תֻפַּ֔יִךְ your tambourines ṯup·pa·yiḵ וְיָצָ֖את and go out wə·yā·ṣāṯ מְשַׂחֲקִֽים׃ in joyful mə·śa·ḥă·qîm בִּמְח֥וֹל dancing . bim·ḥō·wl Jeremiah 31:5 ע֚וֹד Again ‘ō·wḏ תִּטְּעִ֣י you will plant tiṭ·ṭə·‘î כְרָמִ֔ים vineyards ḵə·rā·mîm בְּהָרֵ֖י on the hills bə·hā·rê שֹֽׁמְר֑וֹן of Samaria ; šō·mə·rō·wn נָטְע֥וּ the farmers nā·ṭə·‘ū נֹטְעִ֖ים will plant nō·ṭə·‘îm וְחִלֵּֽלוּ׃ and enjoy the fruit . wə·ḥil·lê·lū Jeremiah 31:6 כִּ֣י For kî יֶשׁ־ there will be yeš- י֔וֹם a day yō·wm נֹצְרִ֖ים when watchmen nō·ṣə·rîm קָרְא֥וּ will call out qā·rə·’ū בְּהַ֣ר on the hills bə·har אֶפְרָ֑יִם of Ephraim , ’ep̄·rā·yim ק֚וּמוּ ‘ Arise , qū·mū וְנַעֲלֶ֣ה let us go up wə·na·‘ă·leh צִיּ֔וֹן to Zion , ṣî·yō·wn אֶל־ to ’el- יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃פ our God ! ’” ’ĕ·lō·hê·nū Jeremiah 31:7 כִּי־ For kî- כֹ֣ה׀ this is what ḵōh יְהוָ֗ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֣ר says : ’ā·mar רָנּ֤וּ “ Sing rān·nū שִׂמְחָ֔ה with joy śim·ḥāh לְיַֽעֲקֹב֙ for Jacob ; lə·ya·‘ă·qōḇ וְצַהֲל֖וּ shout wə·ṣa·hă·lū בְּרֹ֣אשׁ for the foremost bə·rōš הַגּוֹיִ֑ם of the nations ! hag·gō·w·yim הַשְׁמִ֤יעוּ Make haš·mî·‘ū הַֽלְלוּ֙ your praises heard , hal·lū וְאִמְר֔וּ and say , wə·’im·rū יְהוָה֙ ‘ O YHWH , Yah·weh אֶֽת־ - ’eṯ- הוֹשַׁ֤ע save hō·wō·ša‘ עַמְּךָ֔ Your people , ‘am·mə·ḵā אֵ֖ת - ’êṯ שְׁאֵרִ֥ית the remnant šə·’ê·rîṯ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ of Israel ! ’ yiś·rā·’êl Jeremiah 31:8 הִנְנִי֩ Behold , hin·nî מֵבִ֨יא I will bring mê·ḇî אוֹתָ֜ם them ’ō·w·ṯām מֵאֶ֣רֶץ from the land mê·’e·reṣ צָפ֗וֹן of the north ṣā·p̄ō·wn וְקִבַּצְתִּים֮ and gather them wə·qib·baṣ·tîm מִיַּרְכְּתֵי־ from the farthest parts mî·yar·kə·ṯê- אָרֶץ֒ of the earth , ’ā·reṣ בָּ֚ם including bām עִוֵּ֣ר the blind ‘iw·wêr וּפִסֵּ֔חַ and the lame , ū·p̄is·sê·aḥ יַחְדָּ֑ו - yaḥ·dāw הָרָ֥ה expectant mothers hā·rāh וְיֹלֶ֖דֶת and women in labor . wə·yō·le·ḏeṯ יָשׁ֥וּבוּ They will return yā·šū·ḇū הֵֽנָּה׃ . . . hên·nāh גָּד֖וֹל as a great gā·ḏō·wl קָהָ֥ל assembly ! qā·hāl Jeremiah 31:9 יָבֹ֗אוּ They will come yā·ḇō·’ū בִּבְכִ֣י with weeping , biḇ·ḵî וּֽבְתַחֲנוּנִים֮ and by their supplication ū·ḇə·ṯa·ḥă·nū·nîm אֽוֹבִילֵם֒ I will lead them ; ’ō·w·ḇî·lêm אֽוֹלִיכֵם֙ I will make them walk ’ō·w·lî·ḵêm אֶל־ beside ’el- נַ֣חֲלֵי streams na·ḥă·lê מַ֔יִם of waters , ma·yim יָשָׁ֔ר on a level yā·šār בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ path bə·ḏe·reḵ לֹ֥א where they will not lō יִכָּשְׁל֖וּ stumble yik·kā·šə·lū בָּ֑הּ . bāh כִּֽי־ For kî- הָיִ֤יתִי I am hā·yî·ṯî לְיִשְׂרָאֵל֙ Israel’s lə·yiś·rā·’êl לְאָ֔ב Father , lə·’āḇ וְאֶפְרַ֖יִם and Ephraim wə·’ep̄·ra·yim בְּכֹ֥רִי is My firstborn bə·ḵō·rî הֽוּא׃ס . . . . ” hū
