Isaiah 44:24 כֹּֽה־ Thus kōh- אָמַ֤ר says ’ā·mar יְהוָה֙ YHWH , Yah·weh גֹּאֲלֶ֔ךָ your Redeemer gō·’ă·le·ḵā וְיֹצֶרְךָ֖ who formed you wə·yō·ṣer·ḵā מִבָּ֑טֶן from the womb : mib·bā·ṭen אָנֹכִ֤י “ I ’ā·nō·ḵî יְהוָה֙ am YHWH , Yah·weh עֹ֣שֶׂה who has made ‘ō·śeh כֹּ֔ל all things , kōl נֹטֶ֤ה who alone stretched out nō·ṭeh לְבַדִּ֔י . . . lə·ḇad·dî שָׁמַ֙יִם֙ the heavens , šā·ma·yim מִי who by Myself mī רֹקַ֥ע spread out rō·qa‘ הָאָ֖רֶץ the earth hā·’ā·reṣ אִתִּי׃ , ʾit·tī Isaiah 44:25 מֵפֵר֙ who foils mê·p̄êr אֹת֣וֹת the signs ’ō·ṯō·wṯ בַּדִּ֔ים of false prophets bad·dîm יְהוֹלֵ֑ל and makes fools of yə·hō·w·lêl וְקֹסְמִ֖ים diviners , wə·qō·sə·mîm מֵשִׁ֧יב who confounds mê·šîḇ אָח֖וֹר . . . ’ā·ḥō·wr חֲכָמִ֛ים the wise ḥă·ḵā·mîm וְדַעְתָּ֥ם and turns their knowledge wə·ḏa‘·tām יְשַׂכֵּֽל׃ into nonsense , yə·śak·kêl Isaiah 44:26 מֵקִים֙ who confirms mê·qîm דְּבַ֣ר the message də·ḇar עַבְדּ֔וֹ of His servant ‘aḇ·dōw יַשְׁלִ֑ים and fulfills yaš·lîm וַעֲצַ֥ת the counsel wa·‘ă·ṣaṯ מַלְאָכָ֖יו of His messengers , mal·’ā·ḵāw הָאֹמֵ֨ר who says hā·’ō·mêr לִירוּשָׁלִַ֜ם of Jerusalem , lî·rū·šā·lim תּוּשָׁ֗ב ‘ She will be inhabited , ’ tū·šāḇ וּלְעָרֵ֤י and of the cities ū·lə·‘ā·rê יְהוּדָה֙ of Judah , yə·hū·ḏāh תִּבָּנֶ֔ינָה ‘ They will be rebuilt , tib·bā·ne·nāh אֲקוֹמֵֽם׃ and I will restore ’ă·qō·w·mêm וְחָרְבוֹתֶ֖יהָ their ruins , ’ wə·ḥā·rə·ḇō·w·ṯe·hā Isaiah 44:27 הָאֹמֵ֥ר who says hā·’ō·mêr לַצּוּלָ֖ה to the depths of the sea , laṣ·ṣū·lāh חֳרָ֑בִי ‘ Be dry , ḥo·rā·ḇî אוֹבִֽישׁ׃ and I will dry up ’ō·w·ḇîš וְנַהֲרֹתַ֖יִךְ your currents , ’ wə·na·hă·rō·ṯa·yiḵ Isaiah 44:28 הָאֹמֵ֤ר who says hā·’ō·mêr לְכ֙וֹרֶשׁ֙ of Cyrus , lə·ḵō·w·reš רֹעִ֔י ‘ My shepherd rō·‘î יַשְׁלִ֑ם will fulfill yaš·lim וְכָל־ all wə·ḵāl חֶפְצִ֖י that I desire , ’ ḥep̄·ṣî וְלֵאמֹ֤ר who says wə·lê·mōr לִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ of Jerusalem , lî·rū·šā·lim תִּבָּנֶ֔ה ‘ She will be rebuilt , ’ tib·bā·neh וְהֵיכָ֖ל and of the temple , wə·hê·ḵāl תִּוָּסֵֽד׃ס ‘ Let its foundation be laid . ’” tiw·wā·sêḏ Isaiah 45:1 כֹּה־ This is what kōh- יְהוָה֮ YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֣ר says ’ā·mar לְכ֣וֹרֶשׁ to Cyrus lə·ḵō·w·reš אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- לִמְשִׁיחוֹ֮ His anointed , lim·šî·ḥōw בִֽימִינ֗וֹ whose right hand ḇî·mî·nōw הֶחֱזַ֣קְתִּי I have grasped he·ḥĕ·zaq·tî לְרַד־ to subdue lə·raḏ- גּוֹיִ֔ם nations gō·w·yim וּמָתְנֵ֥י . . . ū·mā·ṯə·nê לְפָנָיו֙ before him , lə·p̄ā·nāw אֲפַתֵּ֑חַ to disarm ’ă·p̄at·tê·aḥ מְלָכִ֖ים kings , mə·lā·ḵîm לִפְתֹּ֤חַ to open lip̄·tō·aḥ דְּלָתַ֔יִם the doors də·lā·ṯa·yim לְפָנָיו֙ before him , lə·p̄ā·nāw וּשְׁעָרִ֖ים so that the gates ū·šə·‘ā·rîm לֹ֥א will not lō יִסָּגֵֽרוּ׃ be shut : yis·sā·ḡê·rū Isaiah 45:2 אֲנִי֙ “ I ’ă·nî אֵלֵ֔ךְ will go ’ê·lêḵ לְפָנֶ֣יךָ before you lə·p̄ā·ne·ḵā
