îš לְבֻ֣שׁ clothed lə·ḇuš הַבַּדִּ֗ים in linen hab·bad·dîm אֲשֶׁ֤ר - ’ă·šer הַקֶּ֙סֶת֙ with the writing kit haq·qe·seṯ בְּמָתְנָ֔יו at his side bə·mā·ṯə·nāw מֵשִׁ֥יב reported back mê·šîḇ דָּבָ֖ר . . . dā·ḇār לֵאמֹ֑ר . . . , lê·mōr עָשִׂ֕יתִי “ I have done ‘ā·śî·ṯî כַאֲשֶׁר as ḵa·ʾă·šɛr צִוִּיתָֽנִי׃ס You commanded . ” ṣiw·wî·ṯā·nî Ezekiel 10:1 וָאֶרְאֶ֗ה And I looked wā·’er·’eh וְהִנֵּ֤ה and saw wə·hin·nêh אֶל־ above ’el- הָרָקִ֙יעַ֙ the expanse , hā·rā·qî·a‘ אֲשֶׁר֙ - ’ă·šer עַל־ above ‘al- רֹ֣אשׁ the heads rōš הַכְּרֻבִ֔ים of the cherubim , hak·kə·ru·ḇîm דְּמ֣וּת the likeness də·mūṯ כִּסֵּ֑א of a throne kis·sê סַפִּ֔יר of sapphire sap·pîr כְּמַרְאֵ֖ה . . . kə·mar·’êh כְּאֶ֣בֶן . . . kə·’e·ḇen נִרְאָ֖ה - nir·’āh עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃ - . ‘ă·lê·hem Ezekiel 10:2 וַיֹּ֜אמֶר And [YHWH] said way·yō·mer אֶל־ to ’el- הָאִ֣ישׁ׀ the man hā·’îš לְבֻ֣שׁ clothed lə·ḇuš הַבַּדִּ֗ים in linen hab·bad·dîm וַיֹּ֡אמֶר - , way·yō·mer בֹּא֩ “ Go bō אֶל־ inside ’el- בֵּינ֨וֹת bê·nō·wṯ לַגַּלְגַּ֜ל the wheelwork lag·gal·gal אֶל־ . . . ’el- תַּ֣חַת beneath ta·ḥaṯ
