עַמִּ֥י people . ‘am·mî Isaiah 43:21 עַם־ The people ‘am- זוּ֙ . . . zū יָצַ֣רְתִּי I formed yā·ṣar·tî לִ֔י for Myself lî יְסַפֵּֽרוּ׃ס will declare yə·sap·pê·rū תְּהִלָּתִ֖י My praise . tə·hil·lā·ṯî Isaiah 43:22 וְלֹא־ But you have not wə·lō- קָרָ֖אתָ called qā·rā·ṯā אֹתִ֥י on Me , ’ō·ṯî יַֽעֲקֹ֑ב O Jacob , ya·‘ă·qōḇ כִּֽי־ because kî- יָגַ֥עְתָּ you have grown weary yā·ḡa‘·tā בִּ֖י of Me , bî יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ O Israel . yiś·rā·’êl Isaiah 43:23 לֹֽא־ You have not lō- הֵבֵ֤יאתָ brought hê·ḇê·ṯā לִּי֙ Me lî שֵׂ֣ה sheep śêh עֹלֹתֶ֔יךָ for burnt offerings , ‘ō·lō·ṯe·ḵā כִבַּדְתָּ֑נִי nor honored Me ḵib·baḏ·tā·nî לֹ֤א . . . lō וּזְבָחֶ֖יךָ with your sacrifices . ū·zə·ḇā·ḥe·ḵā לֹ֣א I have not lō הֶעֱבַדְתִּ֙יךָ֙ burdened you he·‘ĕ·ḇaḏ·tî·ḵā בְּמִנְחָ֔ה with offerings , bə·min·ḥāh וְלֹ֥א nor wə·lō הוֹגַעְתִּ֖יךָ wearied hō·w·ḡa‘·tî·ḵā בִּלְבוֹנָֽה׃ you with frankincense . bil·ḇō·w·nāh Isaiah 43:24 קָנִ֨יתָ You have not bought qā·nî·ṯā לֹא־ . . . lō- לִּ֤י Me lî קָנֶ֔ה sweet cane qā·neh בַכֶּ֙סֶף֙ with [your] silver , ḇak·ke·sep̄ לֹ֣א nor lō הִרְוִיתָ֑נִי satisfied Me hir·wî·ṯā·nî וְחֵ֥לֶב with the fat wə·ḥê·leḇ זְבָחֶ֖יךָ of your sacrifices . zə·ḇā·ḥe·ḵā אַ֗ךְ But ’aḵ הֶעֱבַדְתַּ֙נִי֙ you have burdened Me he·‘ĕ·ḇaḏ·ta·nî בְּחַטֹּאותֶ֔יךָ with your sins ; bə·ḥaṭ·ṭō·w·ṯe·ḵā הוֹגַעְתַּ֖נִי you have wearied Me hō·w·ḡa‘·ta·nî בַּעֲוֺנֹתֶֽיךָ׃ס with your iniquities . ba·‘ă·wō·nō·ṯe·ḵā Isaiah 43:25 אָנֹכִ֨י I , ’ā·nō·ḵî אָנֹכִ֥י yes I , ’ā·nō·ḵî ה֛וּא am He hū מֹחֶ֥ה who blots out mō·ḥeh פְשָׁעֶ֖יךָ your transgressions p̄ə·šā·‘e·ḵā לְמַעֲנִ֑י for My own sake lə·ma·‘ă·nî אֶזְכֹּֽר׃ and remembers ’ez·kōr וְחַטֹּאתֶ֖יךָ your sins wə·ḥaṭ·ṭō·ṯe·ḵā לֹ֥א no more . lō Isaiah 43:26 הַזְכִּירֵ֕נִי Remind Me , haz·kî·rê·nî נִשָּׁפְטָ֖ה let us argue the matter niš·šā·p̄ə·ṭāh יָ֑חַד together . yā·ḥaḏ סַפֵּ֥ר State your case , sap·pêr לְמַ֥עַן so that lə·ma·‘an אַתָּ֖ה you ’at·tāh תִּצְדָּֽק׃ may be vindicated . tiṣ·dāq Isaiah 43:27 הָרִאשׁ֖וֹן Your first hā·ri·šō·wn אָבִ֥יךָ father ’ā·ḇî·ḵā חָטָ֑א sinned , ḥā·ṭā וּמְלִיצֶ֖יךָ and your spokesmen ū·mə·lî·ṣe·ḵā פָּ֥שְׁעוּ rebelled pā·šə·‘ū בִֽי׃ against Me . ḇî Isaiah 43:28 וַאֲחַלֵּ֖ל So I will disgrace wa·’ă·ḥal·lêl שָׂ֣רֵי the princes śā·rê קֹ֑דֶשׁ of your sanctuary , qō·ḏeš וְאֶתְּנָ֤ה and I will devote wə·’et·tə·nāh יַעֲקֹ֔ב Jacob ya·‘ă·qōḇ לַחֵ֙רֶם֙ to destruction la·ḥê·rem וְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל and Israel wə·yiś·rā·’êl לְגִדּוּפִֽים׃ס to reproach . ” lə·ḡid·dū·p̄îm
