Psalm 107:27 יָח֣וֹגּוּ They reeled yā·ḥō·w·gū וְ֭יָנוּעוּ and staggered wə·yā·nū·‘ū כַּשִּׁכּ֑וֹר like drunkards , kaš·šik·kō·wr וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl חָ֝כְמָתָ֗ם their skill ḥā·ḵə·mā·ṯām תִּתְבַּלָּֽע׃ was useless . tiṯ·bal·lā‘ Psalm 107:28 וַיִּצְעֲק֣וּ Then they cried out way·yiṣ·‘ă·qū אֶל־ to ’el- יְ֭הוָה YHWH Yah·weh בַּצַּ֣ר in their trouble , baṣ·ṣar יוֹצִיאֵֽם׃ and He brought them yō·w·ṣî·’êm לָהֶ֑ם out lā·hem וּֽ֝מִמְּצֽוּקֹתֵיהֶ֗ם of their distress . ū·mim·mə·ṣū·qō·ṯê·hem Psalm 107:29 יָקֵ֣ם He calmed yā·qêm סְ֭עָרָה the storm sə·‘ā·rāh לִדְמָמָ֑ה to a whisper , liḏ·mā·māh גַּלֵּיהֶֽם׃ and the waves of the sea gal·lê·hem וַ֝יֶּחֱשׁ֗וּ were hushed . way·ye·ḥĕ·šū Psalm 107:30 וַיִּשְׂמְח֥וּ They rejoiced way·yiś·mə·ḥū כִֽי־ in ḵî- יִשְׁתֹּ֑קוּ the silence , yiš·tō·qū וַ֝יַּנְחֵ֗ם and He guided them way·yan·ḥêm אֶל־ to ’el- מְח֥וֹז the harbor mə·ḥō·wz חֶפְצָֽם׃ they desired . ḥep̄·ṣām Psalm 107:31 יוֹד֣וּ Let them give thanks yō·w·ḏū לַיהוָ֣ה to YHWH Yah·weh חַסְדּ֑וֹ for His loving devotion ḥas·dōw וְ֝נִפְלְאוֹתָ֗יו and His wonders wə·nip̄·lə·’ō·w·ṯāw לִבְנֵ֥י to the sons liḇ·nê אָדָֽם׃ of men . ’ā·ḏām Psalm 107:32 וִֽ֭ירֹמְמוּהוּ Let them exalt Him wî·rō·mə·mū·hū בִּקְהַל־ in the assembly biq·hal- עָ֑ם of the people ‘ām יְהַלְלֽוּהוּ׃ and praise Him yə·hal·lū·hū וּבְמוֹשַׁ֖ב in the council ū·ḇə·mō·wō·šaḇ זְקֵנִ֣ים of the elders . zə·qê·nîm Psalm 107:33 יָשֵׂ֣ם He turns yā·śêm נְהָר֣וֹת rivers nə·hā·rō·wṯ לְמִדְבָּ֑ר into deserts , lə·miḏ·bār וּמֹצָ֥אֵי springs ū·mō·ṣā·’ê מַ֝֗יִם of water ma·yim לְצִמָּאֽוֹן׃ into thirsty ground , lə·ṣim·mā·’ō·wn Psalm 107:34 פְּ֭רִי [and] fruitful pə·rî אֶ֣רֶץ land ’e·reṣ לִמְלֵחָ֑ה into fields of salt , lim·lê·ḥāh מֵ֝רָעַ֗ת because of the wickedness mê·rā·‘aṯ יֹ֣שְׁבֵי of its dwellers yō·šə·ḇê בָֽהּ׃ . ḇāh Psalm 107:35 יָשֵׂ֣ם He turns yā·śêm מִ֭דְבָּר a desert miḏ·bār לַֽאֲגַם־ into pools la·’ă·ḡam- מַ֑יִם of water ma·yim צִ֝יָּ֗ה and a dry ṣî·yāh וְאֶ֥רֶץ land wə·’e·reṣ לְמֹצָ֥אֵי into flowing springs lə·mō·ṣā·’ê מָֽיִם׃ . . . . mā·yim Psalm 107:36 רְעֵבִ֑ים He causes the hungry rə·‘ê·ḇîm וַיּ֣וֹשֶׁב to settle way·yō·wō·šeḇ שָׁ֣ם there , šām וַ֝יְכוֹנְנ֗וּ that they may establish way·ḵō·wn·nū עִ֣יר a city ‘îr מוֹשָֽׁב׃ in which to dwell . mō·wō·šāḇ Psalm 107:37 וַיִּזְרְע֣וּ They sow way·yiz·rə·‘ū שָׂ֭דוֹת fields ḏō·wṯ וַיִּטְּע֣וּ and plant way·yiṭ·ṭə·‘ū כְרָמִ֑ים vineyards ḵə·rā·mîm וַ֝יַּעֲשׂ֗וּ that yield way·ya·‘ă·śū
