יְהוָֽה׃ of YHWH . Yah·weh Jeremiah 23:17 אֹמְרִ֤ים They keep saying ’ō·mə·rîm אָמוֹר֙ . . . ’ā·mō·wr לִֽמְנַאֲצַ֔י to those who despise Me , lim·na·’ă·ṣay יְהוָ֔ה ‘ YHWH Yah·weh דִּבֶּ֣ר says that dib·ber יִֽהְיֶ֣ה you will have yih·yeh לָכֶ֑ם lā·ḵem שָׁל֖וֹם peace ,’ šā·lō·wm אָֽמְר֔וּ [and] ’ā·mə·rū וְ֠כֹל to everyone wə·ḵōl הֹלֵ֞ךְ who walks hō·lêḵ בִּשְׁרִר֤וּת in the stubbornness biš·ri·rūṯ לִבּוֹ֙ of his own heart , lib·bōw לֹֽא־ ‘ No lō- רָעָֽה׃ harm rā·‘āh תָב֥וֹא will come ṯā·ḇō·w עֲלֵיכֶ֖ם to you . ’ ‘ă·lê·ḵem Jeremiah 23:18 כִּ֣י But kî מִ֤י which of them mî עָמַד֙ has stood ‘ā·maḏ בְּס֣וֹד in the council bə·sō·wḏ יְהוָ֔ה of YHWH Yah·weh וְיֵ֖רֶא to see wə·yê·re וְיִשְׁמַ֣ע and hear wə·yiš·ma‘ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- דְּבָר֑וֹ His word ? də·ḇā·rōw מִֽי־ Who mî- הִקְשִׁ֥יב has given heed hiq·šîḇ דְּבָרִי to His word də·ḇå̄·rī וַיִּשְׁמָֽע׃ס and obeyed it ? way·yiš·mā‘ Jeremiah 23:19 הִנֵּ֣ה׀ Behold , hin·nêh סַעֲרַ֣ת the storm sa·‘ă·raṯ יְהוָ֗ה of YHWH Yah·weh יָֽצְאָ֔ה has gone out yā·ṣə·’āh חֵמָה֙ with fury , ḥê·māh מִתְחוֹלֵ֑ל a whirlwind miṯ·ḥō·w·lêl וְסַ֖עַר . . . wə·sa·‘ar יָחֽוּל׃ swirling down yā·ḥūl עַ֛ל upon ‘al רֹ֥אשׁ the heads rōš רְשָׁעִ֖ים of the wicked . rə·šā·‘îm Jeremiah 23:20 אַף־ The anger ’ap̄- יְהוָ֔ה of YHWH Yah·weh לֹ֤א will not lō יָשׁוּב֙ turn back yā·šūḇ עַד־ until ‘aḏ- עֲשֹׂת֥וֹ He has fully accomplished ‘ă·śō·ṯōw וְעַד־ . . . wə·‘aḏ- הֲקִימ֖וֹ . . . hă·qî·mōw מְזִמּ֣וֹת the purposes mə·zim·mō·wṯ לִבּ֑וֹ of His heart . lib·bōw הַיָּמִ֔ים In the days hay·yā·mîm בְּאַֽחֲרִית֙ to come bə·’a·ḥă·rîṯ תִּתְבּ֥וֹנְנוּ you will understand tiṯ·bō·wn·nū בָ֖הּ this ḇāh בִּינָֽה׃ clearly . bî·nāh Jeremiah 23:21 לֹא־ I did not lō- שָׁלַ֥חְתִּי send šā·laḥ·tî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַנְּבִאִ֖ים these prophets , han·nə·ḇi·’îm וְהֵ֣ם yet they wə·hêm רָ֑צוּ have run with their message ; rā·ṣū לֹא־ I did not lō- דִבַּ֥רְתִּי speak ḏib·bar·tî אֲלֵיהֶ֖ם to them , ’ă·lê·hem וְהֵ֥ם yet they wə·hêm נִבָּֽאוּ׃ have prophesied . nib·bā·’ū Jeremiah 23:22 וְאִֽם־ But if wə·’im- עָמְד֖וּ they had stood ‘ā·mə·ḏū בְּסוֹדִ֑י in My council , bə·sō·w·ḏî וְיַשְׁמִ֤עוּ they would have proclaimed wə·yaš·mi·‘ū דְבָרַי֙ My words ḏə·ḇā·ray אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עַמִּ֔י to My people ‘am·mî וִֽישִׁבוּם֙ and turned them back wî·ši·ḇūm הָרָ֔ע from their evil hā·rā‘ מִדַּרְכָּ֣ם ways mid·dar·kām וּמֵרֹ֖עַ and ū·mê·rō·a‘ מַֽעַלְלֵיהֶֽם׃ס deeds . ” ma·‘al·lê·hem
