נְאֻ֖ם declares nə·’um יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH . Yah·weh Isaiah 59:21 וַאֲנִ֗י “ As for Me , wa·’ă·nî זֹ֣את this zōṯ בְּרִיתִ֤י is My covenant bə·rî·ṯî אוֹתָם֙ with them , ” ’ō·w·ṯām אָמַ֣ר says ’ā·mar יְהוָ֔ה YHWH . Yah·weh רוּחִי֙ “ My Spirit rū·ḥî אֲשֶׁ֣ר [will not depart] ’ă·šer עָלֶ֔יךָ from you , ‘ā·le·ḵā וּדְבָרַ֖י and My words ū·ḏə·ḇā·ray אֲשֶׁר־ that ’ă·šer- שַׂ֣מְתִּי I have put śam·tî בְּפִ֑יךָ in your mouth bə·p̄î·ḵā לֹֽא־ will not lō- יָמ֡וּשׁוּ depart yā·mū·šū מִפִּיךָ֩ from your mouth mip·pî·ḵā וּמִפִּ֨י or from the mouths ū·mip·pî זַרְעֲךָ֜ of your children zar·‘ă·ḵā וּמִפִּ֨י [and] ū·mip·pî זֶ֤רַע vvv ze·ra‘ זַרְעֲךָ֙ grandchildren , zar·‘ă·ḵā מֵעַתָּ֖ה from now on mê·‘at·tāh וְעַד־ and wə·‘aḏ- עוֹלָֽם׃ס forevermore , ” ‘ō·w·lām אָמַ֣ר says ’ā·mar יְהוָ֔ה YHWH . Yah·weh Isaiah 60:1 ק֥וּמִי Arise , qū·mî א֖וֹרִי shine , ’ō·w·rî כִּ֣י for kî אוֹרֵ֑ךְ your light ’ō·w·rêḵ בָ֣א has come , ḇā וּכְב֥וֹד and the glory ū·ḵə·ḇō·wḏ יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh זָרָֽח׃ rises zā·rāḥ עָלַ֥יִךְ upon you . ‘ā·la·yiḵ Isaiah 60:2 כִּֽי־ For kî- הִנֵּ֤ה behold , hin·nêh הַחֹ֙שֶׁךְ֙ darkness ha·ḥō·šeḵ יְכַסֶּה־ covers yə·ḵas·seh- אֶ֔רֶץ the earth , ’e·reṣ וַעֲרָפֶ֖ל and thick darkness wa·‘ă·rā·p̄el לְאֻמִּ֑ים [is over] the peoples ; lə·’um·mîm יְהוָ֔ה but YHWH Yah·weh יִזְרַ֣ח will rise yiz·raḥ וְעָלַ֙יִךְ֙ upon you , wə·‘ā·la·yiḵ וּכְבוֹד֖וֹ and His glory ū·ḵə·ḇō·w·ḏōw יֵרָאֶֽה׃ will appear yê·rā·’eh עָלַ֥יִךְ over you . ‘ā·la·yiḵ Isaiah 60:3 גוֹיִ֖ם Nations ḡō·w·yim וְהָלְכ֥וּ will come wə·hā·lə·ḵū לְאוֹרֵ֑ךְ to your light , lə·’ō·w·rêḵ וּמְלָכִ֖ים and kings ū·mə·lā·ḵîm לְנֹ֥גַהּ to the brightness lə·nō·ḡah זַרְחֵֽךְ׃ of your dawn . zar·ḥêḵ Isaiah 60:4 שְׂאִֽי־ Lift up śə·’î- עֵינַ֙יִךְ֙ your eyes ‘ê·na·yiḵ וּרְאִ֔י and look ū·rə·’î סָבִ֤יב around : sā·ḇîḇ כֻּלָּ֖ם They all kul·lām נִקְבְּצ֣וּ gather niq·bə·ṣū בָֽאוּ־ and come ḇā·’ū- לָ֑ךְ to you ; lāḵ בָּנַ֙יִךְ֙ your sons bā·na·yiḵ יָבֹ֔אוּ will come yā·ḇō·’ū מֵרָח֣וֹק from afar , mê·rā·ḥō·wq וּבְנֹתַ֖יִךְ and your daughters ū·ḇə·nō·ṯa·yiḵ תֵּאָמַֽנָה׃ will be carried tê·’ā·ma·nāh עַל־ on ‘al- צַ֥ד the arm . ṣaḏ Isaiah 60:5 אָ֤ז Then ’āz תִּרְאִי֙ you will look tir·’î וְנָהַ֔רְתְּ and be radiant , wə·nā·hart לְבָבֵ֑ךְ and your heart lə·ḇā·ḇêḵ וּפָחַ֥ד will tremble ū·p̄ā·ḥaḏ וְרָחַ֖ב and swell [with joy] , wə·rā·ḥaḇ כִּֽי־ because kî- הֲמ֣וֹן the riches hă·mō·wn יָ֔ם of the sea yām יֵהָפֵ֤ךְ will be brought yê·hā·p̄êḵ עָלַ֙יִךְ֙ to you , ‘ā·la·yiḵ
