וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl צָרַ֥יִךְ your adversaries — ṣā·ra·yiḵ כֻּלָּ֖ם every one of them — kul·lām יֵלֵ֑כוּ will go off yê·lê·ḵū בַּשְּׁבִ֣י into exile . baš·šə·ḇî שֹׁאסַ֙יִךְ֙ Those who plundered you šō·sa·yiḵ וְהָי֤וּ will be plundered wə·hā·yū לִמְשִׁסָּ֔ה . . . , lim·šis·sāh וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl בֹּזְזַ֖יִךְ who raided you bō·zə·za·yiḵ אֶתֵּ֥ן will be raided ’et·tên לָבַֽז׃ . . . . lā·ḇaz Jeremiah 30:17 כִּי֩ But kî אַעֲלֶ֨ה I will restore ’a·‘ă·leh אֲרֻכָ֥ה your health ’ă·ru·ḵāh לָ֛ךְ lāḵ אֶרְפָּאֵ֖ךְ and heal ’er·pā·’êḵ וּמִמַּכּוֹתַ֥יִךְ your wounds , ū·mim·mak·kō·w·ṯa·yiḵ נְאֻם־ declares nə·’um- יְהוָ֑ה YHWH , Yah·weh כִּ֤י because kî קָ֣רְאוּ they call qā·rə·’ū לָ֔ךְ you lāḵ נִדָּחָה֙ an outcast , nid·dā·ḥāh צִיּ֣וֹן Zion , ṣî·yō·wn הִ֔יא for whom hî אֵ֥ין no one ’ên לָֽהּ׃ס lāh דֹּרֵ֖שׁ cares . ” dō·rêš Jeremiah 30:18 כֹּ֣ה׀ This is what kōh יְהוָ֗ה YHWH Yah·weh הִנְנִי־ . . . hin·nî- אָמַ֣ר says : ’ā·mar שָׁב֙ “ I will restore šāḇ שְׁבוּת֙ the fortunes of šə·ḇūṯ יַֽעֲק֔וֹב Jacob’s ya·‘ă·qō·wḇ אָהֳלֵ֣י tents ’ā·ho·lê אֲרַחֵ֑ם and have compassion ’ă·ra·ḥêm וּמִשְׁכְּנֹתָ֖יו on his dwellings . ū·miš·kə·nō·ṯāw עִיר֙ And the city ‘îr וְנִבְנְתָ֥ה will be rebuilt wə·niḇ·nə·ṯāh עַל־ on her ‘al- תִּלָּ֔הּ own ruins , til·lāh וְאַרְמ֖וֹן and the palace wə·’ar·mō·wn יֵשֵֽׁב׃ will stand yê·šêḇ עַל־ in ‘al- מִשְׁפָּט֥וֹ its rightful place . miš·pā·ṭōw Jeremiah 30:19 תּוֹדָ֖ה Thanksgiving tō·w·ḏāh וְיָצָ֥א will proceed wə·yā·ṣā מֵהֶ֛ם from them , mê·hem וְק֣וֹל a sound wə·qō·wl מְשַׂחֲקִ֑ים of celebration . mə·śa·ḥă·qîm וְהִרְבִּתִים֙ I will multiply them , wə·hir·bi·ṯîm וְלֹ֣א and they will not wə·lō יִמְעָ֔טוּ be decreased ; yim·‘ā·ṭū וְהִכְבַּדְתִּ֖ים I will honor them , wə·hiḵ·baḏ·tîm וְלֹ֥א and they will not wə·lō יִצְעָֽרוּ׃ be belittled . yiṣ·‘ā·rū Jeremiah 30:20 בָנָיו֙ Their children ḇā·nāw וְהָי֤וּ will be wə·hā·yū כְּקֶ֔דֶם as in days of old , kə·qe·ḏem וַעֲדָת֖וֹ and their congregation wa·‘ă·ḏā·ṯōw תִּכּ֑וֹן will be established tik·kō·wn לְפָנַ֣י before Me ; lə·p̄ā·nay וּפָ֣קַדְתִּ֔י and I will punish ū·p̄ā·qaḏ·tî עַ֖ל . . . ‘al כָּל־ all kāl- לֹחֲצָֽיו׃ their oppressors . lō·ḥă·ṣāw Jeremiah 30:21 אַדִּיר֜וֹ Their leader ’ad·dî·rōw וְהָיָ֨ה will be wə·hā·yāh מִמֶּ֗נּוּ one of their own , mim·men·nū וּמֹֽשְׁלוֹ֙ and their ruler ū·mō·šə·lōw יֵצֵ֔א will arise yê·ṣê מִקִּרְבּ֣וֹ from their midst . miq·qir·bōw וְהִקְרַבְתִּ֖יו And I will bring him near , wə·hiq·raḇ·tîw וְנִגַּ֣שׁ and he will approach wə·nig·gaš אֵלָ֑י Me , ’ê·lāy כִּי֩ for kî מִ֨י who mî הוּא־ . . . hū- זֶ֜ה . . . zeh עָרַ֧ב would dare ‘ā·raḇ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- לִבּ֛וֹ on his own lib·bōw לָגֶ֥שֶׁת to approach lā·ḡe·šeṯ
