וּבָעֲר֧וּ will burn ū·ḇā·‘ă·rū יַחְדָּ֖ו together , yaḥ·dāw וְאֵ֥ין with no one wə·’ên מְכַבֶּֽה׃ס to quench the flames . mə·ḵab·beh Isaiah 2:1 הַדָּבָר֙ [This is] the message had·dā·ḇār אֲשֶׁ֣ר that ’ă·šer חָזָ֔ה was revealed ḥā·zāh יְשַֽׁעְיָ֖הוּ to Isaiah yə·ša‘·yā·hū בֶּן־ son ben- אָמ֑וֹץ of Amoz ’ā·mō·wṣ עַל־ concerning ‘al- יְהוּדָ֖ה Judah yə·hū·ḏāh וִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ and Jerusalem : wî·rū·šā·lim Isaiah 2:2 בְּאַחֲרִ֣ית In the last bə·’a·ḥă·rîṯ הַיָּמִ֗ים days hay·yā·mîm הַ֤ר the mountain har בֵּית־ of the house bêṯ- יְהוָה֙ of YHWH Yah·weh וְהָיָ֣ה׀ will be wə·hā·yāh נָכ֨וֹן established nā·ḵō·wn יִֽהְיֶ֜ה . . . yih·yeh בְּרֹ֣אשׁ as the chief bə·rōš הֶהָרִ֔ים of the mountains ; he·hā·rîm וְנִשָּׂ֖א it will be raised wə·niś·śā מִגְּבָע֑וֹת above the hills , mig·gə·ḇā·‘ō·wṯ כָּל־ and all kāl- הַגּוֹיִֽם׃ nations hag·gō·w·yim וְנָהֲר֥וּ will stream wə·nā·hă·rū אֵלָ֖יו to it . ’ê·lāw Isaiah 2:3 רַבִּ֗ים And many rab·bîm עַמִּ֣ים peoples ‘am·mîm וְֽהָלְכ֞וּ will come wə·hā·lə·ḵū וְאָמְרוּ֙ and say : wə·’ā·mə·rū לְכ֣וּ׀ “ Come , lə·ḵū וְנַעֲלֶ֣ה let us go up wə·na·‘ă·leh אֶל־ to ’el- הַר־ the mountain har- יְהוָ֗ה of YHWH , Yah·weh אֶל־ to ’el- בֵּית֙ the house bêṯ אֱלֹהֵ֣י of the God ’ĕ·lō·hê יַעֲקֹ֔ב of Jacob . ya·‘ă·qōḇ וְיֹרֵ֙נוּ֙ He will teach us wə·yō·rê·nū מִדְּרָכָ֔יו His ways mid·də·rā·ḵāw וְנֵלְכָ֖ה so that we may walk wə·nê·lə·ḵāh בְּאֹרְחֹתָ֑יו in His paths . ” bə·’ō·rə·ḥō·ṯāw כִּ֤י For kî תוֹרָ֔ה the law ṯō·w·rāh תֵּצֵ֣א will go forth tê·ṣê מִצִּיּוֹן֙ from Zion , miṣ·ṣî·yō·wn וּדְבַר־ and the word ū·ḏə·ḇar- יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh מִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ from Jerusalem . mî·rū·šā·lim Isaiah 2:4 וְשָׁפַט֙ Then He will judge wə·šā·p̄aṭ בֵּ֣ין between bên הַגּוֹיִ֔ם the nations hag·gō·w·yim וְהוֹכִ֖יחַ and arbitrate wə·hō·w·ḵî·aḥ רַבִּ֑ים for many rab·bîm לְעַמִּ֣ים peoples . lə·‘am·mîm וְכִתְּת֨וּ They will beat wə·ḵit·tə·ṯū חַרְבוֹתָ֜ם their swords ḥar·ḇō·w·ṯām לְאִתִּ֗ים into plowshares lə·’it·tîm וַחֲנִיתֽוֹתֵיהֶם֙ and their spears wa·ḥă·nî·ṯō·w·ṯê·hem לְמַזְמֵר֔וֹת into pruning hooks . lə·maz·mê·rō·wṯ ג֤וֹי Nation ḡō·w לֹא־ will no longer lō- יִשָּׂ֨א take up yiś·śā חֶ֔רֶב the sword ḥe·reḇ אֶל־ against ’el- גּוֹי֙ nation , gō·w וְלֹא־ nor wə·lō- יִלְמְד֥וּ train yil·mə·ḏū ע֖וֹד anymore ‘ō·wḏ מִלְחָמָֽה׃פ for war . mil·ḥā·māh Isaiah 2:5 לְכ֥וּ Come , lə·ḵū בֵּ֖ית O house bêṯ יַעֲקֹ֑ב of Jacob , ya·‘ă·qōḇ וְנֵלְכָ֖ה let us walk wə·nê·lə·ḵāh בְּא֥וֹר in the light bə·’ō·wr יְהוָֽה׃ of YHWH . Yah·weh Isaiah 2:6 כִּ֣י For kî נָטַ֗שְׁתָּה You have abandoned nā·ṭaš·tāh
