Psalm 33:6 בִּדְבַ֣ר By the word biḏ·ḇar יְ֭הוָה of YHWH Yah·weh שָׁמַ֣יִם the heavens šā·ma·yim נַעֲשׂ֑וּ were made , na·‘ă·śū כָּל־ and all kāl- צְבָאָֽם׃ the stars ṣə·ḇā·’ām וּבְר֥וּחַ by the breath ū·ḇə·rū·aḥ פִּ֝֗יו of His mouth . pîw Psalm 33:7 כֹּנֵ֣ס He piles up kō·nês כַּ֭נֵּד . . . kan·nêḏ מֵ֣י the waters mê הַיָּ֑ם of the sea ; hay·yām נֹתֵ֖ן He puts nō·ṯên תְּהוֹמֽוֹת׃ the depths tə·hō·w·mō·wṯ בְּאֹצָר֣וֹת into storehouses . bə·’ō·ṣā·rō·wṯ Psalm 33:8 כָּל־ Let all kāl- הָאָ֑רֶץ the earth hā·’ā·reṣ יִֽירְא֣וּ fear yî·rə·’ū מִמֶּ֥נּוּ . . . mim·men·nū מֵ֭יְהוָה YHWH ; Yah·weh כָּל־ let all kāl- יֹשְׁבֵ֥י the people yō·šə·ḇê תֵבֵֽל׃ of the world ṯê·ḇêl יָ֝ג֗וּרוּ revere Him . yā·ḡū·rū Psalm 33:9 כִּ֤י For kî ה֣וּא He hū אָמַ֣ר spoke , ’ā·mar וַיֶּ֑הִי and it came to be ; way·ye·hî הֽוּא־ He hū- צִ֝וָּ֗ה commanded , ṣiw·wāh וַֽיַּעֲמֹֽד׃ and it stood firm . way·ya·‘ă·mōḏ Psalm 33:10 יְֽהוָ֗ה YHWH Yah·weh הֵפִ֥יר frustrates hê·p̄îr עֲצַת־ the plans ‘ă·ṣaṯ- גּוֹיִ֑ם of the nations ; gō·w·yim הֵ֝נִ֗יא He thwarts hê·nî מַחְשְׁב֥וֹת the devices maḥ·šə·ḇō·wṯ עַמִּֽים׃ of the peoples . ‘am·mîm Psalm 33:11 עֲצַ֣ת The counsel ‘ă·ṣaṯ יְ֭הוָה of YHWH Yah·weh תַּעֲמֹ֑ד stands forever ta·‘ă·mōḏ לְעוֹלָ֣ם . . . , lə·‘ō·w·lām מַחְשְׁב֥וֹת the purposes maḥ·šə·ḇō·wṯ לִ֝בּ֗וֹ of His heart lib·bōw לְדֹ֣ר to all lə·ḏōr וָדֹֽר׃ generations . wā·ḏōr Psalm 33:12 אַשְׁרֵ֣י Blessed ’aš·rê הַ֭גּוֹי [is] the nation hag·gō·w אֲשֶׁר־ whose ’ă·šer- אֱלֹהָ֑יו God ’ĕ·lō·hāw יְהוָ֣ה is YHWH , Yah·weh הָעָ֓ם׀ the people hā·‘ām בָּחַ֖ר He has chosen bā·ḥar לְנַחֲלָ֣ה as His inheritance lə·na·ḥă·lāh לֽוֹ׃ ! lōw Psalm 33:13 יְהוָ֑ה YHWH Yah·weh הִבִּ֣יט looks down hib·bîṭ מִ֭שָּׁמַיִם from heaven ; miš·šā·ma·yim רָ֝אָ֗ה He sees rā·’āh אֶֽת־ - ’eṯ- כָּל־ all kāl- בְּנֵ֥י the sons bə·nê הָאָדָֽם׃ of men . hā·’ā·ḏām Psalm 33:14 יֹשְׁבֵ֣י From His dwelling yō·šə·ḇê מִֽמְּכוֹן־ place mim·mə·ḵō·wn- הִשְׁגִּ֑יחַ He gazes hiš·gî·aḥ אֶ֖ל on ’el כָּל־ all kāl- שִׁבְתּ֥וֹ who inhabit šiḇ·tōw הָאָֽרֶץ׃ the earth . hā·’ā·reṣ Psalm 33:15 הַיֹּצֵ֣ר He shapes hay·yō·ṣêr לִבָּ֑ם the hearts lib·bām
