לְךָ֮ lə·ḵā מְגִלַּת־ a scroll mə·ḡil·laṯ- סֵפֶר֒ . . . sê·p̄er וְכָתַבְתָּ֣ and write wə·ḵā·ṯaḇ·tā אֵלֶ֗יהָ on ’ê·le·hā אֵ֣ת - ’êṯ כָּל־ it all kāl- הַדְּבָרִ֞ים the words had·də·ḇā·rîm אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- דִּבַּ֧רְתִּי I have spoken dib·bar·tî אֵלֶ֛יךָ to ’ê·le·ḵā עַל־ you concerning ‘al- יִשְׂרָאֵ֥ל Israel , yiś·rā·’êl וְעַל־ . . . wə·‘al- יְהוּדָ֖ה Judah , yə·hū·ḏāh וְעַל־ . . . wə·‘al- כָּל־ and all kāl- הַגּוֹיִ֑ם the nations , hag·gō·w·yim מִיּ֞וֹם from the day mî·yō·wm דִּבַּ֤רְתִּי I first spoke dib·bar·tî אֵלֶ֙יךָ֙ to you ’ê·le·ḵā מִימֵ֣י during the reign mî·mê יֹאשִׁיָּ֔הוּ of Josiah yō·šî·yā·hū וְעַ֖ד until today wə·‘aḏ הַיּ֥וֹם . . . hay·yō·wm הַזֶּֽה׃ . . . . haz·zeh Jeremiah 36:3 אוּלַ֤י Perhaps ’ū·lay בֵּ֣ית when the people bêṯ יְהוּדָ֔ה of Judah yə·hū·ḏāh אֵ֚ת - ’êṯ יִשְׁמְעוּ֙ hear yiš·mə·‘ū כָּל־ about all kāl- הָ֣רָעָ֔ה the calamity hā·rā·‘āh אֲשֶׁ֛ר - ’ă·šer אָנֹכִ֥י I ’ā·nō·ḵî חֹשֵׁ֖ב plan ḥō·šêḇ לַעֲשׂ֣וֹת to bring la·‘ă·śō·wṯ לָהֶ֑ם upon them , lā·hem לְמַ֣עַן . . . lə·ma·‘an אִ֚ישׁ each of them ’îš יָשׁ֗וּבוּ will turn yā·šū·ḇū הָרָעָ֔ה from his wicked hā·rā·‘āh מִדַּרְכּ֣וֹ way . mid·dar·kōw וְסָלַחְתִּ֥י Then I will forgive wə·sā·laḥ·tî לַעֲוֺנָ֖ם their iniquity la·‘ă·wō·nām וּלְחַטָּאתָֽם׃ס and their sin .” ū·lə·ḥaṭ·ṭā·ṯām Jeremiah 36:4 יִרְמְיָ֔הוּ So Jeremiah yir·mə·yā·hū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיִּקְרָ֣א called way·yiq·rā בָּר֖וּךְ Baruch bā·rūḵ בֶּן־ son ben- נֵֽרִיָּ֑ה of Neriah , nê·rî·yāh אֵ֣ת - ’êṯ מִפִּ֣י and at the dictation mip·pî יִרְמְיָ֗הוּ of Jeremiah , yir·mə·yā·hū בָּר֜וּךְ Baruch bā·rūḵ וַיִּכְתֹּ֨ב wrote way·yiḵ·tōḇ עַל־ on ‘al- מְגִלַּת־ a scroll mə·ḡil·laṯ- סֵֽפֶר׃ . . . sê·p̄er כָּל־ all kāl- דִּבְרֵ֧י the words diḇ·rê אֲשֶׁר־ that ’ă·šer- יְהוָ֛ה YHWH Yah·weh דִּבֶּ֥ר had spoken dib·ber אֵלָ֖יו to Jeremiah . ’ê·lāw Jeremiah 36:5 יִרְמְיָ֔הוּ Then Jeremiah yir·mə·yā·hū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיְצַוֶּ֣ה commanded way·ṣaw·weh בָּר֖וּךְ Baruch , bā·rūḵ לֵאמֹ֑ר . . . lê·mōr אֲנִ֣י “ I ’ă·nî עָצ֔וּר am restricted ; ‘ā·ṣūr לֹ֣א I cannot lō אוּכַ֔ל . . . ’ū·ḵal לָב֖וֹא enter lā·ḇō·w בֵּ֥ית the house bêṯ יְהוָֽה׃ of YHWH ; Yah·weh Jeremiah 36:6 אַתָּ֡ה so you ’at·tāh וּבָאתָ֣ are to go ū·ḇā·ṯā בֵּ֥ית to the house bêṯ יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh בְּי֣וֹם on a day bə·yō·wm צ֑וֹם of fasting , ṣō·wm אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּאָזְנֵ֥י and in the hearing bə·’ā·zə·nê הָעָ֛ם of the people hā·‘ām וְקָרָ֣אתָ you are to read wə·qā·rā·ṯā
