יְהוָ֑ה YHWH — Yah·weh הָאֹֽמְרִים֙ you who say , hā·’ō·mə·rîm מִֽי־ “ Who mî- יֵחַ֣ת can come yê·ḥaṯ עָלֵ֔ינוּ against us ? ‘ā·lê·nū וּמִ֥י Who ū·mî יָב֖וֹא can enter yā·ḇō·w בִּמְעוֹנוֹתֵֽינוּ׃ our dwellings ?” bim·‘ō·w·nō·w·ṯê·nū Jeremiah 21:14 וּפָקַדְתִּ֧י I will punish ū·p̄ā·qaḏ·tî עֲלֵיכֶ֛ם you ‘ă·lê·ḵem כִּפְרִ֥י as your deeds deserve kip̄·rî מַעַלְלֵיכֶ֖ם . . . , ma·‘al·lê·ḵem נְאֻם־ declares nə·’um- יְהוָ֑ה YHWH . Yah·weh וְהִצַּ֤תִּי I will kindle wə·hiṣ·ṣat·tî אֵשׁ֙ a fire ’êš בְּיַעְרָ֔הּ in your forest bə·ya‘·rāh וְאָכְלָ֖ה that will consume wə·’ā·ḵə·lāh כָּל־ everything kāl- סְבִיבֶֽיהָ׃ס around you . ’” sə·ḇî·ḇe·hā Jeremiah 22:1 כֹּ֚ה This is what kōh יְהוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֣ר says : ’ā·mar רֵ֖ד “ Go down rêḏ בֵּֽית־ to the palace bêṯ- מֶ֣לֶךְ of the king me·leḵ יְהוּדָ֑ה of Judah yə·hū·ḏāh וְדִבַּרְתָּ֣ and proclaim wə·ḏib·bar·tā הַזֶּֽה׃ this haz·zeh הַדָּבָ֖ר message had·dā·ḇār שָׁ֔ם there šām אֶת־ - , ’eṯ- Jeremiah 22:2 וְאָֽמַרְתָּ֙ saying , wə·’ā·mar·tā שְׁמַ֣ע ‘ Hear šə·ma‘ דְּבַר־ the word də·ḇar- יְהוָ֔ה of YHWH , Yah·weh מֶ֣לֶךְ O king me·leḵ יְהוּדָ֔ה of Judah , yə·hū·ḏāh הַיֹּשֵׁ֖ב who sits hay·yō·šêḇ עַל־ on ‘al- כִּסֵּ֣א the throne kis·sê דָוִ֑ד of David — ḏā·wiḏ אַתָּ֤ה you ’at·tāh וַעֲבָדֶ֙יךָ֙ and your officials wa·‘ă·ḇā·ḏe·ḵā וְעַמְּךָ֔ and your people wə·‘am·mə·ḵā הַבָּאִ֖ים who enter hab·bā·’îm הָאֵֽלֶּה׃ס these hā·’êl·leh בַּשְּׁעָרִ֥ים gates . baš·šə·‘ā·rîm Jeremiah 22:3 כֹּ֣ה׀ This is what kōh יְהוָ֗ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֣ר says : ’ā·mar עֲשׂ֤וּ Administer ‘ă·śū מִשְׁפָּט֙ justice miš·pāṭ וּצְדָקָ֔ה and righteousness . ū·ṣə·ḏā·qāh וְהַצִּ֥ילוּ Rescue wə·haṣ·ṣî·lū גָז֖וּל the victim of robbery ḡā·zūl מִיַּ֣ד from the hand mî·yaḏ עָשׁ֑וֹק of his oppressor . ‘ā·šō·wq אַל־ Do no ’al- תֹּנוּ֙ wrong tō·nū אַל־ ’al- תַּחְמֹ֔סוּ or violence taḥ·mō·sū וְגֵר֩ to the foreigner , wə·ḡêr יָת֨וֹם the fatherless , yā·ṯō·wm וְאַלְמָנָ֤ה or the widow . wə·’al·mā·nāh אַֽל־ Do not ’al- תִּשְׁפְּכ֖וּ shed tiš·pə·ḵū נָקִ֔י innocent nā·qî וְדָ֣ם blood wə·ḏām הַזֶּֽה׃ in this haz·zeh בַּמָּק֥וֹם place . bam·mā·qō·wm Jeremiah 22:4 כִּ֤י For kî אִם־ if ’im- עָשׂוֹ֙ you will indeed ‘ā·śōw תַּֽעֲשׂ֔וּ carry out ta·‘ă·śū אֶת־ ’eṯ- הַזֶּ֑ה these haz·zeh הַדָּבָ֖ר commands , had·dā·ḇār מְלָכִים֩ then kings mə·lā·ḵîm יֹשְׁבִ֨ים who sit yō·šə·ḇîm עַל־ on ‘al- לְדָוִ֜ד David’s lə·ḏā·wiḏ כִּסְא֗וֹ throne kis·’ōw וּבָ֣אוּ will enter ū·ḇā·’ū בְשַׁעֲרֵ֣י through the gates ḇə·ša·‘ă·rê
