בְּֽנֵי־ [are] the children bə·nê- שׁוֹמֵמָ֛ה of the desolate woman šō·w·mê·māh מִבְּנֵ֥י [than] mib·bə·nê בְעוּלָ֖ה of her who has a husband , ” ḇə·‘ū·lāh אָמַ֥ר says ’ā·mar יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH . Yah·weh Isaiah 54:2 הַרְחִ֣יבִי׀ “ Enlarge har·ḥî·ḇî מְק֣וֹם the site mə·qō·wm אָהֳלֵ֗ךְ of your tent , ’ā·ho·lêḵ יַטּ֖וּ stretch out yaṭ·ṭū וִירִיע֧וֹת the curtains wî·rî·‘ō·wṯ מִשְׁכְּנוֹתַ֛יִךְ of your dwellings , miš·kə·nō·w·ṯa·yiḵ אַל־ do not ’al- תַּחְשֹׂ֑כִי hold back . taḥ·śō·ḵî הַאֲרִ֙יכִי֙ Lengthen ha·’ă·rî·ḵî מֵֽיתָרַ֔יִךְ your ropes mê·ṯā·ra·yiḵ וִיתֵדֹתַ֖יִךְ and drive your stakes in deep wî·ṯê·ḏō·ṯa·yiḵ חַזֵּֽקִי׃ . . . . ḥaz·zê·qî Isaiah 54:3 כִּי־ For kî- תִּפְרֹ֑צִי you will spread out tip̄·rō·ṣî יָמִ֥ין to the right yā·mîn וּשְׂמֹ֖אול and left ; ū·śə·mō·wl וְזַרְעֵךְ֙ your descendants wə·zar·‘êḵ יִירָ֔שׁ will dispossess yî·rāš גּוֹיִ֣ם the nations gō·w·yim יוֹשִֽׁיבוּ׃ and inhabit yō·wō·šî·ḇū נְשַׁמּ֖וֹת the desolate nə·šam·mō·wṯ וְעָרִ֥ים cities . wə·‘ā·rîm Isaiah 54:4 אַל־ Do not ’al- תִּֽירְאִי֙ be afraid , tî·rə·’î כִּי־ for kî- לֹ֣א you will not lō תֵב֔וֹשִׁי be put to shame ; ṯê·ḇō·wō·šî וְאַל־ do not wə·’al- תִּכָּלְמִ֖י be intimidated , tik·kā·lə·mî כִּ֣י for kî לֹ֣א you will not lō תַחְפִּ֑ירִי be humiliated . ṯaḥ·pî·rî כִּ֣י For kî תִּשְׁכָּ֔חִי you will forget tiš·kā·ḥî בֹ֤שֶׁת the shame ḇō·šeṯ עֲלוּמַ֙יִךְ֙ of your youth ‘ă·lū·ma·yiḵ תִזְכְּרִי־ and will remember ṯiz·kə·rî- לֹ֥א no lō עֽוֹד׃ more ‘ō·wḏ וְחֶרְפַּ֥ת the reproach wə·ḥer·paṯ אַלְמְנוּתַ֖יִךְ of your widowhood . ’al·mə·nū·ṯa·yiḵ Isaiah 54:5 כִּ֤י For kî בֹעֲלַ֙יִךְ֙ your husband ḇō·‘ă·la·yiḵ עֹשַׂ֔יִךְ is your Maker — ‘ō·śa·yiḵ יְהוָ֥ה YHWH Yah·weh צְבָא֖וֹת of Hosts ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ שְׁמ֑וֹ [is] His name — šə·mōw קְד֣וֹשׁ the Holy qə·ḏō·wōš יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל One of Israel yiś·rā·’êl וְגֹֽאֲלֵךְ֙ is your Redeemer ; wə·ḡō·’ă·lêḵ יִקָּרֵֽא׃ He is called yiq·qā·rê אֱלֹהֵ֥י the God ’ĕ·lō·hê כָל־ of all ḵāl הָאָ֖רֶץ the earth . hā·’ā·reṣ Isaiah 54:6 כִּֽי־ For kî- יְהוָ֑ה YHWH Yah·weh קְרָאָ֣ךְ has called you back , qə·rā·’āḵ כְאִשָּׁ֧ה like a wife ḵə·’iš·šāh עֲזוּבָ֛ה deserted ‘ă·zū·ḇāh וַעֲצ֥וּבַת and wounded wa·‘ă·ṣū·ḇaṯ ר֖וּחַ in spirit , rū·aḥ כִּ֥י like kî תִמָּאֵ֖ס the rejected ṯim·mā·’ês וְאֵ֧שֶׁת wife wə·’ê·šeṯ נְעוּרִ֛ים of one’s youth , ” nə·‘ū·rîm אָמַ֥ר says ’ā·mar אֱלֹהָֽיִךְ׃ your God . ’ĕ·lō·hā·yiḵ Isaiah 54:7 קָטֹ֖ן “ For a brief qā·ṭōn בְּרֶ֥גַע moment bə·re·ḡa‘ עֲזַבְתִּ֑יךְ I forsook you , ‘ă·zaḇ·tîḵ גְּדֹלִ֖ים but with great gə·ḏō·lîm וּבְרַחֲמִ֥ים compassion ū·ḇə·ra·ḥă·mîm אֲקַבְּצֵֽךְ׃ I will bring you back . ’ă·qab·bə·ṣêḵ
